Be careful. They’re a bait and switch company. They came in to clean the dryer vent, take a video and told us they can’t clean it because it’s clogged. So we need to pay more for deep cleaning.

Excellent, they kept great communication throughout. Not pushy at all which I really appreciated. Excellent service, will definitely call again in a few years 👍

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Forever Vent when Shaun and Dayan came to clean the vents in my home. They showed up right on time, were polite and easy to talk to, and treated my home with great care. They walked me through what they were doing step by step, which really put me at ease. The cleaning itself was extremely thorough, and they even shared some simple maintenance tips that will help keep my air quality high between visits. Right after they finished, I noticed the air felt cleaner and my system ran more smoothly. Shaun and Dayan did an outstanding job, and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for professional vent cleaning.

The gentlemen were professional, friendly and showed excellent attention to detail. They willingly investigated a problem and found and solved the problem the sale day. Prices are affordable and I appreciated their help so much. Highly recommend 👌

Mike and Ryan was awesome. Both were very professional and got the job done. Great explaining what they saw and any recommendations needed. Didn't haggle me but just for awareness. Definitely would recommend them if needed.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. They are great! The communication was top notch and they even came a little early! Corbin and Ryan were very friendly and knowledgeable. This company is a pleasure to do business with.

Unsatisfactory service. The technicians were in and out in a flash, which immediately raised concerns about how thorough the work actually was. They did not provide any photos or other evidence to show that the vent cleaning was completed. There was also no walkthrough to review all vents and returns, which I would expect from a professional service. When I asked questions, they clearly did not appreciate it and did not come across as approachable.
On top of that, they turned on my dryer and left it running afterward.

Bill and Logan were great to work with. They came out to clean our vents today and since we’ve never had them cleaned before, they had a lot of work in store. They were very open with us and very kind. They were very respectful of our property, time and even shared a video with us. I would highly recommend their services.

Initially met Josh 3 years ago, where he cleaned my vent system and recommended my air ducts. Fast forward to now, Jonathan returned and cleaned my air ducts and vent system with the help of Shaun they did an amazing Job! Super flexible with what needed to be done and how to pay! I recommend them!

Forever vents is an exceptional company, Shaun and Destiny did an amazing job cleaning our vents each one and dryer vent,plus a/c unit blower, not to mention took pictures along the way and sent them to us,can't say enough about this company and their employees.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service provided by this company. The technicians (a father and son) rushed through the job so quickly that it raised immediate concerns about the thoroughness of their work, especially since they failed to provide photos, evidence of completion, or a professional walkthrough of the vents and returns. Furthermore, they were completely unapproachable; when I asked for a simple explanation of the process, the father dismissively told me to "let him do his job." To make matters worse, they failed to honor their $97 coupon, which promised a complementary dryer vent cleaning. Despite my prior confirmation during booking that the vent could be serviced having roof exit, they refused once on-site. I cannot recommend a business that lacks both transparency and basic customer service.

Ignacio and his crew came on time. Very pleasant and efficient. He showed us pictures of our clean vent, saying “it’s the cleanest” he’s ever seen. They were very polite and very professional. Father and son team that were very friendly and did a great job! My house already feels cleaner and smells so good! Bought our house new 21 years ago and this was the first time ever having the vents cleaned. It was long overdue. I did pay more than the $97 voucher but that was to be expected after plenty of research. I will be getting this done yearly moving forward. Thank you for the great service, Bill!

Excellent Service. Explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Very professional. Showed all individual cost for each separate service and gave me options for each. Did not pressure me into buying any service I didn't want. Very professional. Did not leave any debris behind.
