Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year (of course!), and I was panicking. I called several companies, and Panda Air was the only one that could get someone out to us quickly. Their technician, Rafael , was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in no time (damage blower wheel ) and had it fixed by the following day. Rafael explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and even gave me some tips on maintaining our unit to prevent future problems. The price was fair, especially considering the quick response time and excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair. They're the best!
