If there were more stars, i'd tick them all. Today was the second time DESERT HEROS has serviced my A/C. Robert, the owner, arrived at the promissed time, was very personable and professional, checked out my entire a/c system and reported it to be operating normally, did some normal maintenance, then did some EXTRA things he should have charged me to do (but did it free of charge, very graciously), didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, took care to protect my roof, wore booties to keep the outside outside, and cleaned up after himself. I will happily ask them to return if/when i need help and would highly recommend Desert Heros to anyone looking for an honest and professional HVAC company. What a breath of fresh - cool - air. On 8/3/25 Sunday late afternoon, my room temperature was 98 degree F. I called Desert Heroes HVAC Robert, he generously agree to help me out after his on hand job. He did replace the failed contactor and the room temperature started cooling down, he complete the job at 8PM. I am a senior was suffering from the high temp. I appreciate very much for his care and kindness.

All the other 5-star reviews are no joke. I would highly recommend Desert Heroes!! I called late afternoon for a repair and my A/C was pushing cold air again within a few hours. A complete repair was finished the very next day and my A/C unit has never run better or quieter. The cost was extremely fair and no high-pressure upselling tactics other companies use. I will be using Desert Heroes again and recommending to everyone I know.

We recently had our air conditioners and air handlers installed by Robert Davis from Desert Hero’s HVAC. They reviewed our existing A/C units and air handlers and presented us with a very detailed and competitive bid for two new units and air handlers. Robert explained everything we needed to know about the new system, made some adjustments to the existing ductwork, and also provided all the necessary paperwork in both hard copy and electronic formats. We have reached out with a few questions and have always received a prompt response.

The Best AC Company in the Valley, Highly Recommended!

After three years of experiencing issues with a new ac that was improperly installed by another company, this company saved the day and I’m forever grateful. They came same day after I was left with a solution that I’d have to await a 2-week back order part to get cooling. They swiftly pinpointed the real issue (it wasn’t the back-ordered part!), and had my AC cooling again within hours. Then they used their deep expertise that matches no other ac company I’ve ever worked with and thoroughly uncovered hidden issues that were causing temperature inconsistencies. They didn’t just apply a quick fix, they spent time and dug in, tested thoroughly, and adjusted things until the unit consistently hit and maintained its set temperature.

This company doesn’t just have techs far better trained than most in the industry but they genuinely care and are very honest. They explained everything, spent ample time ensuring the system was truly fixed, and clearly won’t stop at a bandaid solution. I’ve never had an AC company this dedicated and transparent. If you want a reliable, knowledgeable team that puts customers first, look no further. I’m so grateful!
