Highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for a new packaged unit installation. From the initial quote with Andrew to final install, they made the daunting process of buying a new ac unit a breeze. Will, Kyle and Ben showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. Price was fair and would recommend to anyone.

Mike was a very pleasant and knowledgeable service technician that not only resolved an issue we had with a faulty circuit board, but also took the time to explain everything in layman’s terminology. From identifying the problem to handling the manufacturers warranty and subsequent installation of a new circuit board, the process was professionally and timely completed in accordance to my challenging schedule. I highly recommend both Mike and Az Perfect Comfort for all of anyone’s HVAC service/maintenance needs.

Fred and the team are highly knowledgeable, very professional, priced Competitively with excellent follow up in communication. My service representative Mike was punctual, communicative, professional and answered my many questions. He serviced my unit and had a few recommendations. He was also respectful and understanding of the need to budget for next repair items. I liked the capability to text for communication instead of always a phone call. I've used the company for a few things. Install of a packaged system, maintenance of the system and repair of my split system. Highly responsive, very reasonable pricing, and great warranty. Service tech Mike has been very helpful in answering my questions during repair and maintenance.

Excellent service. Definitely recommend. Office was prompt in scheduling work. I really like their text and email alerts for tech arrival. Our tech Kyle did a great job. Pleasant, knowledgeable and got it done efficiently.

This company has been a top performer since we installed our equipment a couple years ago. Total professionals. The office personnel are superior and do a great job. The service thus far has been outstanding. Mike serviced our three units today as well as cleaned our dryer vent. Our upstairs A/C stopped working overnight. I called AZ Perfect Comfort this morning, and a technician arrived. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly, & professional.
The A/C was repaired and the two furnaces had annual preventative maintenance performed during this same visit.

We first had AZ Complete Comfort come for an emergency fix and stayed with them for a year now. The technician Kyle Dunnett has come to my house twice now to perform my the semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Kyle has been efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my families situation.

We have a maintenance plan on our system and as always hey contacted us to schedule the service, sent a reminder text and then once a tech is assigned sent a text with their name, picture and then a text the day of when they are on the way. As always the tech was on time. Kyle has been to our home many times and as always, he was very thorough and my kind of salesman…not pushy. He explains what the benefits of having a service is or adding a part will do, but no scar tactics are used. He’s even let us know it’s recommended, but could be done later. Not many companies or salesman are like that. Kyle has been out to our house many times and
I’ve always had good service provided from the office to the techs. We ended up adding a part, don’t recall the name, but it will monitor the motor and in this AZ heat, I’m all for protecting and maintaining before something goes wrong as it will at some point.
