Very happy with Any Hour Services! Scott was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it. He did a beautiful job installing our water softener and whole home filter. I will definitely be going back for all my future needs! It’s often challenging to find quality service and I feel like I’m set with great service and that’s a really good feeling.

Caleb and Leslie were fantastic to work with. Caleb came out and determined what our AC issue was very quickly, shared his expert knowledge, and really gave me confidence in the company. Leslie came out the next morning to better assess and tailor some new AC solutions. The value, personable service, and expertise from Caleb and Leslie have made us lifelong customers. Leslie & Ricardo were amazing! They both have impeccable attention to detail and caught many issues with my HVAC systems stemming from when other companies installed or repaired them.

This company has ZERO accountability! Icalled them around 7:45pm for a valve leak under a sink. It was leaking about a gallon of hot water every 20 minutes. They said a technician will be out between 8-10pm. I called them again at 10:05 to get an ETA. Thier call center, although very polite and professional, didn't give me an ETA. They just said they would relay my concern. This repeated again at 11:05 &12:05. I couldn't get a straight answer out of them. After 18 trips to dump hot water being wasted at my expense, I called one last time and got the same call center who then informed me that their technician was to busy and someone will be out sometime in the late morning. They had the gall to call and leave me a voicemail at 9am apologizing because the technician didn't get done with his previous job until almost 10pm. No excuse why they left me unattended and uninformed for the following three hours. I had another company come out but they weren't available until 2:45. I spent seven hours dumping hot water. As far as I'm concerned, they are in hot water! DON'T give them your business!!! NOTE: They also go by the name AC by J

The technician Umar was great. They rest of the organization is gone to heck. No follow up no follow trough. As for manager to call to 4 days. Mathew called I missed call
He said call back I got to Mathew who said. I'll call u back. Never did as of this time. I think the business appears out of control

Jake the service technician was personable and courteous. He explained what he done and far as the service of the a/c and heating system. He also made a couple of recommendations for future service and was not pushy.

Jacob Bryant was very courteous and conscientious about his work. He asked about our experience with AC by J/Any Hour Services and any recommendations about improving the relationship going forward. Our biannual HVAC service was done very efficiently. Will plan to ask for Jacob for future service calls.

Jake performed my semi-annual HVAC service. He was personable, efficient, thorough and friendly. He offered suggestions for increased efficiency and I asked him to perform one such install while I consider the others. I will ask for Jake again when it's time for additional work and service.

Leslie and Caleb were outgoing and knowledgeable. Leslie was delightful and friendly and went above and beyond. She made the process to replace my unit very easy and I did not feel pressured at all.
No one wants to have to replace an ac unit but failure happens. I trusted their expertise and experience and recommendation.
I highly recommend.

I had Ian come out to install three lights in my bathroom and he did a great job. He was very precise, professional, and such gentleman. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and hire him again for more work.

Had a leak in my attic. Called in at about 2:45pm, and their fake AI phone rep said they would have someone out by 5pm that day. 5 came and went without anyone showing up or a even a call. All I ever got was a text confirming the appointment. Called the number from the confirmation text, left a voicemail. Called the original number and talked to the AI agent which said someone would give me a call back.

It's now 3 days later and nothing. Obviously I had a different plumber come and fix it in that time. Don't set up a system that lies about appointments you can't fulfill, especially when they need an emergency repair and can go to a plumber who CAN show up. Thanks for the extra 12 hours of water damage!

We were so happy to see Caleb Benner and Leslie Cintron this morning. It was determined that we need to replace our AC units. We trust these two people and look forward to our new units. We were able to set an install date on our schedule. These two employees are very friendly and completely capable of knowing what to do and what is needed to take care of the problem. They explained everything thoroughly to our satisfaction. Thank you Any Hour Services!

As always, Any Hour Services provided professional, friendly and helpful service. Jake checked my HVAC system and helped me with my smart thermostat. I really appreciated his patience, taking time to explain things to me and providing me with useful information. Thanks, Jake! I appreciate you.

