Although we have had a few hiccups with our new systems Ace has stood by their workmanship and customer service. Josh our last tech was very friendly and informative. Hoping for no more issues but happy with their promptness and customer service

Bodie did a great job explaining the leak I had with the water filtration system, and fixing the problem. Appreciated the quick turnaround. The five stars are for the service Bodie provided.

As for ACE products, maybe 1 star. I would not recommend their units. We've had problems with every system ACE has installed for us...heating unit, AC units, and Water filtration system. We've had to pay out of pocket a number of times to have them fixed, and that's with year or two of being installed.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and thorough. He made certain everything was working properly and took great care in updating us, and assured us we would have AC before he left, which we did. I would highly recommend him

I've had Billy coming to my house for quite a few years now. Whenever I have Ace come out to check my air conditioner I always ask for Billy. He's very thorough and explains everything to you. One of the most important things is that I trust him.

Michael came in for a simple repair, ended up being a multi hour job that Michael did amazing work on! His dedication and effort to give us a good deal and quality work made Ace a good choice. Will ask for him on future jobs.

ACE was the only place in the valley that quickly had a tech reach out to me for late night service. Jesse came fast, confirmed the issue with our AC and explained our repair options in great easy to understand detail. It’s 11pm and still over 100 degrees outside… Jesse absolutely saved the day and got us taken care of quickly. He did an amazing job repairing our AC. ACE has super fair pricing and I will absolutely consider obtaining a membership with them for routine maintenance going forward. Thank you Jesse and ACE! Highly recommended!

Billy from Ace air conditioner company, contacted me, and told me he can come to my home earlier than the set appointment time.. I agreed, he arrived an hour and a half earlier then the designated appointment time... Before entering my home he put protective booties on his shoes..( I totally appreciate that).. We sat down and spoke about my concerns.. Billy was ready and prepared to address my concerns.. all parts needed to resolve my issue was on his truck... He was very thorough and completed the job in a timely fashion... He was very professional while working on my air conditioning system. He did not leave any mess for me to clean up.. He thoroughly explain the company warranty plan , I took advantage of it.. because I realize it will save me money years to come , based on Arizona heat. They were super fast with getting me on the schedule when my AC unit stopped working. And they were one of only companies I could find that worked on labor day! They treated the issue as an emergency and got here in the early morning. They found the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Stuart was timely, thorough and both professional and personable. In the midst of a very hot day he climbed into the attic, diagnosed the problem with my air conditioning situation and researched the parts he needed. Brandon, one of the technicians did an excellent job working with me as the property manager and the tenant to resolve an AC issue with an existing system. Other technicians from another company tried to fraudulently convince us to pay tens of thousands for a new system despite never attempting simpler easier repairs. Brandon was able to diagose actual measurable issues and use his experience to recommend some initial steps to see if they improved the situation. Fortunately, some simpler, cheaper repairs were able to dramatically improve the AC and reduce temperatures for the elderly tenant. We were able to avoid more costly repairs for now. This gives us time to consider more comprehensive options for later on. This was exactly what we were looking for, someone we can trust to give us the options and guidance without constantly trying to sell us something we can not afford for hugely exorbitant scam prices!

I had 2 other plumbers come out to deal with a drain blockage at my home...with minimal effort neither was able to rectify the situation and were recommending a pipe excavation....which would have cost thousands of dollars in repairs due to the fact im in a single story house on a foundation. Thomas came out and solved the problem after only about an hour. He was through and he thought outside the box to come up with a solution and it worked out great. Couldn't be happier.

Billy from Ace Home Services provided excellent air conditioning maintenance service. He was knowledgeable about the system, conducted himself professionally throughout the visit, and maintained a friendly demeanor. When he discovered an issue with my system, he quickly troubleshot the problem and fixed it fast and efficiently. I appreciated his expertise and would recommend his services to others. Great experience overall!

Had ACE electric come out since half the outlets were not working in the living room. After initial diagnosis, I was quoted $391 for initial troubleshooting as they could not tell what was wrong. I declined the service, it took 30 minutes for another electrician to trouble shoot and fix later in the day for $100. Assuming the ACE electrician was competent, they would have made almost $400 for a 30 min fix. I will never call them again.

I’ve been using Ace Hone services for about two years. They have always done a good and reliable job. Their technicians have been friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. In this instance Josh, who came to do my AC inspection was just as friendly and competent as all the other technicians I have interfaced with over the last couple of years. I can recommend their service.

Dan serviced our 10 year old heat pump. It is still working but it is showing its age. Dan offered us a great deal on a new 2-stage heat pump. It will be installed day after tomorrow.
Today, our new Heap Pump was delivered. Ryan, from, ACE did a great job on the installation. He was here at 8 am and done by noon!
As always, we received courteous and friendly service from everyone we dealt with. Thanks, again, ACE!

Jesse was very nice and professional, called and talked to his manager about the AC issue. Ace home repair is lucky to have such a fine young man on staff. Jesse was good but that does not mean this issue is resolved, he said I would need to buy another filter, but I want to know why this was not addressed when the unit was iinstalled. This is unacceptable!

Brandon came out to the house late last night to inspect our Air Conditioner evap line and ended up doing some small repairs around the whole unit. He was quick and very nice the whole time and got the job done well and for a great price. I really appreciate him coming out so late. Thanks Brandon!

I came in contact with Josh Merrill at the home and garden show where we discussed installing a tankless water heater. Mr. Merrill came out to my residence and answered all my questions and provided me with a quote. Within two days he had his plumbers out to start the install. Nathan and Dave Jr. were the two young men and were very respectful and projected nothing but the utmost level of professional decorum! I am very pleased with the plumbing portion of this job and to see young men in the trades. There were a few glitches with the electrical side of this project but I will say that when I called Mr. Merrill and sent him photos of the discrepancy he came to my residence to review and get things on track. I do have to mention the Mr. Merrill was on his day off and at a resort with his wife and left the resort and came back to my residence twice just to ensure he gave top level customer service. Mr. Merrill is a man of his word and I appreciate his attention to detail.

I needed a power pole replaced and they claimed to be able to do it.
They wanted $5,000.00 down which I provided. Several months later I found a new pole in my yard about 40 feet from the old one. No one consulted me on placement. Then they put a none APS approved service box on the pole improperly installed. At that point I requested they cancel the job. They said they would and we arrived at a refund of $2,500.00. They then wanted me to sign a non-disclosure paper so I could not inform people what my experience with them was.

This is costing me $2,500.00 but I feel everyone needs to know just how bad I found them to be.

How many others have they done this to and can you trust a company that does this kind of thing?

Jacob (a fellow Army Vet) quickly diagnosed the issue with our thermostat, which had been faulting and disconnecting from the Nest App since the builder turned over the home three years ago. He immediately identified the root cause and clearly explained the problem along with practical solutions. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the visit.
