Just finished using King and Francisco for the second time. I called him for a service call and found that the unit was not fixable. He was out 2 days later and because there were tenants that needed it to happen quickly he had it in tested and happy people in 3 hours. I totally recommend these guys !!!

I had my brand new air conditioner go out and King Mechanical. Came out with in 4 hours and found the problem. A roof rat had eaten thru the wiring. King Mechanical found the traces of a rat. They repaired the chewed up wires, and i bought a trap. End of problem. Thank you so much Francisco and guys for acting so fast on this.

Their response time and installation was fast! Not to mention their price was very competitive and I couldn’t find anyone else that could beat them! But after 3 years of constant repairs needed due to installation issues and alleged part failure I had to down grade it to 1 star.

My experience with king mechanical was amazing I have a little girl and we are very cautious because of Covid. Cris had his mask on throughout the whole procedure, mind you the weather is getting a little more sunny, yet he didn’t stop working until he was fully done. I am compelled to share my dreadful experience with King Mechanical, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the abysmal service I've received. I called them on January 10th due to a lack of heating in my home, and to date, I am still enduring the winter without any resolution. The utter lack of responsiveness from this company is nothing short of infuriating.
This is not the first time I have faced such incompetence from King Mechanical. Last year, on November 14th, I encountered the same issue with my heating system. It took them until January to finally address the problem, leaving me shivering in my own home for an extended period. Unfortunately, it seems that history is repeating itself.
What is truly baffling is their complete disregard for customer communication. Despite making numerous phone calls and sending text messages, I have yet to receive a response from King Mechanical. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark and forced to endure the winter chill within the confines of my own home.
It's evident that King Mechanical's lackadaisical approach to customer service is a recurring theme, and they seem indifferent to the inconvenience they cause. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and a timely resolution to issues, especially when it comes to something as essential as heating during the winter months.
I strongly advise anyone considering King Mechanical for their HVAC needs to think twice. The lack of reliability, responsiveness, and the recurring nature of these issues make it clear that this company is not deserving of your trust. I am appalled by their negligence and sincerely hope that others can be spared from the winter woes that I have had to endure due to King Mechanical's incompetence.

Their work is excellent. Me and my husband were very satisfied with the work done . We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit. So far so good.

I am maintenance supervisor for Chiro Plus Chiropractic centers and when our regular AC company went out of business, and we needed a new 4 ton split system, we found ourselves in need of someone new. I called several companies and started scheduling appointments, some for the following week. When I called Frank he said he would be right over, and he was here in thirty minutes! After he and my boss agreed on a price (which was great) Frank asked how late I could be there because "I specialize in one day installation". Needless to say, I was skeptical, but Frank is a man of his word and he got right to work. He scheduled a crane, picked up the equipment, and brought out a three man crew within the hour and they got our new system installed by the end of the day, just like he said. I'm happy, my boss is happy and our patients are happy. If you want someone who puts the customer first and DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO, Call Frank at King Mechanical.

Frank and his team are rockstars, they replaced 4 air conditioning systems for me in the summer of 2019. Price was fair and they were out fast. I would recommend them to any home owner or landlord looking for quality work and great pricing.

My Ac had a major leak in it, the air coming out of it felt hot and would not run fast, I made a phone call to about 6 places when I came across king mechanical, Frank scheduled me an appointment within the next few hours. The job was done with the finest materials! I can for sure say that king mechanical has yet now another satisfied costumer!!

The best AC company in the entire state of Arizona! Clever technicians and great leadership! Alarico is the Tech that came and replaced the fuse on my 3 months old unit that was also installed by King AC and that i got it from them for the best price in the entire market. The fuse went out because of the heavy rain “Monsoon”. Called Frank and explained to him that i came back at 6:15pm from work to find the new AC not working. Frank dispatched Alarico in less than 10mins to my house! Alarico replaced the fuse in another 15mins and explained to me what happened and took off after and that was all free of charge. I do recommend King AC for new installations and general AC services! Simply the best! We all dealt with many AC companies and i writing this review based on my long experience with other AC providers. Thanks a million for the great Service King AC and please keep it up. Service is what makes the huge difference and stands out!

The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

I called King Mechanical to inquire about 2 new ac units for my home. 2 days later I am enjoying the quite cool of 2 Trane AC units that were carefully installed by Frank and his team. I appreciate the fast, professional service and great price.

We needed a new AC but they replaced all the parts and now it's running like new! King Mechanical, LLC was quick to help us with our needs. They also installed a new thermostat and it didn't take long at all. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, on time, inexpensive and fast!!!