FAKE REVIEWS, BEWARE - I would not recommend these SCAM ARTISTS to my worst enemy. They are not family owned. They lie, they're owned by a corrupt corporation. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR COMMERCIALS! Their response below from the OWNER is BS. They NEVER contacted me regarding my honest review. My electricity was out and I used them to replace my electric breaker panel. I want to make it perfectly clear that my experience with Any Hour Services indicates they are a criminal organization. They will over charge for services and steal as much of your hard earned money as possible. They will create or outright lie to you about problems that didn't exist before they arrive. They are liars and thieves who will over charge you to fix nonexistent problems. The electrician Ian Cobb in Phoenix AZ intentionally damaged my homes internal wiring to try and charge me approximately $1500 to diagnose and repair a problem that he purposely created. He came up with a false story that he needed to rewire an outlet that was creating a problem for a total of 5 outlets that quit working in my kitchen and garage after he installed the new breaker panel. Another electrician looked at it the next day and within 5 minutes after arriving told me a wire has been cut and pushed back into the wall. He reconnected the wire and all the outlets began working fine. Video surveillance of the electrician Ian Cobb confirms his criminal acts. They also charged me over $10,000 for a job another electrician would have done for $4800. Their Google reviews are FAKE. BEWARE!! Do not let this criminal organization into your home. And always get three different estimates. I contacted the Attorney Generals office, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors office, the Better Business Bureau, and am taking legal action for endangering me and my family by tampering with my internal electricity system. Then attempting to charge me to fix the problem they intentionally created!

We had a mini split ac/ heat problem and Caleb from ANY Hour was sent out by request from AC by J. Great service by Caleb. Problem turned out to be operator error. He checked out our system and explained what I did wrong and explained in detail how the heat pump worked and what to set when running it. He then proceeded to due the seasonal service to our main unit. Caleb was very pleasant and professional. In fact all contact with ANY Hour was very professional and they kept me informed with my service time. I have no problem recommending them.

One of their HVAC technicians, Umar, came out for my 6-month AC and heating check and was wonderful - great service and explained everything and even found the motor starting to go out on a fan was covered under warranty. They are now connected with AC by Jay. Really felt they took the time to check everything and make sure everything was working.

Great service with good mannered employees. My man Marcus is a rockstar and I hope he gets a raise for his dedication and professionalism to his company. If you ever need a good furnace subject matter expert, call Any Hour!

I want to give a shout out to “any hour service” company. My sewer line to the street plugged up, I called them for help and they arrived within a few hours and got it flowing again. But, even more important, they ran a camera down and showed me the severe deterioration of the cast iron pipe and that it was already cracking under the house! Without a doubt, it is not far from collapsing… imagine the disruption of having to jackhammer the floor up, digging a 5’ deep ditch across the width of the house to replace the pipe! With 52+years experience in “Central Plant Operations & Maintenance”, I am quite familiar with old cast iron pipe and it’s rated life expectancy which all Sun City, Az homes have already exceeded. So, I had them line the existing pipe. While not inexpensive, waiting for it to completely fail would have cost me 4-5 times as much with all the associated costs.
The crews that were on the job were all neat, clean, knowledgeable, and professional, (no plumbers crack here!). I have to mention that the tech Jeff especially impressed me me with his willingness to jump in and get the job done! Jon, who ran the job, is a great representative for the company! His knowledge and experience was quickly apparent, he went out of his way for me making sure it was all done correctly, the way it should be! (I wish I had had them both on my crew).

Just wow! Quite the experience with Any Hour. My tankless water heater started acting up and had to call the number on the tank. It wasn’t Any Hour but another company, they assessed came up with a repair amount that was outrageous. So they suggested a new unit… my unit is only three years old. Second company came out didn’t bother to open up the tank to assess just quoted me for a new unit. Jeff @ Any Hour comes in and saves the day. He didn’t really pay any mind to what the other companies said or suggested just made his own assessment and it was a simple fix. He ordered the part and was back in a day to get us back up and running. So sales pitch, no bologna just an honest plumbing company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yesterday Technician Kyle Meche responded to a service call at my house. From the initial contact to completion of the response, he provided world class service. His communication skills made it very easy to understand the work he did and helped me understand the additional options I had. It was a great encounter and this was not the first time. He has been here before and he always maintains a high level of customer service.
