This last Thursday afternoon Tomer came by after my heater went out. He was able to squeeze me in same day. I had another company come out and offered me a high price which seemed to be a bit high. Once Tomer checked out the problem he was able to repair it for half the cost!

Excellent quality of work and fast. Had another company trying to fix my heat pump for two weeks and they couldn’t. Called Klein Heating and Cooling and within an hour he had my system up and going.

I called Klien Heating and Cooling when I heard a sound coming from my AC unit that just didn't sound right. They came and resolved the issue within minutes. Charged me an honest fee, no up-selling at all. I would 100% recommend them and will use them in the future.

Keeping our AC system in the best possible shape is very important to us, so we signed up for the Maintenance Plus service and we have technicians come twice a year to make sure it is working properly. We'll be staying with Klein Heating and cooling for as long as they can provide the quality and competitively-priced service we've come to expect!

We had a recurring issue with my AC system and multiple trips with the warranty company and another service provider I called Tomer with Klein Heating and Cooling. He came and walked me through the issue with the motherboard of our system because of the intermittent issues we were having. Additionally, Tomer replaced the thermostat wire as a preventative measure because of the excessive sun damage and cracking in the plastic cover. After a short heat wave in the mid 90's it consistently ran which it never did with the other contractor's. I would highly recommend this Tomer and his company to anyone !!!!!

Klein Heating and Cooling was amazing! Saved us a fortune. The awesome technician explained everything and really went the extra mile to make sure our AC was working. We went from 89 degrees in our home back to normal in just a few hours. We asked them back to see about our duct work too! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Extremely quick response time (So important for Arizona!) and they really took their time to analyze every aspect of our A/C to make sure we knew not only what needed to be done now, but also what needed to be done in the future to keep things running smoothly. I expected a pretty hefty bill for such a white glove service, but was so surprised by how competitive the pricing was. Officially our 'I know a guy' place for A/C troubles!

Josh , Tomer and their apprentice Miguel were amazing ! They came out and did a diagnostic of our HVAC system and explained that after 23 years of operation the compressor was dead and it was time to replace. After a reasonable quote I approved it and the following morning they were able to change it out with the proper size unit cause I was undersized. After 8 months of operation i noticed an average savings of 65 a month compared to the previous year. I'm a satisfied with his services.

I can't recommend them enough! Not only did they offer the best deal among the four quotes I received, but their innovative thinking and problem-solving skills were impressive. They managed to come up with solutions that none of the other big name companies had even considered, ultimately leading to some serious savings on my end.

But it didn't stop there. Their team went above and beyond, not only replacing all the ducts and adding insulation, but cleaning the 100 year old attic out of all the old toxic insulation and rat nests. It’s to the point now that it could honestly be considered another living space. We were also pleased that they even pointed out some potential electrical and plumbing issues that we would have never known about. This company is very thorough!

Very prompt, professional and pleasant service at a competitive price. Yesterday afternoon we noticed that our hot water heater was not heating up the water. We researched online and found Klein Heating and cooling to be best rated. Now we know why. We called them last night. After determining what we needed they explained their recommendation and made an appointment. Tech came right on time this morning and now we have a new water heater.
