Six Star AC has great customer service and has been exceptional to work with. They responded quickly to a down system and quoted a two-hour window for when a technician would arrive. The technician Matthew additionally called us to 30 minutes before he expected to arrive and did. His professionalism and expertise coupled with a great attitude is why I’m writing this review. He was also very thorough explaining all the details of what was working on the system and what wasn’t, ultimately leading to the root cause and options to move forward.
