Louis was at my house in less than an hour to repair my AC! Professional, courteous at a great price I highly recommend them!

Luis and his team went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and professional. Had my a/c back up and running within a day. They even fixed an issue that should have been handled during the initial install. I will definitely be calling them again for future service.

Honest, efficient, and cost-effective. The AC went out for my tenant, and with this heat, it needed to be repaired asap. Luis was there within two hours. The roof AC motor had died, but I no longer had the receipt. He said it should be under a 10-year warranty, so he purchased the new motor, installed it, and then drove the damaged one to a factory service location where they found the warranty. All I had to pay was labor to install the motor and the maintenance was complimentary. In all, I spent much less than expected after calling other companies. Small company just starting out. They'll do well if they keep this level of service.

We've needed more than our fair share of work down at our shop here. It's just a building that's been neglected (and empty) for years and years. I've had them out 4 times in 9 months all for different issues and I've got nothing but good things to say. Jobs are open and completed within a few days max, I get honest answers and quotes out of them on what should be done now, and what is perhaps more financially prudent to wait on vs. them just quoting the sky and hoping I bite like many local HVAC vendors. Very happy with their service, and I will call them the next 4 times until we're 100% here as well. I do also very much like supporting what looks to be a small business, every time they come it's Luis and (I think?) his son. They're a great team, and they deserve the success.

Excellent service!!! So fast and professional. And the best part when your AC breaks down 1st in Arizona you need to get it fix ASAP and it's always a pretty penny and stressful and then too think about the price for a repair man is even more stressful because unfortunately there is a lot of people out there charging crazy prices because they know you need the repair. Luis prices and professional is amazing. Call him you won't regret it. I will definitely be calling him again for maintenance and telling all my family and friends about him

I got lucky. I was having an issue with my chiller system and been trying to get ahold of someone to take care of it. But with the busy season it was difficult. Luck would have it these guys were outside my apartment for someone else and I asked if they could help. It was late in the evening so didn’t expect it right away, but they Edgar and his helper were very professional. Not only did they check the issue out, but took care of it on the spot. Very reasonable prices as well. Will use for any future problem

This is my first time working with the Cool Saguaro LLC. I contacted Luis at 9 PM on a Tuesday night out of desperation after two of my AC units stopped working on a105° day. Not only was he super nice on the phone, but he showed up within 30 minutes and had both of my units up and running within an hour. Luis and his partner were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. Luis has an after hours fee, which I found to be extremely reasonable compared to other companies with 24 hour service. His parts and labor charges were also very reasonable. I appreciate that he didn’t just try to sell me on new units as other companies have done in the past. I do want to replace one of my units and I will definitely be using Cool Saguaro LLC!! Thank you! I can stop sweating my ass off now 😂

We contacted them late one night and they promptly gave us a call. They were able to provide a fair estimate and sent a team shortly after. They offered various options and we were pleased with the choices. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and worked hard to get us AC. I would highly recommend them to anyone, even for a quote! Don't think too much about it, just give them a call.

Excellent service very reliable and professional with good prices i highly recommend The Cool Saguaro , Luis came to repair my Ac unit after it went down during summer when az was reaching 115 i called him in as an emergency and thankfully he was able to fix the problem the same day. I've hired Luis multiple times most recently was to replace my water heater n he fixed the problem right away. Any AC problems, even just maintenance and plumbing call The Cool Saguaro they will fix it and educate on maintenance requirements that we fail to know about withing our AC unit and plumbing.

This is the second time I’ve used The Cool Saguaro (referred by a friend last year) and I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know. Both visits were within 12 hours of my call and both times I opted to have them repair my a/c vs using my home warranty. They warranty their work for a year and are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Extremely happy with their service and work!

Luis is absolutely fantastic. My AC was having issues, and even though it was a Saturday morning, he came out within the hour. He did need to order a part, but he was able to get my AC up and running temporarily so we wouldn’t be without air while waiting.
He is always prompt, efficient, trustworthy, and very personable. I 100% recommend him and will continue to use him for any future needs.
