I needed work done on two of my A/C units, and Legendary Electric delivered exceptional service. They came out the same day I called and did a fantastic job. What really stood out was how comfortable the experience was—unlike past visits from other companies where I felt uneasy and pressured by pushy sales tactics. Made the call and they was ready to come out almost immediately.. I was like let make it tomorrow morning..they send a text and a Pic of the tech. Great guy very honest.
The repair man that came before him said it was too old and needed replace.. 10k .. Victor explained that when the roofing company moved the ac and set it back they didn't power it down..it blew the transformer..Victor did a full service cleaned the coils checked the freon level replaced the bad transform and we was back in cool ac once again..

This was our first experience with legendary. Victor Ramirez was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly reviewed our needs for HVAC and presented us with several viable alternatives to choose from to meet our requirements. The proposal, which was delivered during this visit, was very reasonably priced, with everything spelled out. We were very happy for the referral from our friend and neighbor. After 14 years of service my system in the last 3 years has really started to show that the long summers is just too much. I specifically waited for the winter to replace only because its alot easier to stay warm than cool. Plus thats when every contractor seems to be on a slower pace. I've known Victor since I've got to the Valley in January 2020, Victor is very knowledgeable and professional hvac business owner. Victor has advanced very far over the eight years in the trade, this is why I sought him out for my replacement. Victor works very efficiently and methodical, he installs from left to right and he's done. After a long day in the attic, he still comes down with a smile. I am very happy with my install and I am ready for monsoon.

Victor was punctual and professional. I liked that he explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. I can tell that integrity is important to him and I felt totally comfortable with the service! Victor replaced the 24 year old heating/cooling system. He cleaned up after the install and showed me how to control the new thermostat via my smart phone. He made sure that everything was perfect before he and his crew left. They responded very quick! I called them on Friday for a quote which was the best I’ve found and had my AC unit installed the next day! Living in AZ and going into triple digits/ this was a lifesaver and very needed.

Our very old ac stopped working and a friend recommended GORILLA AIR. They quoted me a price, which was a lot cheaper than what I had been quoted from other companies, they came and and recommended some adjustments and they installed a new heat pump. They were very professional. I would recommend GORILLA AIR to anyone that needs any work on a hvac system

The crew showed up on time at 6;45 am to replace two split system 25 year old Trane units. The new units were a 3 ton gas split system and 3.5 ton gas split system Trane 14 seer. They started right away one unit at a time, removed all the old system from the attic and the outside ground mount portion the reinstalled the new equipment. Finished both up and running by 5.15 pm cleaned up and removed all the old pieces and parts. Great job and a great price that matched the estimate.

Gorilla Air is the best by far. My A/C unit was 18 plus years and needed replacement, Gorilla Air made it happen the next day, I was so happy he could get a crew in that quick. They installed my new unit at an unbeatable cost. I really appreciate Memo and his crew. thank you for making this happen.

After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. Now I have a nice cool house and wife is happy again.
