Chris was new to company but did a great job fixing my AC blower issue and explained the need to replace the motherboard. It was more expensive than I had hoped. So I decided to go with the 0 % interest for 12 months. However I live in a 55+ RV Resort on leased land and the loan company they use does not loan in my situation. So I used a card—I still would recommend this company they have several discounts, the tech’s are patient and kind and very thorough. Besides they give you a $10 Amazon gift card when you leave a review, so it is a win — win for everyone. All Good!

Oou Semper Fi tech Michael F. was prompt and friendly and came out within hours of my call for service. He was able to get our 2 a/c units cooling and he explained things and was thorough and again so friendly. Being a retired first responder I appreciated that Semper Fi shows their appreciation for our service with a 20% discount !! I will absolutely use them for future services.

I recently had a new A/C unit installed.
The service was exceptionally great. I had them come out on Wednesday this week and flush my water heater. Again great service!

I simply don’t have enough words to explain how incredible Semper Fi was in getting this job completed. We were given the runaround by HAYS (save yourself a headache and don’t call them!) Who informed us after horrible service response, it would be eight days before the AC unit could be replaced. Semper Fi had outstanding phone customer service, knowledgeable and professional sales rep, and a stellar installation crew. We felt like we were given the red carpet treatment… From the time we placed the first phone call to enjoying our cold AC was less than 48 hours! We have used Semper Fi in our own personal home, in my parent’s home, and Will of course use them for any future needs as well! Thank you!

My heat-pump and my hot water heater were both installed by Semper Fi. As a widow of a Veteran I receive a discount. Every person from Semper Fi is always professional and pleasant. I signed up for the $12 a month service plan.

Service was excellent. They came to my house same day and discussed all the options available for me to replace my ac. Consultation was at 7pm and install on my unit started the next morning around 8am. Very speedy turn around in this summer heat! All staff was extremely friendly. Highly reccomend.

I had two jobs done by Semper Fi. The first was an A/c unit component failure. The technician found the failure quickly and showed me the failed part. He suggested a repair plan to remedy the failure and explained what he would do to deal with the cause of the failure. I approved the plan and he got to work immediately. Repairs were done thoroughly. In fact he did some minor work that I wasn’t charged for, prior to the failure repair. He also pointed out poor work done by a previous company that exposed duct work to the elements and was leaking cold air.
Another team made those repairs.
I am impressed with the technical knowledge, professionalism and honesty of all from Semper Fi who worked at my home.

I had a maintenance service call for a load noise coming from my ac unit. Turned out to be a loose panel. The technician did a very thorough check on the ac unit. He was very knowledgeable in his work. I have failed to remember his name, sorry.

This is our first contact with Semper Fi Plumbing. The AC division installed a complete heat pump double zone that was expertly installed. It works great, and we use them to service it every ‘year. This week we needed a new kitchen sink faucet. Our guy went to Home Depot to purchase a unit for me and then installed it. Our tech was excellent. I was amazed at how quickly he installed it and replaced everything. Outstanding service….

Called at 645pm and had a tech at 804pm...Quote done and new unit installed and running in less then 24hours, that included all new venting in attic as well! Awesome Job!! At first.......

I have now had system 2 weeks and cannot get a tech back out related to the following concern. New venting is pulling in attic insulation and filling up my bathroom vent and falling into room. Up to 6 calls later and I keep getting told a install tech will co tact..Original tech will contact..sorry sir we escalated to management etc.. also waited all day of the 4th for a tech to no avail..no show.. We have contacted again today 8/9/25 and again we're told someone will contact us.....I HOPE WE GET A REASOLUTION!! Pics to follow!

Techs have returned..repaired an open vent tube and cleared debris. Working well now, glad they showed and stood behind their work.

Three efficient, professional, polite, and strong men came to my house yesterday. They removed my old, beat up heating/AC unit and installed a brand new heat pump. They were careful, tidy, and took time to educate me on the new thermostat. They listened patiently to my questions, too.

Do not get any work done from this company. I purchased a whole new ac unit and condenser and less than two years later my unit has started to leak. It has been one and a half months waiting for someone to finally come out with the parts needed to repair the issue but issue persists. I called to have someone come back out and attempt to fix the issue again and i was told that i should have been home during the repair to let the techs know what the issue was (someone was home to let the technicians in) despite the techs being the same individuals that evaluated and ordered the parts. Now i am waiting for the “warranty department” to contact me to send someone out to fix the issue. It has been almost 2 months of miscommunication, vague timelines and now accusatory comments. RUN!!! Absolutely not worth the headache, don’t do business with semper fi.
