Ryan and Travis came and fixed my aC and we’re so pleasant and professional and had my unit back up and running in no time. We called them in the morning and they got us on their schedule not only within the same day but within a few hours.
Also, the office when you call is very empathetic and professional.

Probably my best experience with service of any kind! From the office staff to the technicians. Everyone was polite, respectful, helpfull, answered all questions with a smile. They were caring with each other with no harsh words spoken. They were on time and did a marvelous job cleaning up debris. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Terrible company. My leasing company contracted them for an emergency fix on my AC and it wasn't completed. They even sent me a survey as if the job was completed. When i called the phone tech pretty much lied saying they needed approval from my company and when i called the leasing company they said they had no estimate waiting. Funny they didn’t have the same issue when they came to fix my AC last time. But today is different? This company employs a bunch of liars. When rightfully upset the person on the phone even laughed. It’s 107 degrees outside and 90 inside. This is no laughing matter!

Luxury Air came very quickly to give me an estimate on my failing HVAC system. They did a through check of the system and within a day gave me a very reasonable quote. While they were here they answered my questions. Were very helpful.

I’ve used Luxury Air Conditioning twice in one week for two different homes, and both experiences were outstanding.

The first time, Ryan was extremely responsive and had my broken A/C unit up and running within minutes of arriving. He was prompt, polite, and a pleasure to work with—truly professional from start to finish.

The second call was for my father’s home—on July 4th, no less. Ryan again answered the call, diagnosed the issue on a holiday, and once the part was available, his team showed up on time in a clean, well-marked vehicle. They were professional, presentable, and took the time to make sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.

Travis C is beyond professional and went out of his way to even help me set up a portable AC unit I purchased to get us through the night. Customer service is amazing!!!

Lucas from Luxury Air Conditioning just left and I wanted to let everyone know how great these guys are. Our blower went out and rather than trying to get us to buy a whole new unit, Luxury quoted us a new blower install price less than half of two other well known companies. My new blower is working great and feel like it has twice the volume and power of the old one. Allison got this taken care of right away and was awesome as well. So cold air, a great price, awesome customer service. 100% referral from me!

Mark was amazing! We had a bathtub that needed replacing. He was quick to respond with an estimate, answer questions, and do the job with care. He was incredible knowledgeable and friendly. I'll absolutely call Mark again for plumbing needs!

Luxury Air was great. We replaced 3 HVAC units for the price of 2 from any other estimate, and they are Carrier units, so high quality. The installation of all 3 units was done in 1 day, and the crew installed my new smart thermostats as well. Definitely recommend.

This company not only provides excellent customer service and reasonable prices but also contributed to community’s St. Vincent de Paul when they saw the need when they were asked to submit a bid. We purchased 2 units and are extremely satisfied not only with their prices but also how expedient they were with installation.

This company is top-notch. My air-conditioning unit went out and I had six different companies come out and give me a quote. They were the last quote and they came in more than half of what the others quoted. I am so relieved I found them on social media. Everybody was so wonderful to work with my unit was installed in just three hours. I highly recommend this company.

So about 1 in the morning my heat went out it was about 30 degrees inside my house I called my landlord the landlord called out Mustang mechanical they sent a really old man I couldn't tell you his name he didn't give it to me what I can say is that he came in my house check the batteries on my thermostat played with the thermostat for a few minutes then went outside went up on the roof came back down check my breaker box said it was a trip breaker but it tripped again he went back up on the roof he was up there for about 45 minutes comes back down ask his me do I have a space heater because if I have a space heater I can turn on the fan part of my thermostat and it will circulate the heat from the space heater into my 5 bedroom house and keep my five children under the age of 10 and two teenagers warm I think these people need to go out of business or be shut down but I'm guessing that it's going to take more than just me to complain about it so I'm letting everybody know don't hire them they're not going to fix your stuff you're going to be charged money and talk to stupid as the man was leaving my house I said so is my heat fixed he said no I'm just trying to help you lady and he meant that by telling me to use a space heater thank you and have a good day and by the way there are even more reviews on Yelp reviews that are saying they're scammers and that no one should hire them I don't know why the reviews aren't showing up on here but anybody trying to hire them should really check the reviews out before they hire them
