We have an AC Chiller system and not a lot of AC companies can work on this type of system. AZ Trusted Air not only fixed my system, they were able to research the specific AC chiller my home needed and has totally improved the system. I almost never write a review on or about anything, if that doesn't tell you something all in it's self, lol
My air went out prob 15 min before I had to leave for work , so needless to say I came home to an oven ! I called AZ Trusted Air on a whim after googling and thank God! I guess my freon had leaked out an of course just my luck it required a special freon that is almost impossible to get , to my amazement they had it and it was affordable. I give this company 5 starts and 2 thumbs up. Def a worthwhile business car to keep on the fridge!

After 6 months of installation and running,this is still the best HVAC I worked with! Here’s a summary:

- Prices for a new air compressors, duct rerouting, installing new ducts, insulation was literally the best I could find! “And I shopped around for 2 months”

- Tom and all of the techs really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked great. Even called the next week unsolicited to check on how things are going and made a free visit to inspect

- It did take them an extra day or 2 to get all the work done but that’s mostly cause they wanted everything done how you want your house done and let me say they fixed many things they weren’t even contracted for. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I replaced an AC compressor both outdoor and indoor unit. Installed a new return duct system and rerouted many of the existing ones and I also did insulation. The fact a customer is writing a positive review 6 months after installation alone should tell you how good a company this is. Would definitely recommend and use again.

AZ Trusted Air spent hours chasing a problem with my AC. They gave me an original estimate and stuck by it even though it turned out to be more in depth than expected. No extra charges and no effort to increase the price.

Our AC unit went out during Memorial Day weekend. Big thank you to Tom for coming out last minute on a Sunday to get it fixed for us.

First off, He set up a portable AC unit before he started his work so we could bear the heat during the day. Quality service.

He was quick and knowledgeable during the diagnostic and laid out some options for obtaining the part. We chose to do a same day fix as the AZ weather is creeping up. Tom worked hard past 9pm to get everything working, including making a drive to Phoenix to get a brand new (not refurb) part, and a trip to Home Depot when one of his tools broke.

I would recommend using AZ trusted air and will call again for any other issues in the future !

All I can say is Tom is a man of his word. I purchased a Lennox A.C/ Heat unit. about 4 years ago....I have never had to call him with any issues but decided I would have him give it a once over before I turned it on this year. Tom showed up on schedule and gave the unit a professional cleaning and maintenance inspection. After he was complete I asked him how much I owed and he replied nothing.... I was very surprised and Happy. It is this kind of service that reflects (MY WORD IS MY GUARANTEE)...Thanks a million Tom and keep up the GREAT SERVICE!

Tom came out immediately - on a Sunday even - and fixed our AC. No upselling, no ridiculous prices because it's 87 degrees inside the house and we're desperate - Tom was straight with us about what the problem was and what we needed to do to fix it. If you value honesty, integrity, old school with ethic, and quality work done right the first time, give them a call.

Great service + communication. Tom and his team helped restore our 20 year old AC with no pressure to purchase a new unit. They came out the same day as called and worked with us. Happy we found AZ Trusted Air! They are a good company that provides superior customer service and pricing!

My air conditioner stopped working a few months ago on a Sunday evening when the temperature was above 100 degrees. I called Tom who told me that he had a job in front of mine but would be there as soon as possible. Thank goodness he showed up and got the air conditioner running that night. I was very grateful that he showed up late on a Sunday night and took care of the problem.

We discussed the need for a new unit, which I was well aware of since the unit was over 15 years old. A couple of days ago my AC failed me again; of course, on a Friday. I spoke with Tom and he managed to have a new unit installed on Saturday afternoon. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to make things happen. I would definitely recommend AZ Trusted Air for all of your HVAC needs.

My AC stopped working. Tom came out within a couple of hours, at night. He was able to get the unit running through the night until he could get a new unit for me. Within a day his guys had the new AC installed, and blowing cold air. Thank you Tom…I highly recommend your company.

I have two AC units that are 18 years old. I’ve called Tom and his crew many times over the years. They are the only company I use. Knowledgeable and honest. Always feels like I’m dealing with family. Highly recommend them!

We were referred to Tom from a friend. He came to our space in Gilbert and gave it to us straight. Took pictures and explained everything very thoroughly. He responded to all messages very promptly. He came back to do the job on the next business day and was done quickly. He also followed up with a very detailed text about the job. We were very impressed with his duct cleaning and thoroughness in his work. We will definitely be using his company again!

These guy worked super hard and were really nice and trustworthy. They had excellent pricing and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was working perfectly. They were reliable, punctual, courteous and owner Tom communicated everything clearly and came back to check the work. They stayed super late hours to replace our two new units as quickly as possible.

Great Service A+. Air stopped working, called AZ Trusted Air and Tom came out right away. Tom diagnosed, zeroed in on the cause of the problem and started affecting the repair within minutes of arriving. Also, Tom went above and beyond to implement preventative measures and worked with me on a fair cost for the service. By far the best experience that I have received for service from any company. I highly recommend AZ Trusted Air.

Bad experience with a new AC install. Do NOT call this company!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

First, they were almost 3 hours late, with no communication about the delay. My husband had to call them to ask when their ETA was. They did apologize and make many excuses, but the lack of communication was an issue.
Secondly, they did not even bring a ladder to our roof AC install.
Thirdly, the AC install was not even complete when they left. They left the job site with the AC power cord hanging in the air (instead of informing us we needed an extension cord, they just left it...) and a piece of the drain was left strewn about on our roof.

Overall, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. So disappointed that we spent this kind of money for this poor of service.

Its 2 AM and our AC went out. Tom was very effective, getting on my roof and checking everything and keeping me informed all by 3:00 AM . He got some parts and got to work. The fast paced and knowledgeable work is well worth his prices. If your looking for the best in the value and someone you can TRUST, this is the guy . Hopefully he reads this and knows that our family was so thankful that day. By 5:30 am he had our air blowing cold in a 115 type of day. Call him and get ur AC repaired. “Its more than just possible … its happening “ is his slogan and it makes perfect sense.

I had a new American Standard HVAC installed today. The process started last week with Kyle, my technician, and he was awesome. Kyle was knowledgeable & patient; he spent the time to properly diagnose my broken AC. He then presented options to fix the old AC unit and options for replacement. Never did he try to “up sell” me through the process. Kyle’s advice and trustworthiness is what distinguishes AZ Perfect Comfort’s staff from the competition.

My installers (Jesse and Mike) were awesome as well! Jesse and Mike were very professional & trustworthy and made sure the installation was done properly. They were friendly and I was comfortable having them in my home. Even my dog loved them! 👍

Our AC went out at 3pm. Same day we had a technician out and the following day Jesse and Kyle showed up before noon to start installing our new system!

They walked us through the thermostat instructions and made the whole stressful experience of losing an AC unit in the summer seamless and simple.

Mike came by one month after install right on time, confirmed everything was great, and was very professional.
