I rarely write reviews but Cody and his team at Great State saved us when our ancient AC system died on us at the end of the summer. Within hours they had completely upgraded our extremely loud and inefficient 1970’s system and brought it up to code with a much safer and quieter unit. We have since noticed a significant drop in our monthly AC bill and our AC no longer sounds like a B-52 taking off when it starts up! Cody and his team went above and beyond in keeping our home clean as they worked and were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

They didn't want to deal with me regarding a simple question about my condenser over phone. Just wanted to clarify one little issue before dispatching a tech to come fix my ac unit. Look elsewhere everyone!

Please train your drivers to be more safety conscious, this driver at crescent crown distribution in mesa Arizona on Tuesday October 20th could have parked his equipment to the right side of the building and it was completely empty in that area
and his hose would have been closer to the door making it more practical , but instead he chose to sandwich his company's equipment between the very narrow 3 docks available for pickup putting your truck at the mercy of truck drivers who are trying to dock in a very difficult area . SMH !

Poor services

I do NOT recommend this company they took advantage of an elderly couple and they are refusing to make this right. My father in law is a veteran the unit was installed less than 4 years old, last summer there was an issue we were unable to get ahold of them because their phone was disconnected. So after the a/c went out AGAIN this summer I went on a hunt
for the paperwork and found it with another number to call. It is impossible to reach an actual human being you have to leave a message and wait for a return phone call. They call back and say sorry nothing we can do!

Matthew was a delightful young man, he's a very nice and knowledgeable person to his craft, he explained everything in detail, even though the problem wasn't solved he did make sure we had air circulation in our unit, now it's up to management to give the go ahead to fix it right, thank you Six Star for sending Matthew, he's a credit to your company.

Tech showed up as scheduled and answered all questions.

I live in Detroit, MI but have a few rental properties in the Phoenix Area. I had 2 of my properties A/C units go down and it was very tough for me to fly out and take a look at them. I called six star A/C to see if they can take a look at it. They were able to go out the same day and diagnose the issue. They gave me a free estimate very quickly. I had them finish the job and I have never looked back. Their communication was amazing over the phone and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
