Just had a new AC unit installed today.
When our AC went out overnight, we made the emergency service call to One Stop *based on their google reviews* and had a tech to our house ahead of the promised service window.
It was time to upgrade our 19 y/o unit and we were consulted on options without pressure selling and the warranty is hard to beat.
Jeff was hands-on every step of the way and the crew was awesome. The whole process was a smooth run operation. Seamless.
Don't go anywhere else for your HVAC needs!!!

Jeff arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was professional but friendly. He fixed my immediate problems with the air conditioner. And provided additional information to help me maintain the system. I would recommend his services (in fact, he's looking at another family members unit shortly). Great service for a fair price.

Jeff arrived quickly and informed me of all my options. Great experience. Will be calling on them again in the future.

Easiest and best decision ever was calling them to repair our AC! It was 90° in our house but I called them at 5:30 pm, Jeff showed up exactly when he said he would, 8:00 pm on the dot, and we had cold air pumping through the house 10 minutes later! I’ve never been more appreciative of the professionalism, timeliness, and genuine expert level of service. While I’d never wish a broken AC on anyone mid July in Phoenix, I highly recommend keeping their number on speed dial. Ask for Jeff, he’s the best!

Nowadays it is really hard to find a professional. I have tried different AC companies until I came across with One stop cooling and heating. Ever since, I use this company. Jeff is very responsive and listen carefully all concerns. He is always available for customers. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Jeff always arrives on time. The rates I got from One stop are very reasonable taking into consideration high quality. Highly recommended business. Look no further.

Jeff was fast to arrive. Within an hour of calling the company, compared to several other companies I called who said later in the day or even days later. Jeff called 30 minutes after and was already on his way. He was friendly, professional, punctual and quick to repair. I was very happy. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliable service.

Jeff and his team (Frank and Rudy) were amazing! They were right on time, professional, clean and knowledgeable. When I was getting estimates Jeff explained the new AC unit and warranties more clearly than any of the other companies did. The cost was much better than some of the others I spoke with. These guys are careful, thorough, polite and answered all of the questions I asked clearly. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Jeff and One Stop are THE BEST! With our A/C down on a Sunday afternoon and 110° or more outside, we were really in trouble! After calling at least 4 other companies with more familiar names that couldn't come out for 2 days, I came across One Stop and was so grateful I did! Jeff came out so quickly, found the problem and had the part in his truck ready to install. From our first phone call to the finished repair and a cool house again, it was less than 2 hours from start to finish. The service call fee was less than other companies but was waived after the repair was done. Jeff was so kind, professional and even took the time to change the air filter for us! Jeff had his mask and booties on and was respectfully distanced. Everything was done with such integrity and care...We are SO BLESSED that we found One Stop and Jeff! We highly recommend Jeff and One Stop.

Called One Stop based off of all the great reviews and was not disappointed. They got me on the schedule for same day service and although they got behind on their schedule I was kept posted along the way. Jeff was the tech that arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem we had with the leaking unit; made his recommendations and with my approval got to work right away. Before leaving he explained what he had done, showed me the work and gave me directions on how to maintain the float switches he had installed and cleaned up before leaving. Highly Recommend that you give them a try.

I'm not able to post another review for the same company, but just wanted to update on another great experience. 5/26 called because A/C was not cooling, scheduled same day service. Tech Damien arrived at the scene courteous and very professional. These units are old and expecting that they may kick the bucket soon; he assessed the problem and just needed a new capacitor, he could have told me anything and I probably would not have know the difference. He mentioned that the units have seen better days but still working fine, he provided me an approximate quote for replacement for if and when we decide to replace.

Technician was very nice. Was not pushy or try to push selling me services I didn't need. He answered all my questions with honesty.
