I can’t say enough great things about Luxury Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Our AC went out and they sent a diagnostic guy out yesterday afternoon and by this morning they were here, ON TIME!! Rayson and Juan were our technicians and these boys are the real heroes working in these treacherous conditions to make sure families are safe and happy. Eternal gratitude for moving so quickly and getting the job done with no issues or hiccups. You have our business as long as we are Arizona residents!! Thank you:)

Great service yet again by Luxury AC. They fit is in the next day when one of our AC units quit working on Friday afternoon. We were back in business Saturday morning by 10am with a new fan capacitor. Thanks Luxury!

Woke up this morning and house was at 76 degrees AC unit wouldn’t kick on. Texting Ryan about 530 am by 930 am his team had replaced the capacitor and we have AC again. Great service extremely responsive!

Luxury Air Conditioning installed my new AC this week and they were great, I will be referring them to anyone who needs repairs or a new unit installed. Not only is my new AC quieter and works so much better but the quote, scheduling, and installation process was very easy and fast. Thank you Luxury Air Conditioning!

I do not recommend this business at all. Allison canceled my work order due to stating I was being “rude” because I was following up with a work order. That specific day it was over 105 in PHX. She refuse having. Tech come back out to service my place. And left my family in an urgent state. This is inhumane and disgusting from a business and human point of view. The tech was very helpful and efficient. Take your money somewhere else.l

I had to edit my post to reply to you guys. You should take the time to review all the calls and see your employees customer service skills. I have all the emails and approvals as well. They even approved the replacement of the whole unit. Somewhere here there was an issue. Regardless, I had to drive 5 hours to my nearest family to cool down while I wait for a repair. I was shocked to hear the reasoning of “ refusal” from your company. When I only spoke to Allison. She seems agravated when I called her for a scheduling time. She responded “ we just got this assigned 39 seconds ago , I’ll call you back with a time”. Never called back. I called back and she said she was still working on it. The day went by I called management and they said it was a “ refused”.

Had a great experience with Luxury Air Conditioning. The rooftop heat pump unit finally died at the back of my house, and it was time for a replacement. It was not an emergency as I still had the main unit working that covers most of the house.

I called Luxury Air and they had someone come out to measure the same day and had the whole unit installed the very next day.

Every person I talked with was professional. They left my house clean and my roof clean. They even fixed the drain line on my other air conditioner for no additional cost. They just saw it was disconnected and glued it back together.

Excellent experience overall, and will definitely be recommending this company to my friends.

my home needed a new ac in may. then my office needed one in june. i got 3 estimates for myself. i got 4 for my work. Luxury Air Conditioning & plumbing made me audibly laugh at the other estimates. good company who only works on word of mouth. and holy smokes did i see that in the estimate. its so clear who is spending all their profits on marketing and expecting the customer to pay. then there is luxury air, who actually takes the time to find their customers the best deal.

These guys are hands down the best AC company in Az! Our unit broke down and it was over 90 in our house. Allison was amazing and kept things moving with scheduling and getting the quote done all so quickly, even getting on the phone with me after hours to ensure a fast turnaround time. Jose and Rayson were here within 24 hrs and worked in this heat to get everything completed. We are so grateful to this team. Everyone was so friendly and professional and hard working!

I have used Luxury Air with other properties I have managed and also with the single-family homes properties and they are an amazing company. They give the best rates, and always have the AC installed within 24 hours if the AC is not able to be repaired. Definitely recommend them!!!

Mark was on it from the moment he walked into the garage. We had a leak in the wall from where our washer runs and he explained every step of the process, the problem and the fix. Very professional and we definitely appreciate him working in this heat and helping us. Definitely recommend this company!

Luxury Air Conditioning provided superior service. They had excellent pricing, great customer service and quick response times. They arrived on time, explained everything in detail and still made things easy. Very professional. It's been a while since they installed my new AC unit and it's going strong! Nice cold air across the whole house. Here in AZ you can't mess around with AC issues in the summer, they really came through and saved the day. I would highly recommend them for others and will use their services in the future again if we need them.

I called Luxury for a second opinion when a previous company came to see why my ac wasn't cooling at my house. The previous company didn't have me feeling great about the cause of the issue and their recommended fix and certainly their price to fix it. Ryan with luxury came out same day, did recommend the same fix but in a reassuring and confident manner, AND the price was considerably lower. I'll be using Luxury for any future repairs on my home, my parents home, and my rental properties.
