Megan asked me what it was doing and listened to me and asked clarifying questions. The system was running intermittently, but was running at the time of her visit. She diagnosed a number of "could be" problems, but could not physically determine actual cause. Very knowledgeable very professional. I will call you back next time it stops functioning.

We've had nothing but great experiences dealing with the whole company! Most recently with Megan who not only kept her commitment to come repair our system after she'd already had a very full day (when other company's techs would probably just cancel), but she went above and beyond to find all the optimal parts and returned again to ensure the job was done right!

I had a bad experience with another company Air Pro and needed a honest company to figure out multiple solutions to get my family’s HVAC system fixed & working properly!

Megan was wonderful to work with. She was efficient and thorough, explained everything so I understood and gave me options for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend!

We were absolutely impressed! On Wednesday 10/29/25 we called 4HIM for furnace repair. They made the appointment for the next day. Joseph arrived and quickly found the problem for the furnace not starting. He explained that the gas valve was not functioning as it should. He called immediately to locate and order the valve. He found one and had to drive a long distance to get it and would schedule installation for today, Friday 10/31. He called and arrived at 8:30 AM and replaced the gas valve. The furnace is working like new again. The service was excellent!!!

4 Him has been the most honest AC company I've ever encountered! I've had several technicians come out over the last year and I have to commend this company for their ethics and customer service. They made me a priority when my AC and took care of me! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I was having issues with my AC and called several companies to come out. They each told me I had different problems every time, and that I should replace my AC unit, which is only 8 years old. I called 4 Him and Cody and Hershey came out to fix my AC unit. They were here less than 10 minutes and found the real issue, which was only a small repair. Hands down, this company is honest. They provide service like a company should. Thank you 4 Him!

Megan was incredibly helpful and informative about our unique situation. She knows her industry. She was patient with our questions and provided pictures as evidence combined with detailed explanations for everything. No one likes paying for AC and furnace issues but this was a positive experience.

Technician Hershy Petty was an outstanding representive of 4 HIM Heating and Cooling. He was very capable, professional and polite. Although choice home warranty was very difficult to deal with, looking fir any excuse to deny a legimate claim, Petty did a great job.

Without question this is an awesome HVAC company.

My HVAC & water heater crapped out at the same time, right before Xmas! I was terrified. Cody & Megan w/4 Him Cooling were so incredibly helpful, kind, efficient and made this daunting process so much easier for me. The rates were affordable and the customer service was definitely 5 star! Would highly recommend if you need hvac/plumbing services and don’t want to go with one of the mega companies, which there are a lot of here in Phx. The office gals were friendly and the tech showed up on time, and took the time to explain what was going on without rushing. Everything was fixed quickly, and my system is working perfectly again. I’d definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

Our home warranty company referred us to 4HIM Cooling & Heating when our AC stopped working and I'm very grateful they did! They are easily the best AC company I have ever worked with. Everything went very smoothly: great communications, flexible scheduling. Cody did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, he's very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond!. My old 20 year old system had to be replaced and Ramee and Jager did an absolutely outstanding job with the install! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They paid attention to every single aspect of the installation, down to the smallest detail. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Last summer the company installed a brand new system in my home each time there has been an issue they have responded rapidly and made repairs quickly as needed. Most have been minor adjustments as the unit was new and had to be adjusted for the changing weather conditions as it was for both heat and cooling. Today, Joe C. Was the tech that came out. He explained each thing he did to my son and explained the advantage of adding on another optional piece of equipment which will extent the life of the unit and save energy costs. I will ask for Joe to return again when needed as he really was helpful and considerate towards us.

I called the company by accident. Trying to contact a car dealer. I guess senior moment. The person that I talk to in the office look up the number that I was trying to call. We started talking and I ask her about her company. I was going to get HVAC check later this year. I really like how this company is hooked up with St Mary's food bank and helps people in need. So I end up getting an appointment to have HVAC serviced. Megan and Jacob were the technician that service our unit. They were so friendly and explained everything. Picture were taken before and after on every step they did. It was nice see the work done. They went over different opinions so we decided what we could do. Megan went back to the office to retrieve more product. We live in a dusted mini farm and big agricultural lands all around us. She went the extra mile to make sure that the unit was super clean. I decided to signed for the maintenance contract. I was so impressed with the her. Thanks Julie and Steve.

Joseph Ciesielski from 4Him Cooling and Heating did a great job installing the motor on the blower fan on my unit. I now have warm air again. From the beginning, the company did a great job locating the part, keeping me informed about what steps would be taken to make the repair, scheduling, and the price estimate. Well, I paid the ORIGINAL PRICE ESTIMATE! I like this company!

When my insurance company would not cover my AC, 4Him (Scuba) came to the rescue. I was without AC for close to a month in July of 2024, the worst time to be without AC. Scuba tried all he could to fix my AC and it did work for a day, but my AC was old and nothing was going to save it. I was soooooo grateful Scuba warned me that it may not make another summer so when it failed again I was mentally prepared. I know he did everything he could to make it last but the AC was done. Scuba gave me options, his professional advice and honesty. I loved that about him. In less than 3 days he and his amazing employees worked for an entire day in a house that was hotter than outside replacing my entire AC unit. I honestly do not know how they did, the attic was a sweatbox. I am so grateful to Scuba and his staff. I now have an amazing AC unit that keeps me and the family very cool on those blistering days. There is no one in the phoenix area that i will let near my AC unit except for 4Him. They will be my go-too for all my AC and heating needs.
