Had issues with an old system, was prompt, courteous, explained in depth of new system and fair with pricing on new unit. Install was awesome, replaced some ducting that was torn and/or not attached which greatly improved air flow. I am very happy with new system. shortly thereafter had trouble programming my thermostat, they came out almost immediately to take care of the issue. Cant say enough about my experience with Lynx Air conditioning Service, 5 stars

Lynx Air Service has previously repaired my HVAC unit in Casa Grande and they have always been great and friendly. The prices are affortable and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lynx to anyone.

Jeremy and Meagan did a great job taking care of us. Meagan came over on a Sunday and new units were being installed by Monday. The crew was hardworking and did a great job. There was a little mishap with one stepping through the drywall, but the company stepped right up and had a great drywall guy over the very next day. Price and warranty are great! Highly recommend.

Jeremy and his team just replaced an AC unit (heat pump) for me. They were priced right, honest, prompt, and pleasant to deal with. Not only are they now our go to when we need ac help, I will gladly be recommending them to my friends/family as well. Thank you Lynx!

Contacted this company for an A/C quote. A woman showed up to our home and we had a conversation about what we were looking to buy and upgrade to. We were send a quote, and I knew it wasn’t right and she had miss understood what we wanted. No big deal. Scheduled for a tech to come out and go over what we wanted and get new quote. 5 minutes before scheduled appointment, tech called and said he couldn’t make it due to being over scheduled that day. We did not reschedule due to being pissed. About a month later we received a call from a rep of this company saying we had questions regarding their quote. I told him what had happened, he was apologetic so I rescheduled for a tech to come out again. This time we waited an hour past scheduled time of appointment. I called the rep. This time we were met with excuses and the tech had an emergency. I was not very happy and expressed my feelings about them very openly. Again rep was very apologetic. Rescheduled again for a third time for this past Friday at 3:30. Well guess what happened.? Yep. That’s right, a third time, no call no show.
I would give this zero stars if possible. And would never suggest anyone use their service.

Company responded to my review on here. Yet again another apology. In their response, they asked my to reach out to them at my earliest convenience. That's laughable. You have my number, shouldn't you be reaching out to me. I'm not begging for me to give you my business. In the time it took to write out your apology and ask me to call, you could have reached out to me.
you're only responding to try and make yourselves look good to prospective customers that are taking the time to read reviews.

Sergio cleared up a clogged secondary condensation line this past Wednesday and did a fantastic job flushing the lines up in my attic, taking pictures of his work, and tested the lines to ensure no leaks. He provided great customer service and reassured us that if there was anything else just to let him know. Great customer service!

The absolute worst. I made an appointment at 3:30pm on July 1st and the technician did not show up or call. NBD I made a new 8am appointment and the AC technician did not show up or call for the 2nd time. I called the office, which acted like I never had any appointments and they did nothing wrong. Clearly my fault for expecting service at the scheduled time.

Just wanted to thank everyone at lynx that worked on my unit replacement they did a great job from the very first day of the sales process until installation everyone was always on time and did very professional job. I will definitely use them again in my other projects. Very happy with pricing best in the area. Thank you guys

Got a trane HVAC installed by Lynx air for upstairs. Their team Jeremy, Subio, Brett and destiny all were great. Had some small issue but they took care of it well. Already referred to couple of friends. Waiting for SRP rebate but otherwise installation process was good. It has been more than a month and multiple reminders but Jeremy has still not completed the paperwork submitted for SRP rebate. Will update later on how the equipment runs this summer

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor.
Jeremy and Lynx Air Service are completely incompetent, dishonest, and careless. They installed the wrong A/C unit in our home last year, they oversized it due to not doing a proper load calculation, then botched the install so badly that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors had to step in and order them to remove it and install a new one.
The original installation was a disaster taking 8 days in the middle of July, no working A/C, no reimbursement for hotel costs, no apology, and the unit sounded like a jet engine. Their technician was rude and unqualified; my husband had to step in and correct his mistakes.
After paying a real HVAC company to inspect the system, we found exposed wires, missing bolts, a dangerously loose compressor, and sloppy wiring throughout. Even worse, when Lynx came back to try the 2nd installation of a new unit, they drilled through our walls without permission, left wires hanging down the outside of our home, and once again configured the unit incorrectly.
The entire issue was that they sold us a 5-ton system which was too large for our home and was given a directive to replace it with a 4-ton system. They installed a 4-ton system but configured the Air Handler to a 5-ton system! Totally incompetent owner and technicians.
The State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors has stated that he has failed both of our installations and is not allowed back on the property for any repairs. Lynx Air Service will be fined by the State of Arizona for this incompetent work.
This company should not be allowed to operate. They ignored state orders, endangered our home, and provided zero accountability. Do not hire them or you will pay a real HVAC company to repair all the issues that Lynx Air Service will cause.

Lynx and Jeremy did a fantastic job. We received over 10 quotes and we were looking for a smaller, veteran owned, that had the experience and knowledge that we were looking for. There are hundreds of providers in the valley and they all have their ways of selling and we really appreciated the upfront style that Lynx had, and also knowing the system that was best for us - not them. No sales tactics, no fancy binders, and no pressure. We look forward to having them back again and would highly highly recommend using these guys!!

Lynx air service Had a great experience with these folks . They responded quickly when my AC stopped working. The technician was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. Pricing was upfront with no surprise fees. My system is running better than it has in years. Would definitely use them again 10/10 will be calling back for more if I ever need them again

I recently had a Photon AC system installed, and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their customer service stood out right away. They were super responsive, answered all my questions without making it feel rushed, and really took the time to explain how everything works, especially the solar side of things.

I recently had an 18K unit put in my garage. Simple, easy, and enjoyable process, would love to do my whole house when I’m able to!
