Heating And Air Conditioning Phoenix replaced our aging air conditioner with a more efficient unit. The installation was seamless and done within a day. Their team was friendly, professional, and very neat. Everything works perfectly. Very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish.

Our restaurant’s AC failed right during lunch service, and it started getting uncomfortable for customers. I called in a panic, but they sent someone out immediately. The technician worked quickly, fixed the issue, and explained what had gone wrong. We were back to normal before dinner, and I’m so thankful for the quick response. Running a business is stressful enough having a reliable HVAC team makes all the difference.

Sean and Brad did a great job on the installation of my mini split system. I would recommend Mini Split Guys to install one for you.

Neatly installed by knowledgeable technician. Easy to operate. We are hoping to keep our garage cooler in the summer to save on our tires and batteries.

I was impressed overall. Prices are much more reasonable than big box companies. I have to give 4 stars because the technician shut off the power to my server room without warning after telling me he wouldn't need to. They also put an advertising sign in my yard without my consent, and I had to tell them to remove it.

I heard Mini Split Guys on the radio and liked their creative commercials so I figured they must also be creative at solving my air conditioning problem. They identified the coil as the problem (see photos) but after testing it, there was no way it could be fixed so they found one, installed it and it’s working great! One more thing, they consulted me on how to drastically reduce my power bill in my 4,000 sq Ft, 2 story home without having to purchase an expensive solar system. Long story short, thanks to Brad at Mini Split Guys my summer month bills of $400-$500 went to around $240-$280. (See photo of last APS bill). That’s iNsAnE! but true. Brad at Mini Split Guys is a genius! You can’t find that at any other company in this field. If Brad can find an open slot for you soon consider yourself lucky because they are THE BEST in the business. I love Mini Split Guys!

Wow!!! Talk about prompt service. We made one phone call and they were here within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable about split units, professional and friendly. Reasonably priced. We would recommend the Mini Split Guys for any service you may need!

My minisplit quit blowing cold while we had friends in town. I called Sean after hours on a weekend and Sean was able to come the very next day first thing in the morning and had my unit fixed within an hour.

Sean followed up the following day to check in and make sure everything was working great.

Brad did the installation of my mini split and was also very responsive when an error code appeared. He was very patient as he walked me through some steps to correct the error code. I was so impressed that he was willing to talk me through and didn't come out and charge a fee. Refreshing to know Brad and the company are honest. I recommend doing busy with this company you won't be sorry.

Not having seen our home or electrical configuration In advance, they quickly assessed the situation, made sound recommendations, and installed a “Dial” Mini split air conditioner in just a few hours’ time. I was impressed with their knowledge of electrical codes and regulations too. They came prepared with everything they needed to wire us up right! The team was friendly, cordial, and professional. Their price is competitive (if not the best around). Give’em a call – you won’t be disappointed.
By-the-way… The air conditioner works great too. It’s quiet, efficient, and rich with features -- all controllable from a hand-held remote.
