Experienced a no cool and Layton was the first to respond. He was on time and a professional. Explained what the problem was and had my unit running within a couple of hours from my phone call. Layton did an incredible job, I will refer to my neighbors.

AAJ installed both HVAC systems in our new build home. Our home and the units are 2 years old and we’ve already had technicians out to our house at least 5 times since we moved in.

We had AAJ come back to service the units because they were still under warranty. First guy told us there was no problem and we just had our AC too cold and it couldn’t handle it. Second guy told us the first guy is crazy and actually the refrigerant was way overcharged because it was installed incorrectly. Fixing the refrigerant worked for a few months and then our compressor completely broke. AAJ replaced the compressor for free “even though it’s out of warranty”. It wouldn’t have been broken if they installed our HVAC system correctly.

Well, now we are still out of warranty and the other unit is broken. We had a different company come service it and turns out that unit is also overcharged with refrigerant because they put way too much in when they installed in 2 years ago.

I would never trust AAJ to service our AC even if they came back for free.

I work with new build homes and as someone who has worked with hundreds of trade companies, AAJ has BY FAR been the best I've seen. Layton is incredible and does great work. He was responsive and informative. I'd definitely recommend AAJ .

Layton Stienecker replaced my air conditioner condenser on Tuesday, June 27th. He was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond in helping diagnose and fix a problem with my microwave vent. I highly recommend using this company, and ask for Layton. Great job!

Absolutely one of the best customer oriented businesses in the industry. AAJ Cooling stays on the problem until it is totally resolved, they take care of their customers. Our new home was not properly installed by a different builder contractor and AAJ Cooling identified the problems and fixed them. I had the pleasure to have Layton and crew (sorry didnt get their names, because they were super quick on their separate part) and couldn't be more pleased. They are super knowledgeable and able to explain things clearly. I highly recommend AAJ Cooling and will be using them over again if/when the time comes. Layton and Mark really knew they’re jobs..Layton diagnosed the problem with my AC and ordered the parts ..Mark came out installed the new valve and my system is purring along like it should. Using AAJ I would recommend asking for Layton! He is a hard worker who no matter what circumstances it is he will stay and troubleshoot every idea and thing possible; while doing this he always stays professional positive and communicates throughout the whole process. Any questions you have he will answer with a smile on his face! I can definitely tell that Layton loves his career and he will always be my go to recommendation for hvac!

He actually took the time to educate us on what the issues were and how we could help to mitigate problems in the future. Good work good prices professional staff and easy to work with. I have use them for AC repair AC preventative maintenance and AC deducting.

Lots of promises made, not a single one delivered. Very minimal stock, and a huge waste of my time and money. I always try to buy local, even though I expect to pay more. I'll continue to do this, just not ever again at this shop.
