Chris is knowledgeable, honest, and doesn’t try to sell unnecessary products you don’t need. We were dealing with extremely dusty vents/ducts and my entire family (including newborn & toddler) has been sneezing for weeks. He was able to get us scheduled quickly to get our coils/vents/ducts cleaned. It’s already made a huge difference in the way the air feels in our home. I highly recommend TI mechanical for your HVAC needs!

Chris and his team are incredible and easily the best HVAC experience we have had. When we purchased the new AC unit, Chris was an open book about the different options available to us and did not push any hard sale on any specific unit.

They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied when we were dealing with some noise issues with the AC unit (the noise could not have been predicated or expected). Chris spent countless hours working to resolve this unexpected noise, ensuring we were satisfied with our new unit and we are so grateful.

i had the unforunate experience hired/ contracted by kierra, i completed the work that was screwed up by previous workers by "Dishonorable AC". April 2018... But KARMA will F U if u keep Kierra with her dishonest practices!

By gosh this is the best, I mean THE best company ever. I had a great experience from the start with Rocket Aire. Billy replaced our compressor. I had several other companies come out and say that I needed to replace the whole system. It was nice to not have to pay $5000 plus. Thank you guys so much you mean a lot to me and my family!

Today I used 4 Him. Had an A/C go out. Hershey was the technician.
The thermostat had no power to it. Hershey could have told me anything and I would have believed it because my unit is 20+ yrs old. He informed me it was just a fuse and the only fee (that wasn't covered) was the $65 service fee. I appreciate an honest company with employees who have high integrity. I recommend them to everyone.

Our A/C was 27 years old. We knew we needed a new one before it completely died. 4HIM gave us a great price and the workers were polite and respectful. We are very satisfied with 4HIM.

Steve is very quick to respond and have his team on site to diagnose and fix the problem. Steve installed a whole new AC unit in the summer. Very knowledgeable and everything was professionally taken care of to get my house cooled down quickly.

I want to shout out the HVAC technician who evaluated my system. Megan Kline. Megan respected that I didn't want to lose another day of vacation to get an evaluation done. I was frustrated, because I had an evaluation done by another company the day before. I was told that both my coil systems needed a deep cleaning, and was quoted an exorbitant amount to get them done. This didn't sit well with me. I definitely wanted a second opinion. Megan understood my frustrations. I showed her the pics from the other quote. She asked the important question. Why did I make the service call to begin with. She checked my system from top to bottom, and found nothing wrong with it The issue I had was a coolant smell from the previous cleaning I had from several months back. She said it was the cleaner that had been used. The cleaning has been done thoroughly and my system was is excellent shape. Makes sense, because it's only about three or fours years old, and I have definitely kept up with the maintenance on it. Honesty will always get my loyalty. I bought the annual maintenance plan for what I would have paid the last company for the cheapest one of the two services quoted. Thank you, Megan and 4HIM for being honest and ethical. That goes a long way in this day, and age. Everyone talks about integrity, but few seem to actually have any anymore.
