Had a problem with my upstairs actually and called this company. The owner came to my house and diagnosed the problem and it cost less than a hundred dollars to fix. Great company to deal with and Wade, the owner, actually cares about keeping the cost down for the customer.

We had several companies come out when our AC died in the Phoenix summer. Sadly we needed a new system. Seth gave us a great quote on a new Trane unit. He saved us Thousands over the big firms. AAW came out and did a great job and did not leave until they tested and knew everything worked to specifications. Definitely Recommend! Its nice to be cool again!

With temperatures hitting 116 this week, it was untimely to have our ac cut out. Having used Airworks in the past, we knew who to call. Seth came over and quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor. He took the time to show and explain the issue before fixing. No upselling involved, he just fixed what needed to be fixed and at an incredibly fair price.

Wade, the owner came on the same day he was called after our AC went out. He was very knowledgeable, able to identify the problem quickly and help us resolve it. We will be using him again for any service or just yearly checks.

We were looking for someone to do routine maintenance on our AC before summer. Wade came out and I was really impressed. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Air Works is now our go-to for AC and heating.

Recently my air conditioning unit went out, panic set in because I have two young children at home and we’ve starting hitting triple digits. I decided to go with a top rated company on google because ratings don’t lie. Wrong! We signed a contract with a company that put sales before people. Fast forward one day and I was rethinking our decision and decided to get a few more opinions. I called the original company I had signed with and told them I’d like to do a bit more research before they install, they lied and said I’d have to pay 20% of the total if I cancelled installation.

Luckily my friend referred me to Arizona Air Works. Seth was able to tell me right away what I suspected the other company was doing, up-selling an AC that not only wasn’t a reliable brand but had features we didn’t need. I cancelled with the original company and Seth came out the same day and answered all of our questions then set up an ac installation appointment.

The ac unit was set up today, the set up went smoothly and the crew did a great job! We’ll be using Arizona Air Works for all future air conditioning maintenance.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with Arizona Air Works! Two other companies were booked up/non responsive. I called and Wade was luckily able to come out to look at my a/c which was not cooling on a day with a 112 degree forecast. He diagnosed the problem (luckily nothing huge!) and got us cooling again just before the hottest part of the day. The price was very reasonable and Wade was extremely personable. I will be using them again in the future, no doubt. Thank you!!

I can't speak highly enough of the expertise and professionalism of Chris at T.I. Mechanical. I was undertaking a project that had us feeling over our heads. It was a room addition that we needed A/C run to. Chris came over for the initial consult and explained that we didn't have to run duct work to the room and it would be a much cheaper option to just install a Mini Split Unit with a heat pump. We hadn't even considered this option that ended up saving us thousands of dollars. The honesty was quite refreshing. He also helped to offer some guidance on some other electrical issues we were running into at the time as well.

At the point we were ready, the install was seamless and Chris was always on time and very communicative. Overall a wonderful experience and T.I. Mechanical has earned a customer for life.

Chris from TI mechanical was amazing. He was very responsive when I reach out about getting my new thermostat installed. We picked a good time and date and he showed up on time and was able to do the job quickly. I work from home and I hardly noticed he was here. He came prepared with everything to get the job done. He had to crawl up into my attic, which I have 10 ft celling, to do the job and he did it without any hesitation. He knew exactly what to do and everything was done with excellence.
