I had Ben come out to give me an estimate for my parents house and Ben was the only one that gave me three options and let us choose which A/C units would fit our family . Ben was not trying to sell us anything he just gave us his best deal and he was the only one that was not forcing a sale no lies no making up stories . I appreciated his professionalism and treating us like family. Because Ben was honest with us we chose AZ Perfect Comfort. Honesty is more important to me because then you know there WORD is there contract like in the old days. Ben and his crew Andrew, Kyle and Will did an amazing job not only installing on my parents house but on my house too.
Because Ben kept his word from the beginning of us talking to actually delivering on his promises AZ Perfect Comfort installed a new unit on my house too. Ladies and Gentleman if you want excellent service the way we remember it AZ Comfort has exceeded my expectations and I am very strict because I was in the trade business myself and I saw his Integrity was impeccable! Please give them a call for service and new installation. You will experience honesty at its best!

We have always enjoyed Kyle Dunnett's visits from AZ Perfect Comfort, as he is the technician who regularly comes out to handle our maintenance. Each time, he is professional, courteous, and very personable from the moment he arrives. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, answers all of my questions patiently, and provides a clear update on our system's maintenance. He works efficiently but never feels hurried, which gives us a lot of confidence in the quality of his work. It's rare to find someone who consistently combines technical skill with such great customer service. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be requesting Kyle for future visits! Thank you!

Kiel with his apprentice Will, arrived on time. They kept me informed and proceeded with our installation which took less than 3 hours. Both very professional, I know because I had been in the same business for over 30 years. The finished product was well done and appreciated. This company has a very dishonest owner. Quoted and billed home warranty and myself for unnecessary work and then didn't even complete any of the work that was invoiced to the warranty company. Buyer BEWARE. VERY dishonest because he didn't know I had cameras EVERYWHERE and good thing. Tried to claim he was at my hour for 4 hours but was really here 45 minutes- also confirmable via cameras. DO NOT USE!!!!! I have filed a complaint with Home warranty and ROC.

This is one of the best experiences I’d had with a vendor. They were knowledgeable, quick, and knew exactly what they were doing. Honestly, they were one of the reasons my faith was restored in our warranty company. Thank you so much for setting a new bar.

Arrived home at 7:30 pm… my house was 85 degrees. It is July in Phx. I began calling places erratically. I searched for ones that said 24/7 urgent service. Every single one of them told me that it would be at least a one week’s wait. .. It’s 118 outside.! We’ll die by then. Thank goodness this place popped up on Google. They didn’t have many reviews… but I was running out of choices. I phoned them and someone actually answered the phone! I didn’t get a phone answering service relaying the issue to a company… who would then give me a ridiculous amount of wait time or not answer at all. Travis, my ac tech, arrived at my house in under 30 mins and fixed my ac! I will call these guys from now on. Da 💣! Thx so much!

One lady that answers the phones was not very nice but Travis the Manager made up for it and my experience was good.

Great service, installers very professional and nice. Great prices. When there was a problem with one of the brand new units, they drove to 2 different warehouses to get the right part and fix it late on a Friday. Highly recommend!

Yo lemme tell you, Ryan and Marcin were amazing. They came and uninstalled an old AHU (air handler unit) and my condenser outside. They were very professional and respectful. They showed up on time and got the job done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Received fast friendly and efficient plumbing services. Mark cleared 2 drains of my house that I just moved into. I'm so glad he was available because I've never had a plumber as good as him and I don't have time to find another plumber

Luxury Air Conditioning is the best! They are the preferred HVAC vendor in Phoenix for a company that I used to work for. When I had an issue in my own home, I reached out to them. Great customer service, communication, timeliness, quality of work, and fair pricing.

They might be alright. But what’s concerning is how little regard they have for the communities. Is there any reason they’re going 50 mph in a 25 mph zone in a neighborhood that has 5 families with small children? I wish Google reviews let me post the video because I have it recorded. But unfortunately photos don’t show the speed.

If they can’t conduct themselves responsibly out in public, how are they going to be in your home? No thanks
