I highly recommend Semper Fi. They are very reliable and give you a smaller time block when they are able to come to you. They took care of a warrantied part super fast. Most other places make you wait an entire day for them. They are also very reasonably priced and everyone is very friendly and respectful. I will be using them for all my needs in the future.

The tech came on time. Showed use the anode bar that was all but gone and replaced it. Answered all our questions and was respectful the whole time. Cleaned the work area when completed. Would recommend Semper Fi to anyone.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Semper fi came out to fix my ac unit 9/2023, I paid them to replace the contactor and other things that needed to be replaced. One yr later Semper Fi came out to due a yearly check, honestly this tech was done in less then 10 min and all he said was I needed a new ac because mine was not energy efficient anymore! After his comment and I felt he didn’t ck the ac unit I would not have them back. 8/15/25 my ac not working, called around and had another company come look at the unit and after his inspection he said the contactor was bad. I told him it was replaced less than 2 yrs ago. the tech stated that it was never replaced it was the original part, and he took pictures to show me how the old one looked and also the newer ones are a different style, and the newer ones have been around for many years.
I spoke with Jennifer at Semper Fi and she asked me to send photos and how I want to resolve the issue. I told her I would like to be refunded for the part.
She explained to me that a Manager will be reaching out once he reviews the photos. I received a call from Justin and he said after reviewing the photos he was not going to due anything. He said it was to hard to tell by the photos, so I’m attaching photos, Is this a 12 yr old part ? Or does it look like they replaced it less then 2 yrs ago. People do your research on this company I wish I did!

Called, Neal came out next day, presented a fair and extensive estimate for 2 complete systems. I had already researched Semper Fi with very positive results, so after Neal's excellent explanations we purchased on the spot.
They scheduled and came out next day! 28 hours from initial handshake to 2 complete systems done! 10+ service in my book.
The tech installers, Miguel and Jesus, were pleasant, careful and very professional. They very methodically spent 13 hrs giving us a clean carefree install. Another 10+.
We had a new install problem. Resolved immediately.
Sales, install, time frame, service all 1st class. And their support people are relentlessly thorough making sure we had a stress free experience. 5 star recommendation. Thank you Semper Fi!

I called as a referral from my neighbor. First off, the process was very easy. I was anticipating a wait time of 1-2 weeks. Much to my surprise they were able to come the next day! I knew the ac system was old and having a hard time thru the summer. I was in hopes a thorough going over and maybe some minor repairs but alas, the poor old thing was not going to make it. I ended up, for efficiency of repair vs new, getting a new system. And to add yet another surprise, they were able to schedule it 3 days out. My service tech was fabulous, professional, NO high pressure, cleaned up after himself, and gave me the best bang for my buck. Thank you so much for making it so easy!!

Semper Fi is a great company to work with! They are very professional and hard working, and put my mind at ease when I unexpectedly needed a new AC unit. Highly recommend!

Dylan came by yesterday to check on and service our air conditioning unit under our yearly contract terms. He was dressed neatly, was very polite, and had a pleasant personality. He thoroughly explained everything and showed us the photos that he had taken regarding what he had found. Because I have chemical and fragrance/perfume/cologne sensitivities, I found it extra nice that he was not wearing any strong cologne. Unfortunately, a lot of service techs do wear heavy scents while on the job, not realizing that some of their clients have respiratory issues and strive to keep a scent-free home for their health. Dylan earned his five stars for all of the above. We would highly recommend him.

First gentleman came in a time that the office said he would be arriving. Second, wow opening up my unit he explained in very simple English terms exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for. And of course, what we all desire is that he was a gentleman he was professional, and he was very courteous, and one last thing, I was in the Navy and he was a marine, but we got along swimmingly.😀 P.S. They were a great company to work with. We were having issues with our heat with the over/under unit we had that was fairly old and it turned out to be the compressor valve along with some other issues due to the age of the unit. We got some quotes from other companies (replacing the compressor, a 1-1 swap for a new over under unit) and Semper Fi was by far the most fair in terms of being upfront with the issues and got us a great deal on a new, more efficient unit. Our old unit was on the roof of our two story townhouse meaning they had to bring in a crane to put in the new unit and they included a new thermostat as well. All of this came 10% lower than the next lowest bid of a new over under that is less efficient and didn't include anything else like the thermostat or custom platform for the unit for our roof. They also scheduled us for a next day replacement. The techs were friendly and professional as well as the manager that came to do the estimate.

