Sears has done quality work for me in the past. Appliances, windows and a sliding door. That all ended when we contracted with them to have three bedrooms flooring done. Consultation went well (we thought), signed a contract, and the subcontractor came (a little late but no problem) to do the second measurements. Here's where the trouble began...measurements were off by almost an entire room. We go up the chain because we were already in a contract and it was a huge price difference. After that is figured out we wait three weeks, the subcontractor is late again and we find out that the WRONG product was ordered. He also starts telling us that the molding wasn't included in our contract but he'll throw it in as long as we pay for the install on the side. A few more weeks go by and we find out the subcontractor was trying to pull one over on us so a second subcontractor comes out from a city 1 1/2hrs away. He installs things perfectly but guess what...the product is SHORT. After another week and a half a third subcontractor comes out to finish the job. It took FOUR MONTHS to complete the flooring in three bedrooms (10x13, 10x15.4 & 13x16) from carpet to laminate hardwood. The floors are beautiful but I don't think it was worth the four month headache.

These guys were fantastic. Our AC went out on a Saturday, and I called dozens of companies in the valley, they were the only ones that could have someone here, same day. Damian was an incredible, and honest technician. He found the issue instantly and fixes our AC within minutes. He was professional, and took extra time to educate me on what he was doing and ways I could keep the AC from breaking again. I highly recommend calling One Stop.

Had the parts necessary to fix and definitely the know-how. In this state, with excessive heat, it'd certainly be easy to take advantage of people... Jeff does not. In a moments notice this company set up an appointment for me without any questions asked and within an hour or somebody was at my door and all I can say Jeff is absolutely amazing. He was honest reliable and so professional. Thank you Jeff for taking care of my air-conditioning today...I will continue to use this company moving forward!

Jeff, the repair tech, came within 30 minutes of my calling. He was courteous and efficient. In addition to the repair, he corrected a potential problem with the adjacent AC unit. He also took the time to explain to us various means of improving air flow and checked to sed whether other aspects of the AC needed maintenance. The information he provided was timely and useful. He answered all of our questions. I will definitely be contacting this company in the future for other AC needs.

One Stop came to the rescue. Our AC unit was not blowing cool air. After calling several other companies only to be told they are 4 days out, one-stop showed up the next morning. Jeff showed up, professional, friendly and cleary explained what was going on with our unit (our issue was caused from an incorrect repair from another company). Damien was my tech and I was very pleased with how prompt and thorough he was. He took his time with maintenance on our unit and was very informative.

I had my AC go out on a Saturday afternoon, and called one stop. Jeff came out within an hour and fixed my issue quickly and got me back up and running. Would definitely recommend this company, they are quick, available on the weekends and during those inconvenient times when the ac always goes out, and reasonable.

Jeff showed up early for the appointment, which was greatly appreciated! He immediately deduced the problem with my AC unit. He had the new part I needed on his truck, so he was able to get my air blowing nice & cold in record time. Thanks, Jeff!

Jeff came out to my house and was consummate professional. He had a great deal of patience while I was going back and forth with my Father on the phone. He was extremely genuine and honest. I would recommend him to anyone.

I called around 8:30pm on a Friday and buy 9:30 they were already at the house looking at our AC. Jeff was professional and kept us updated on options and details. By Tuesday they found us a new unit and replaced it. JJ did awesome to show us how to run the new one. Very happy with my service.

I would like to thank One STOP for coming to my rescue today. I wake up day to my A/C not working. I googled and One STOP came up. I gave them a call, they answered the phone on the 3 right on a Saturday (SAY WHAT!) Yes on a Saturday.

They assigned Jeff to the call. He called letting me know he was on his way. He was very friendly, Identifying himself and providing me with a company business card. He asked questions and listened to my concerns. He was able to identity my fan motor is going bad. He suggested adding Freon to the unit for more sufficiency.

They had several different pay methods which was great. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family members.

After coming home to a warm house, I immediately started calling around for service. Many companies said that it would be the next day before they were able to arrive. I stumbled upon One Stop, and gave them a call. The technician (Jeff), showed up, was very friendly, professional and had a great knowledge of the job. Jeff showed at 5:15, and had my unit back online by 5:25. I couldn't be more grateful, to One Stop and to Jeff, for fitting me in, on a Holiday weekend to boot. I will definitely tell my friends about One Stop, and use them for anything that I need futuristically.

This is a company that is not only professional, punctual and fair with their pricing — they are passionate about pleasing their customers, as well! Jeff tells the truth, recommends exactly what’s needed, then delivers it all through a team of expert installers. Frank and Eddie worked diligently to see that the roof units were soundly seated and that the inside 4-ton air handler was well-installed, fully sealed, and even beautiful-looking! Meanwhile, JJ performed the same with the upstairs 2-ton unit — topped off with an air-scrubber! Would I recommend this company? ABSOLUTELY!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This company is NOT trustworthy. I called them to schedule a yearly maintenance on my AC I bought from them 2 years ago. They originally scheduled me for 6/22 from 12-4 pm. We waited all day and no call until almost 4 pm when they told us that they weren’t going to be able to make it out to us and would need to reschedule. We rescheduled to 6/27 from 7 am- 10 am. 9:30 am comes around and still no call from them on ETA for the technician. We called them and were told we weren’t on the schedule for today, but then told right after that they had a call out and had a back up technician that was going to pick up the van and head over to us. By 11:30 no technician had showed up and we received a call stating that the tech’s van had broken down on the way over, but the manager himself, James, was going to come and maintenance it. He had to first go get the van towed, then come over so we were given a window of 1-2 pm. 2 pm came and went and we called them back and they said they weren’t going to be able to come out today, that we needed to r/s to tomorrow or Friday. We told them that we weren’t available tomorrow and if it was going to be Friday they better be here at 7:30 am because we weren’t gonna wait around all day again. When speaking to the manager, Brandon, he told us he could have their “sister company” come out today by 5 pm at no charge. Someone from another AC company came around 4:30 and stated that they had never heard of One Stop Heating and Cooling, and that they had called and spoken to me over the phone, even though the person they spoke with was named Erin… which just so happens to be the name of another manager at One Stop. I had never spoken to this other AC company, and the number they had on file wasn’t my number. They also stated that someone had booked the AC company online and paid with a credit card, with a note stating “Don’t talk to tenant/ don’t tell the tenant anything.” So, it looks like One Stop outsourced and paid for another AC company that was most definitely NOT their “sister company” come out to take a look at the unit. This was a huge headache and a mess to deal with. I will NEVER use or recommend this company ever again. Do yourself a favor and don’t even mess with these people.

Our A/C unit was over 20 years old and time for a replacement. We decided to use One Stop Heating and Cooling and its been a great experience ever since we had the unit installed (7 months ago). Jeff was great to ensure the unit was evenly distributing the air throughout the house. His employees were very respectful and professional. We saw a large drop in our electric bill and couldn't be happier with this company. Highly recommend One Stop Heating and Cooling!

Jeff is pretty awesome! Very patient will all of our needs and came to our rescue. We ended up needing a new unit but he was awesome in trying to really help us obtain this unit. We are looking forward to our new installation on tge AC/unit in the next upcoming days. Looking forward to our new relationship with a new and honest Air Conditioning Heating & Cooling service 😉
