Jeremy was very thorough with my inspection and showed me pictures of work needed. First time using this company and I’m very pleased.

Our HVAC was from when our home was built over 20 years ago, and we bought it just recently and moved in with kids and a newborn. Living areas and 2 bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and the rest of the house 8 foot ceilings.

The AC could get cold in some parts of the house, but none of the bedrooms ever cooled in the summer. Arizona heat with kids and a newborn can be rough. We called Great American AC, they came out and recharged the AC refrigerant levels and accessed our entire HVAC. They gave recommendations and pricing for a full replacement, but also varying options for repair and maintaining our existing system.

We decided to update our AC, with Great American AC, after shopping around we liked their maintenance options and were able to get a very quick appointment for install.

The technicians who installed our AC and serviced our house were Chris and Jeremey. They answered questions throughout the process. They replaced the ducts and lifted the runs off the insulation securing them with straps. We learned that the previous ducts had twists and turns and were often buried in the insulation. They even repaired our dryer vent ductwork, which another company had taped up a They even repaired our dryer vent ductwork which was kinked and blocked.

When they finished the install, and turned it on, I was sitting at my desk. The difference was incredible. Every room has been evenly cooled during summer and warm in the winter. We do not worry about our kids getting too hot during naps or sleep. We can bring in grocery’s from the garage in summer and not have to wait hours for house to cool back down.

This year, our technicians came before the summer started and ran checks on the AC to make sure we were ready. He climbed through the attic and checked temperatures in each room.

I highly recommend Great American AC. They know what they are doing when it comes to HVAC and you can feel the difference.

I called Great American Air Conditioning to schedule my seasonal tune up. Jeremy came out and went through my entire system and explained the current condition and what preventative maintenance measures I could be taking to prolong the life expectancy of my system. I received a courtesy call from Ginna in the office 30 minutes prior to his arrival, and a follow up call once the job was completed making sure I was satisfied with their services. She was very nice and super helpful, every question I had was answered right away and I got off the call extremely happy with the service from Jeremy and Ginna! They really know what they’re doing here and want to make sure I knew what to expect so it was wonderful! I have already told multiple people about this company and will continue to do so!

We had an air conditioning unit go out. We called our Home Warranty company 2-10. 2-10 connected us with Great Americian Air Conditioning LLC. We were contacted by Ginna who was extremely pleasant to talk to. Ginna set up with and appointment for between 2-4 same day.
Elijah was our technician. Elijah was quick to check things out and repaired our unit. Elijah explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Both Elijah and Ginna are a great asset to your company.

First time home owner with a recommendation from a friend about Great American Air. Jeremey came out today and was very nice and professional. He did a maintenance check and replaced a blower motor capacitor. Reasonable prices and provided great customer service.

I was very pleased with Great American Air Conditioning! I had 2 HVAC systems replaced and I could not be happier with the outcome. Their prices were unbeatable and the service was top-notch. The employees professional and courteous when setting up my service appointment, and they followed up on phone calls and questions! Which is so very rare nowadays but very much welcomed. My appointments were kept when set and the technicians were on-time but if they were going to be late, they made sure to let me know. The install went smoothly, no hiccups and service technicians were very professional as well as patient with all my questions. I was especially impressed with the Lead Technician Jeremy. He made sure to update me of the progress each day (it was a 3-day job) and remind me of the time of the next day's appointment. I would highly recommend the company.

Update: Nothing worse than losing your AC on 4th of July in AZ. Nothing better than having Great American AC getting it back up on the morning on the 5th. Thanks to the team for their quick response.

Great American Air Conditioning is the Best AC company I have ever hired to do work for me. Their staff is fantastic. Everyone from Ginna and Denise in the office to Jeremy, Chris, and the other Techs at my home, everyone is very professional and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and will use no one else. I have tried the "Big Guys" you see on TV, but every time they finish I feel ripped-off.