Dylan Vilkofsky did a maintenance check on our air conditioner and covered all areas of the house checking the temperature of each heating and cooling vent. He checked all components of the air conditioner to make sure everything was working properly. When finished he actually sat down with us and explained the ratings he gave each component. We were very impressed with his knowledge and because of his knowledge we agreed to do a service maintenance Program with Sempher. Thanks Dylan for doing a great job. Joe and Sandy Hartl

Had an issue with our recently installed system. Semper Fi sent out a tech same day. Turned out to be a minor software issue and we were up and running in a matter of minutes. Our tech Andrew was very knowledgeable and knew what to do. Have only good things to say about this company. "Semper Fi".

Mike did a thorough inspection on my AC and Furnace. He did an amazing job selling me to purchase 2 needed new units. Hopefully I can set it up in the next couple of days.

Semper Fi is awesome! We’ve had issues with both AC and Heating and both times have called them out! They were fast to respond and came out same day, which was so nice! After a short diagnostics test they had the problems fixed quickly. They even took the time to help us understand our smart thermostats better while they were here! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ryan was the best. I needed a new capacitor for my furnace and he discovered it was still under warranty so only charged the install fee. He also took the time to explain exactly what other features I needed like a flood control valve but also complimented me on how well my AC and furnace were maintained. I felt he was very upfront and honest and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Ryan really did go the extra mile and was on time, professional, and courteous. I bought my HVAC unit from Semper Fi in October 2024. My experience with all personnel from Sales, phone assistant’s, technicians, etc. has far exceeded any expectations I had. All staff members have been professional, courteous, and go above and beyond. Technicians are experienced, thorough and mindful of one’s needs. I couldn’t be more happy with how the business is run and the quality of people they hire.

Excellent and fast service! We switched to a smart thermostat and couldn’t get it wired correctly. We were without heat on the coldest day! Our home was down to 60 degrees. They sent someone out within 3 hours of the call and he stayed until the work was done! Thank you for the military discount as well because I am a disabled USAF veteran and it sure helped!

On Monday, Jon, a Semper Fi Technician, met with me to discuss issues with my AC unit, air flow and energy efficiency. He was knowledgeable and provided sound information to all of my concerns. I decided to replace my old AC equipment and the following day, Installation Techs Eli and Chris removed the old system and installed the new system, including the AC unit, air handler, wiring, etc. and completed the work in a timely manner- including clean-up! Since then I have had friendly and prompt interaction with the office staff to obtain copies of finalized paperwork for the purchase and warranty.
The service received from ALL of the Semper Fi staff was professional and focused on my needs. I highly recommend Semper Fi for HVAC, insulation and plumbing services.

As an Army veteran, I appreciate when people thank me for my service by giving me a discount. And also as a “seasoned” senior, I want a company who won’t take advantage of me! I found that with Semper Fi! This last visit for maintenance was as great as the first when they installed a new HVAC. Connor was the technician and he explained things in terms I could understand. I highly recommend Semper Fi!

I have trusted Semper Fi for the past few years to not only install my new HVAC system, but maintain it as well. They also maintain my water heater. I have found each technician to be knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have. Their system is updated from each maintenance visit, so they are able to refer back to the previous visits to make sure everything is continuing to function efficiently.

Absolutely amazing! From the assessment from Guy to the install. I knew I needed to replace my upstairs AC unit which was going on 11 years old from the home builder. I received several quotes and Semper Fi actually came somewhere in the middle. I had a complicated pancake unit upstairs and several companies charged me more for that. Bottom line was I went with Semper Fi and they did me well, not just on price but also quality; my install team of Joseph and Tito were top notch, they did not leave my home until everything was 100%. I can't recommend Semper Fi enough. Attention to detail from the install team was unmatched!
