I had my unit replaced and soom duct work repaired. The guys were fantastic! The job was done correctly the first time. The worker were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Great American Air.

Elijah provided service to my ac unit and I can’t speak highly enough about his timeliness, knowledge, friendliness and competency. He helped determine a variety of issues and kept me updated throughout the visit on what he was uncovering, how it could be addressed, as well as maintenance strategies for the future. He was very clear, thorough and professional. I also had a good experience with the receptionist who communicated quickly. I strongly recommend this company and am so relieved to have found them. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and got my heating up and running, i am happy with the service!

My home warranty company assigned this company to come out and figure out what was wrong with my AC. Unfortunately my AC broke on a Saturday and I had to wait until Monday before they were able to come out. When the technician came out he told me he couldn’t diagnose the problem because the coils needed to be cleaned first and it’s not covered by the warranty company and will cost me over $500. When asked if he could do it that day I was told no it would have to be done in the morning hours only and they were booked tomorrow. I was told I would have to wait for the scheduler to call me to schedule the cleaning then after that they could diagnose the problem. My house was over 90 degrees inside and I had already been without AC for 3 days and I have to wait a couple more days for them to come back out to figure out what was wrong? I called another company for a 2nd opinion and they came out the next day diagnosed and fixed the problem and only charged me $150 to clean my coils. I wish my experience was better but it seems like they were out to get more money from me.

Great company, I have used them a few times and have always been very satisfied with the service I have received. Tech's are friendly and knowledgeable. They recently saved me $2000 when another company missed diagnosed my a/c problem.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Gina and Jeremy! Between the two of them, our faith in HVAC techs/dispatch has been restored. We had both our units go out just before the 4th of July holiday wknd and let our home warranty company know. After 7 days of no AC and two techs from two different companies with no results, our home warranty company connected us with Great American. Gina, the angel in the office, LISTENED to my mother’s concerns and gave her precise instructions on how to shut the units off so they could be assessed properly and got Jeremy on the job. Jeremy was kind and professional; It was late and he acted like we were the first job of the day and not the dead last. He didn’t complain, instead he GOT THINGS WORKING. And at the end of the day we were so relieved. Trust this company. They are going to do right by you because they care. They are officially our favorites!

A client recommended Great American to me. Had to have them come out on an emergency, at night call. Absolutely amazing, Ginna kept me informed every step of the way and followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was working as expected. Unbelievable service and customer care for this crew!!! Their word truly is their bond.

Place is absolute garbage. Customers get ripped off with overpriced incredibly low quality work. The owner is an absolute con artist would highly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Their tec put too much freon in my unit it stopped working they charged me for the freon and charged me to come out an extra time never paid me back they removed the freon that I paid for go figure. I would suggest go with someone else!

Tom is honest and professional. After solving the A/C problems, he spend minutes to help me understand the situation and also give me some honest advice. I appreciate his service.

They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, made the needed repairs and I was pleased with the bill too.

If your chiller is down, get someone you cant trust. John was the tech and he was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and hardworking its nice to be shown and explained the problem not just handed a bill ill use these guys for my home and commercial needs, of course hes a veteran as well in thank him and others who have served
