We hired One Stop about a year ago for maintenance and were thoroughly satisfied with their services, so we had them come by again for another job, and were met with the same great service. JJ and Luis (I think I am spelling those right, pardon if not) did a wonderful job and were great about being professional and on time. Jeff has a great crew here and we appreciate them and their business!

Right as it starts to heat up, you always hope your AC doesn't go out. Sadly, that's what happened this year. Jeff was prompt to call me back and make sure that we got assistance right away. Jeff not only explained what he was doing, but offered to show me what the issue was, which I greatly appreciated. Our unit ended up having to be replaced, which was scheduled and set up immediately.
The next day, Damian and JJ showed up on time and walked me through the whole process. They were both incredibly professional and made it easy to ask questions.
The whole team minimized the amount of stress for a really stressful situation. I cannot recommended them enough!

Trust worthy from beginning to end. One stop was very accommodating by providing my family with a temporary AC unit to hold us over until the install date. Jeff and his team were on time, efficient and our new HVAC install not only looks but it runs flawlessly! So grateful for the folks at OneStop! We called at 4:35pm & Jeff was here by 5:07pm. In the AZ summer, with a malfunctioning AC unit, minutes feel like days, so we were thankful to get same day service. Jeff took the time to inspect the unit & explain our options. We opted to purchase a new unit & were scheduled to have it installed within 48 hours. In the meantime, Jeff was able to help us make sure to keep cool enough until the install. OneStop stands behind their products & provides excellent customer service. No pressure, and never felt like a “sale.” We would highly recommend OneStop/Jeff to anyone!!!

Jeff was wonderful! He was on time, very responsive and worked with us to replace our highly inefficient unit. We were spending $400/mo in electric bills but our new system is so much more efficient and enjoyable. We suffered for so long with our old unit, I wish we had called One Stop sooner! Highly recommend One Stop for any AC repairs!!! They were very prompt and Jeff (the technician who came to the house) was professional and informative. He explained what was wrong with the unit and promptly fixed it. He also waited until the house started to cool down before leaving. Jeff and One Stop are hands down the best AC repair company we’ve ever worked with!

My ac went out Sunday morning. I call them and they were able to send a tech out in just a few hours, the same day. Wow! Jeff is awesome and helped me get the ac repaired and back up and running in less than an hour. I definitely recommend and will use again for future services. Thank you all!

Jeff from One Stop Heating and Cooling really saved us. On a Sunday afternoon with the temperature 112ﾟ our air conditioner stopped working. I had already called a couple of well known air conditioning companies with 24 hour service but none of them to get out until 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning. We called Jeff at 1 stop heating and cooling he was literally 2 minutes away from our house he stopped replaced are capacitors and had the air conditioning up and running in less than 5 minutes thank you Jeff your the best. You're the fastest and most professional air conditioning guy we've ever met will definitely use you again

I am a senior citizen with COPD, and also have 2 very small grandchildren visiting me. When our air conditioning went out, I called One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning. Being very busy, Jeff came to the house at 9:30 pm. After assessing the damage he scheduled an appointment for us the next day. He took extra time even though he had worked a very long full day and it was so late. The workers arrived on time, the temperature was 116 outside, and 92 indoors. They worked more then 3 hours in the blazing sun and even hotter attic to fix our many issues.. they were so professional and courteous, never stopping or resting. They took extra time to explain things to me, were very diligent in cleaning their work areas. I could never have received better service from a company than I did with them. Jeff called me back that evening to follow through and make sure we were okay and satisfied with the service we’d received..

When our AC unit stopped working in 115F, we called Jeff from One Stop Heating & Cooling. Jeff was able to schedule us on the same day. He replaced our AC's capacitor and our AC was working great. Then, a few weeks later, our AC broke down again and Jeff came back out to recheck the AC unit. He found the electrical wires that connected the AC unit to the circuit breaker was loose, so he made sure they were securely tightened and our AC was back at work. We appreciate how fast he came out to repair our AC and how thorough he was in finding out the problem and making sure everything is working correctly. We would definitely recommend him and his company to our family & friends.

I called One Stop Heating and Cooling to resolve an urgent issue with my AC unit not cooling at 915pm. A technician was scheduled to come out in a 1-3 hour window later in the night. Jeff showed up within 1 hour. Twenty minutes later my issue was fixed and my house was nice and cool again. Jeff is definitely the Subject Matter Expert. Great company to deal with! Very professional I recently had a new a/c unit installed by one stop. Jeff took the time to go over all my options and gave me his recommendations on what would be the best option. After shopping around a bit I decided to go with one stop because they were giving me better equipment for the price than any of the competitors. I went ahead and pulled the trigger and they installed the unit quickly and very professionally! I used to work in the hvac industry years ago and my knowledge is still there about the industry and I could tell that Jeff and his team were absolutely top notch and they were honest in every aspect of the job! Price was very fair, workmanship was excellent! And they also reached out within a few days to check up on me and the family and see how the unit was performing and told me to reach out if I needed anything at all. Jeff is amazing! Our AC unit shut completely off this Mother’s Day weekend with a house full of kids. Jeff came out and immediately diagnosed the issue and continued to communicate what was going on. He arrived 20 minutes after our call and did not leave until the house was cooling down. I have to say Jeff is very professional and one stop was very affordable, most importantly we feel that we can trust one stop with our HVAC system in the years to come.

Our AC unit was consistently freezing and the fan was not kicking on. After being stood up by the company our HOA recommended the day prior, I called One Stop this morning at 8AM, and Jeff arrived within the hour. It took him less than 30 minutes to diagnose the issue (our blower capacitor was dead), replace the part, and fix our AC! Jeff was very friendly, fast, and educated me on the issue/how he was rectifying it. The service price was very fair. Thank you so much! We will be using One Stop from now on!
