Service tech, Rob came out to my place and got my heater running. He did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and great service.

Honest trustworthy service! We were so pleased with servicing on our heater unit. The technician was very professional and thoroughly educated us on any maintenance or issue we had.

I called my home warranty insurance and they sent sun state to put Freon in my leaking air conditioner. Steve ended up going to my attics and then turned off my air conditioner on. A Day that was 112 degrees !
When I finally got ahold of the office they informed me there insurance would not let them go back up to my attic.
The lady in the office was totally rude and unprofessional and I finally got another company to come out and fix the problem . And that service person said that was a total lie they could not go into my attic, I would never recommend Sun state for any repair or help. I have lived in the valley for 64 years and never had such an unprofessional attitude or unwillingness to help with a problem. The lady in the office kept saying she was just going to blame it all on Fidelity.

I had a Condenser unit go out and scheduled an appointment for a tech. Rob came to my home, gave professional feedback and analysis of the problem and gave a checklist of services he'd recommend. No pressure sales and even highlighted things I could easily do myself. Elected to do most of the services recommended and Rob worked quickly and professionally. Rates seemed reasonable given it's a very high demand industry. Great overall experience, would absolutely recommend. I plan to use these guys for any future AC services and hope Rob is my tech. He's an absolute pro, all class!

Had a great experience with Sun State from how pleasant it was from scheduling, service timing updates, and the service call determining the issue with the HVAC unit to final repair. Rob was so helpful and did the work as quickly as possible describing all that was done. Highly recommend them.

My refrigerator recently was freezing items in the fridge section like the milk. Called Total air from Craigslist and had him come out. Did a through Diagnosis and solved the problem with a fair price. Will without a dought use him again. Thanks again!!

Total air and appliances was there to help with my problem I experienced in no time. They were fast and reliable and in and out in no time; with all my problems fixed correctly with professional results. All of the fixed issues we're fixed with professional quality results, and the best part of all they had the most cheapest prices for the task done. Thanks to Total Air and Appliances the problems I experienced were correctly fixed at a low cost.

Dennis was able to fit us in on the same day as our call when nearly everyone else was projecting a 1- or 3-day wait to have our fridge repaired. He was great about following up with updates to his ETA and arrived right in the middle of the agreed upon 2-hour time window for the appointment. Dennis quickly diagnosed the problem (damaged compressor relay switch) and replaced the affected part in almost no time at all. Great combination of competence and focus on customer service.

I had a problem with my dryer and called Total Air and Appliances. They were able to respond within a couple hours but I chose to schedule a time 2 days out. They were very accommodating. They ended up running a little late (prior appointment, traffic or whatever) but to me this was no big deal because it happens and they were very professional in calling and letting me know and then calling again as soon as they were on their way. This to me is way more important then running a little behind. When they arrived they were apologetic and got right to work. They diagnosed the problem and provided a quote in less then 30 minutes. I approved the work, they showed me the packaged parts they were using and finished up very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. They are profession, knowledgeable, quick and affordable. Their prices were very fair! Thank you Total Air and Appliances!!

My refrigerator quit working on Friday 1/20/2017. After calling several other repair shops first who were unavailable I called Total Air and Appliances, I got an immediate response by text. They were able to come the same day. We had Denis the Tech, he was able to diagnose and get the original part and repair my fridge right away. He did an outstanding job,awesome service, and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all your appliance needs. Thank you very muchappy!

Sarah explained what went wrong, showed us the damaged parts, and replaced them efficiently. She worked with confidence and kept us informed the whole time.
