I decided to post this review today, because Megan was so down to earth. She answered all my questions honestly and provided helpful advice about my present unit. This is my 3rd interaction with this company and their reps have been great each time someone has come out to my home.

I had an excellent experience! My technician, Hersey, was amazing — very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done perfectly. He took the time to explain everything and was incredibly friendly throughout the service. I also want to give a big thank you to Payton, the phone representative who helped set everything up. Payton was polite, efficient, and made the whole process so easy. I’m very happy with the service overall — both Hersey and Payton went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I had this company come out as a service call from my home warranty and I have to say I am not impressed. I had an issue with some vibration with my unit and I wanted to see if I could get it fixed. The tech was nice and the only reason I am not giving one star. They were so fixated on other issues the whole time and I asked about the vibration issue a few times and they just listed off reasons but I don't feel like they made an attempt to address the vibration issue. The quotes they gave me to do stuff were way more than other companies quoted me as well.

I would like to thank the owner - Scuba - for his quick response to a tricky issue. He was gracious and understanding, most definitely highlighting spectacular moral values and the way a Christian business should work. I highly recommend this company if you want honesty and integrity.

Hershy was very efficient in diagnosing our lack of heat, explained the process along the way, and promptly ordered the part needed. This necessitated a second visit for installation of the part needed he was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is a great company to work with. And our dog loves him!!!!

Just want to publicly say that Megan Kline is one of the most personable, professional, knowledgeable,and friendly hvac technicians that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very approachable and completely engaging, Megan is the type of person that I wish all service technicians were like. In fact, Megan would be great at hosting seminars on this very subject! 4 Him Cooling & Heating Company, listen up..... I really hope and pray that you realize and appreciate the high-quality employee you have named Megan Kline. In fact, I think she deserves a raise in pay. So yeah.....go ahead and make that happen. She's earned it!!

Absolutely amazing service! They were called by our home warranty company to service our air conditioning unit. Megan was our technician. She was extremely knowledgeable and diligent. After our warranty company denied the claim for ridiculous reasons, Megan fought tooth and nail to get it approved, presenting an extremely strong case and even hopping on a call with me and the company to work towards approval. Consulting with other members of her team to see what they could do along the way. Could not speak more highly of them! Definitely recommend them for their expertise, customer service, and ethical approach to business. A rarity for many industries for sure.

Megan and Hershey were an absolutely dynamic duo! They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They fixed our coil problem thoroughly and took the time needed to do the job right. They corrected issues from the initial installation done improperly by another company. I highly recommend this company and these two technicians!!

My technician Megan Kline from 4 Him cooling was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and efficient. She worked hard taking my old furnace apart tightening everything. Problem fixed. Fair cost. Pleasing personality. You just knew she was a safe and honest person to have in your home. I will definitely use Megan again. Great experience!! It was wonderful having a Christian company and technician.

Megan and Hershey were amazing today. They took very good care and leaving my house spotless and making sure that everything was clean inside and out.

We filed a claim Tuesday evening late. By Wednesday morning we had the appointment for Friday. Hershy Petty the Technician came earlier than expected and kept us updated to his ETA. He was warm, welcoming, polite, pleasant disposition and extremely knowledgeable. Our system is older and he tried different methods to try to get it to work. He explained what and why he was doing. He was a Detective. A new upgraded Thermostat and ordering some parts to try to repair it if it’s available is our next step. I highly recommend 4HIM. I highly recommend Hershy.

We have had the pleasure of having Steve and Jacob come out to look at our units and they are wonderful. Our neighborhood has had a bad run of ac units and most of the community recommended 4Him for repairs. They are very thorough and were able to come out in a timely manner. Jacob this last time found something during our pre summer check and took the time to explain what’s wrong and ways about to make our units more energy efficient. He took 68 photos and videos and made up 4 plans on what our options were. He also noticed our attic unit was leaning, so the drainage would have to travel uphill to drip out of the house, which is impossible and recipe for a disaster. All around great work and I trust them. It’s nice to know our potential(or inevitable) problems before summer. Get booked now before the summer rush!

I met a number of heating and air conditioning vendors at a recent home show. All of them took my name and number
And coincidentally, only one I contacted me.
We scheduled for them to come over and do my seasonal equipment maintenance visit for today. I was blown away by the knowledge and experience of Meghan Klein, my service technician.
She was prompt knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
4HIM cooling and heating is going to be my new maintenance company going forward.
In fact, I was so impressed with with the work that I am going to have them work on my other four units. And very likely install a new mini split in my garage.
None of which they solicited, but only because they made the whole experience so easy!

Highly recommend this company who reached out to me with a maintence quote that was so reasonable you can't turn it down. After scheduling the appointment they send out Jacob who comes out early and on time. After he inspects our outside unit and inside attic parts he spends time showing me all the pictures of the entire system and how it works. He is friendly, well spoken and the most knowledgeable technician I've ever met. What a memorable experience that really made my day!

Outstanding Service from 4 Him Cooling & AC!

We had an amazing experience with 4 Him Cooling & AC, and especially with Scuba. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and top-notch. Scuba was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. You can truly tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Our AC is running perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Scuba and the entire 4 Him Cooling & AC team!

I had the pleasure of meeting Hershy as my AC tech as a subcontractor from my Home Warranty. He was sincere and helpful with diagnosing my AC issue without me feeling like he was upselling me (like every other AC tech!).

I can tell he truly cares and is knowledgeable on what he speaks on. Most of all, when it turned out my repair exceeded my warranty's coverage, he gave me a very reasonable quote to replace 2 units.

I should add that I had three other AC tech from "big" companies come out, and their minimum quote was twice as much as the one that Hershy gave me. ($10k vs $20k)

Also, he is friendly with pets😺

This is our second time working with 4Him, first time was a home warranty request in April 25. That interaction went well so we were glad to have them come back for an HVAC check. Megan Kline was our assigned technician and she was without a doubt, one of the best service techs I’ve ever encountered. She was incredibly friendly, very professional, and went above and beyond in providing information on our HVAC system, what to look out for in the future, and general HVAC knowledge. I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give six stars I would.

Jacob is great! We needed two new units and he took the time to educate us on our options, and made sure we chose a system that would fit the needs of our home. The whole install team was great too! They put in the time to make sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly. Even after the install, they’ve stayed in touch to make sure we are happy with everything, and we are. They’ve earned a customer for life! 🙏

They sent a different person each time. No one knew what the previous tech did. Wasted hours.

Next week called again. Came, but after job left all the mess. No sign of their "clean" service.

Confirmed day before. Next day waited 4 hours, no one came. Called, said "tech stuck in traffic," would come later. Never came.
