Fantastic experience! We were in a jam to get some work down in our house with final inspection in just 3 days. This company responded SO quickly, and was so friendly... and Shaun did an excellent job, showing up on time and explaining everything he needed to do. And then provided pictures and videos for us to provide to our the buyers of our home. I will recommend this terrific company to all my friends!

I would never do business with this place again. Such a ripoff/scam.
The guys got to my house saying that the Groupon doesn’t pay for anything except getting them there and that it would be several hundreds of dollars. This is how my vents looked AFTER the “service” provided. I attempted to discuss with the corporate office but they’re a joke. They will also somehow get negative reviews deleted. Do not trust!

Ryan and Sean were awesome when they stopped by to help us with some annual maintenance on our dryer exhaust and duct work. They were both very professional from beginning to end and even went above and beyond with taking care of a missing screw on our vent. Not only did they come to the house and take care of our vent and allergy needs, they both left any area they worked in better than they found it. Ryan took care of a kinked dryer line and Sean made sure to wrap things up and clean up anywhere they set up. Thank you both for making our first time working together easy and comfortable.

Without any doubt, Shawn and Daylan were exceptional in every way. They were extremely knowledgeable about what services were provided and those that would be available in the future. They explained in great detail what they were doing, and why. They were very professional, courteous, and did excellent work. What was so special about Shawn and Daylan was the way they gave us a total feeling about their honesty and integrity in everything they said and did. We felt they gave us so much value for all the work they did. We will definitely want Shawn and Daylan to come back to our home so we can keep up with the proper maintenance of our entire system.

Highly recommend! Josh was very professional, knowledgable, meticulous and friendly! Went above and beyond! He did a full cleaning system of my air ducts, a/c handler, blower and coils. Everything looked brand new afterwards! Every dollar well spent! Thank you!

We wanted to have our air and dryer ducts cleaned so we searched online and found KDM Services. The company sent out a technician named Joshua just to clean our air and dryer ducts. He did such a thorough and fabulous job we were very satisfied. When he was done he showed up videos of other issues in the air handlers on the roofs. ( we own multiple homes in the same Cul de sac). The choice was made to have Joshua disassemble and clean the coils that were very dirty and had signs of mold on them. He arrived right on time the following day with an assistant named Devon. They spent all day cleaning multiple air handles, making sure everything was cleaned and operating properly! We are VERY SATISFIED and decided to buy a 2 year contract with them. I would highly recommend KDM to all my friends and family!!

It was raining they tracked water in the house from feet and equipment. They didn't use any tarps to protect the floor. This was a Groupon for $45 to clean unlimited HVAC ducts and a dryer vent and no return vents. When I called to schedule the appointment the lady answering the phone said it would be an additional charge of 50 per return vent. It's a scam which I suspected for the price. They came in removed one vent cover and hooked a suction machine up to it. Then here comes the gotcha. We only hook up to one vent and do a static cleaning of the entire system. If you want the ducts brushed it will cost you $350. Static cleaning is a joke if you want your ducts cleaned they need to be brushed. This is in a rental property and the duct work was very dirty from a tenant not using filters. I wanted the ductwork cleaned before I install my new HVAC system and I didn't want to delay this any longer. So I agreed to the 350. They ran a brush through each duct and never checked their work. After they left I checked some of the work and this a picture of one of the return ducts. Not a good job.

The HVAC technician worked safely and professionally, taking precautions while handling electrical connections and refrigerants.

Our new heating system was installed seamlessly, and the difference is amazing. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and cleaned up thoroughly in just over an hour.

Andrew and Intelligent Design was recommended to me by a friend who had listened to a Rosie on the House radio show. I live in Phoenix, Arizona I had told my friend that my garage was unbearably hot inside and hard to work inside. He referred me to Andrew because he was impressed by what he heard.

I called Andrew who came over to my house. He was on time and very professional which was nice. He modeled my garage on his laptop computer, showing heat transfer through my garage ceiling, door, and walls and gave me his recommendations. I was impressed and said, "Let's do it. Let's get the garage ceiling insulated and a mini split A/C system installed. No more hot garage for me!"

The insulation I chose for the garage ceiling was blown in to R38 specs. I chose a 1-ton Daikin High Efficiency Single Zone Mini Split A/C System with a 23.0 SEER. I am very happy with the unit. It is quiet, doesn't take up any floor space, and it came with an easy to use hand-held remote with includes the thermostat and is mounted on an opposite wall near the door into my house. Even though the outside temperatures this summer were 105°F-112°F, the inside temperatures have been around 77°F (my choice). I did run the garage temperature down to 70°F just to see if the unit would do it. No problem for the Daikin. [If you are wondering, my garage door was already insulated].

His installers were on time, friendly, professional, and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Andrew to friends, family, and neighbors any day.

This company did an excellent job servicing my HVAC system. From the moment they arrived, they were polite, professional, and very organized. They used protective covers to keep everything clean and left no mess behind after finishing the job. The air quality in my home noticeably improved, and the system is now cooling and heating more efficiently. They also provided useful tips on how to maintain the system to extend its life. The pricing was fair, and there were no unexpected charges. I will definitely call them again for future maintenance

Ashley helped us fix a strange noise in our AC unit, and she was wonderful. She arrived on time and immediately figured out the issue. Ashley explained everything clearly and made the repair quickly.
