Top notch communication about appointments, service personnel are professional and timely, and prices are fair and straight forward. I can't give a better recommendation than saying that we already have our next service appt scheduled with them.

AZ perfect comfort were wonderful to work with. This is our first home and we needed to set up regular maintenance for our AC & HVAC systems. They communicate well and are upfront and honest. Mike came over to our home and was early, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail, with pictures, our systems, and the condition. I would highly recommend Mike and AZ perfect comfort. We also signed up for their membership plan, which has many great perks.

Mike was super nice and helpful, explained things well and repaired our system same day as the diagnostic for our AC going out.

We used AZ Perfect Comfort to replaced our old unit 2 years ago. A friend of ours referred us. The entire company is amazing! The price was the lowest of 5 companies we received estimates from. Fred I believe the owner makes you feel like family! We had issues with our thermostat and he himself came out and replaced it with no additional cost!

Mike has been our AC tech for a year now and he is always courteous, friendly, and always cleans up after. We appreciate him always taking the time on giving us the overview of what he has done and at the end he never rushes to get out but always gives us time if we have any questions for him. New HVAC System installed. Techs where very nice. Very careful not to leave doors open so my dog wouldn't get out. They arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done.

I was fortunate to have Mike perform an inspection of a new HVAC unit installed by AZ Perfect Comfort, a sterling company in all respects. He took time to thoroughly inspect the unit from thermostat to roof, and assured me all was working perfectly. Mike answered my questions about the thermostat, and explained in detail how to ensure my home stays cool & comfortable. The company is indeed fortunate to have this bright young man as an employee. I specifically requested that Mike be the inspector on my account, and highly recommended him and AZ Perfect Comfort for your heating and cooling needs. Five stars all the way!

Annual rooftop residential HVAC maintenance service. Stephanie and team were awesome through the appt-setting process. Terrific communication leading up to the appointment, including text and email 30 minutes prior to arrival with Mike’s photo for ID. Mike was amazing onsite, very informative and helpful and friendly. Took time to explain things, talk through HVAC photos he took, overall outstanding service from start to finish. A+ highly recommend.

From start to finish everyone I had contact with was courteous and professional. Fred was amazing to work with! He came to the house within a couple of hours of my first call and we had a new unit the next day. This kind of service made an unbearable 94° more bearable! We truly appreciate it!!

Another check-in with AZ Perfect Comfort, Mike’s patient customer focus identified we need a blower fan cleaning. Now we’re all clean and ready to go for the next season. I am continually impressed with quality and attention to detail I receive working with AZ Perfect Comfort in general and Mike specifically.

Once again I am impressed with AZ Perfect Comfort's focus on customer service. Tim, learned sign language (ASL) to communicate with my family. Today, is the first time in our adult lives we didn't need to write or use an interpreter to communicate with a service provider. Incredible effort, Tim. Thank you.

Our A/C stopped cooling last night at 4am. AZ Perfect Comfort allowed me to text their emergency line. Ben showed up first thing in the morning. Ben got our AC system running and recommended proper equipment to prevent future damage. My family is comfortable once again. Thank you!

Mike, the service tech was very professional. He kept us informed throughout the service, discussing what issues were being addressed and an estimate of the costs.

I am so very impressed with this company's professionalism, communication, punctuality, and work. They put two mini splits in so quickly. There were three men working diligently for 4 to 4.5 hours. Now, I'm so happy to have air again. DO NOT hesitate to hire them.Their prices for quality work are very reasonable.

AZ Perfect Comfort is a pleasure to do business with. Making or rescheduling appointments is easy, and customer service is always friendly and prompt. Today I had my AC serviced, and the technician, Kyle, was friendly and effective. He cleaned coils and explained all findings and recommended preventative measures. I will continue to use this company. As a side note, my husband and I have had a great experience with AZ Perfect Comfort and have never felt uncomfortable as a same-sex couple. The respect of the technicians is greatly appreciated. We will definitely recommend this company to friends.
