When they left everything worked the way it was supposed to, and I still had money in the bank!

Get a company you can trust, Tom and John are extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was months ago and everytime I feel that cool air hit my face I think thank God for Tom and John

WORST Company ever. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Paid a deposit only to have a tech show up and not know how to do the job of replacing a thermostat. Was told I would get a new tech, never heard back from them. When I asked for my deposit back I was told they had to "look into it". Haven't heard back since. AVOID these THIEVES at all cost!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Frank and his team were amazing and very professional. They replaced my entire AC/Heating unit inside and outside. I would recommend them to any friends and family. They had a quick response time and great attention to detail, making sure everything was working perfectly and up to code. Thank You!

What a wonderful company!! Ive never gotten such excellent customer service in my life. The owner always puts his customers first at the forefront of it all i never feel like hes trying to get over on me and theres alot to be said for that. Dont hesitate because you will never find a better quality workmanship at the same low price.! Hands down AZ Trusted Air is on point!!

These guys are AWESOME! My AC went out on a 107 degree day and I have a 4 month old...not only were they super friendly but they were here to fix my unit in under 2 hours. The tech took time to explain to me what was wrong and how to prevent future problems. I will only use them in the future for all maintenance and AC needs.

These guys 100% saved my bacon on a HOT summer Sunday. They showed up and fixed my A/C in a matter of minutes and the price was right. Save yourself time and a headache and call the first. Honest, no b.s. just hot the job done. 10/10 !!!

Called on a weekend night just as Tom was going to sleep. He came in a timely manner and knocked it out for us at a fantastic price. He's our AC guy from now on. Excellent small business to support.

WOW!! These guys went above and beyond for my family one hot night! We came home late on a Friday evening (husband and kids in tow) and our home was hot!! The warm temperatures were just creeping in that weekend and we could survive the night, but definitely needed someone out the next day (Saturday). They were willing to still come out as late as 1:00am in the morning to fix our problem - AMAZING JOB and SERVICE!!! We will definitely be calling them again for any other AC issues or upgrades!

The unit on the building was replaced quickly, efficiently and in the rain!!! We are so excited to have a working unit again. Appreciate the kindness and cleanliness Tom and his crew displayed. We will recommend AZ Trusted Air again and again!! Thanks!!

One of our worst fears came true and our AC went out yesterday. It was 91 degrees in the house last night when we went to go to sleep. AZ Trusted Air sent a guy out at 11 PM who told us we could go to sleep and he’d take care of it. I woke up this morning to a text message from him and a FREEZING house. We are very lucky to have great businesses like this who go above and beyond to make sure that we stay comfortable and safe. If you’re in AZ and have any AC needs, I’d give them a call!

All I can say is Tom and the very nice lady at the office saved us!! Our thermostat had gone out and I was trying to wire it myself. Tom took the call and explained a few questions I had knowing he wasn’t gaining any money from it. With his help I got my air up and going and have a better understanding of what is going. I will certainly use them for ANYTHING ac related in the future. Thanks again! You guys rock!

0/10 I would not recommend. Took the business over a week to get back to me, had the wrong materials and the wrong unit for the job. There are multiple reviews that say they showed up efficiently and effectively however people I've talked to who have actually had work done by this company have said they have never been on time. I can also attest to this. Please look for a different business to work with. Professional very unprofessional, very dirty and nasty. I'm pretty sure most of the workers are on drugs. I went to the shop and it is the scummiest place I've ever been inside of.

The AC went out at our rental unit and our landlord thankfully uses AZ Trusted Air; Dom was out quickly and he was extremely courteous, professional, and easy going. He troubleshooted extensively and was able to diagnose and fix out problem and get us back to cool and breezy in our home. Thank you for your service Dom, both for our country and to our house! Would use AZ Trusted Air again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about our experience with AZ Trusted Air. When you live in Phoenix, AZ, (with summer temps exceeding 115⁰F) you HAVE TO HAVE a dependable HVAC team you can count on. Especially in Arizona where the summer's are brutal!!

My family and I have been using AZ Trusted Air going on 7 years or so now and we've been nothing but happy! Whether it's a simple maintenance check, or even a "Middle of the Night Freak Out Emergency" bc your thermostat has gone out, Tom and his guys are quick to take action. And they always treat us like family. It's the kind of professionalism and service you rarely see anymore.

Tom has also helped us save a TON of money bc of his attention to detail an proactive approach to dealing with problems. If they see an issue that needs attention, they'd rather take an hour of their own time fixing something for free rather than push the issue under the rug like other companies we've dealt with in the past. If you require HVAC services in the Phoenix valley then you owe it to yourself to give Tom and his guys a call at AZ Trusted Air. I know I'll be keeping them #1 on my speed dial. This company was excellent! They responded right away and were able to get us on the schedule within 24 hours to make sure we didn't have to go too long without AC. They were very thorough and were able to get our system running in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this company. They are a pleasure to work with!

It was a Sunday AND a holiday weekend we had a house full of guests, Tom came out in a timely manner and got the AC working. The price was incredible, there was no extras he tried to throw in. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks TOM MATTINGLY

Lies and unkept promises! Tom, cannot keep his promises!! And cannot make his appointment times, that he suggests! First day, he told me he would be at the house around 10:00am, he finally arrived after 1200pm after several text messages. Then he had to come back for day two, because "he didn't bring enough supplies". Late again, told me around 10:00am again after 12:00 and more text messages. And still didn't bring all supplies(No new thermostat as promised, per are first conversation). And let me add, around 4:00pm he stopped working and wanted to know if I could pay him  $1,000 cash, so he could make his payroll.  I had to make another appointment for next week. First appointment no show/ no call. I called Tom, no answer, then called office. Received a sad story about Tom and how I should have pity on Tom. Made a new appointment, Again, no show, but I did receive a call from Chrissy, saying she could not contact Tom. With Tom, is always a story, and who knows if its a lie!
