Mr Terry Roby is a great man. He's honest, friendly, professional, and has wealths of knowledges on A/C. Our A/C unit stopped working and he came out at 4AM to get us back with some cold airs as the unit coils are leaking. We're looking forward to his help on replacing this old unit.

Can't say enough good things about Terry. First time we used him was about 20 years go. Another AC company wanted to charge us thousands of dollars for a repair. Thankfully I listened to my gut and got a second opinion. Someone at a parts store recommended Terry so I gave him a call. He fixed the unit for under $100!

We've had several other occasions where Terry has helped us out in a pinch and even helped us fix issues over the phone instead of keeping us waiting in the heat. You can't get anymore honest or helpful than Terry.

I cannot say enough good things about Terry. Our air conditioning went out on Sunday evening when it was and continued to be consistantly 110+ outside. We have a home warranty but the earliest they said they would come out was Wednesday/Thursday. I remembered that my mom mentioned that she used him on a couple of different occasions. We decided to call him to see if he would have any availability before Wednesday/Thursday. He was able to come out the next day (on Tuesday) at 5 am. He showed up and replaced necessary things within an hour and our air is now working! At the time of the job, he replaced a capacitor. A few days later he called us and said they came out with a 5-year warranty capacitor. He said he was in the neighborhood and that he would come over and replace it for free. He is truly a hard working guy that enjoys what he does and cares about his customer. I would recommend him over and over again. He is such a joy to work with. Thank you again for everything that you've done.

I called Terry due to AC not working. He responded within 10 minutes of contacting him and agreed to stop by my house the next morning.
He called me the next morning, but I was not able to answer the phone due to my work schedule. I made sure I had someone at my house the whole day that day, but he never showed up. Sure, I didn't get to the phone in time, but if we agreed on a date and time, he should have just shown up. In addition, he never told me he was going to call me to make sure I was available.
I tried to call, text and leave him voice messages multiple times but he just completely ignored me. Very unprofessional!

We have utilized Terry dozen's of times, at least 5 or 6 times when our AC unit had stopped working in the middle of summer heat. We strongly recommend him; he is the best there is. Last week he performed the same resuscitation again.

He is quick, honest, reliable, ridiculously knowledgeable & experienced, honest, on-time, and honest. He is super professional and kind, but refreshingly real and direct in his communication.

Terry is a reminder that there are still people with integrity in the world.

I called at 7:05 am on a friday in June, Terry said he could be here by 7:40 am same day. He arrived early. Identified immediately that I needed a new capacitor. He had the part on hand. Replaced it. His helper noticed I was low on refrigerant so he topped that off, and they were out of here by 8am. I was so relieved. Great price too! I am so glad for Terry, I'll call him every time.

Terry is exactly what every great review says about him, which is AMAZING! He came out early Sunday morning to repair our AC which had gone out around 4pm Saturday afternoon, great response time! And he is honest, easy to work with, and so helpful! He is that rare find that you happen upon and hope isn’t retiring/moving anytime soon. Thank you Terry!

By far the best customer service and knowledge I have ever dealt with. Terry has always been there when we needed him the most, and he works hard to diagnose the issue and solve the problem without trying to sell you the easy more costly replacement. Our family is very appreciative of his services, and I personally enjoy learning from him and chatting with him. If you call he will tell you over the phone what you need to do to not cause damage to your unit, and he is great about finding a time to squeeze you in whether it’s at the end of the day or before the sun comes up. Honest, trustworthy, experienced, friendly, dependable.

We have used Terry four times, and he's been excellent every time. One time, he was so busy he couldn't get out for a few days and it was urgent, so he talked me through the repair including several texts and phone calls while I was in the attic.

My parents used Terry for years and years and eventually recommended him to me when i bought my own manufactured home.. Terry is AMAZING 👏!!! Do NOT miss your opportunity to have him serve you. There is a reason he has a 5.0 🌟 rating which is so rare to find nowadays. He is honest, fair, knowledgeable as heck, and super informative. He will explain every thing you need to know. He will go out of his way to get you an even better price on top of his amazing prices as it is. He will call AFTER the job is finished to continue to give you any tips. He charged at least HALF the price of my home warranty. I now have AC and heat when I had neither and he did it without my need to take out and replace any old units. He found a way to make them usable. When he was done he found a mobile home depot store for me and explained how they had the one item I needed following his visit. Hes 100% on time and will call you just to say hes going to be 5 or 10 minutes late. He explained everything perfectly to where I understood and I could listen to and learn from him ALL DAY if I had the opportunity. Dont miss yours with this guy. Terry is someone my family has used for their AC repairs for decades. I have referred him to other friends who have used him as well and all have been happy. He is straight forward and honest and won’t try to sell you on anything that isn’t needed just to make extra money. He has been doing this a long time and knows what he is doing and charges incredibly fair rates. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Terry has been our A/C guy for several years now. He has been to the house numerous times over the years, always giving prompt service and excellent value. This morning I called him at 4:30am and he was at our house at 5:30–on a Sunday!!!!

Dave and Zach were amazing! so nice and informative. They came to check our plumbing as part of our membership. I appreciate them so much because they were very honest and though there were things that could be done to improve our water heater, softener and reverse osmosis, they were not pushy...which means alot to me. They were both quite knowledgeable as well! Thank you so much guys

Jesse Mendez was very professional & friendly. Maintenance was done on our A/C unit. He explained what needed to be fixed to keep our unit working well. Repaired it & made sure it was all in working order. We really appreciated him.

I am grateful for the work done. He did fix the problem, explaining to me what was needed and also some work I’d like to do soon- is possible and I have an estimate so I can plan for that. Thank you for being prompt and doing excellent work. The outlets now work and are safe.

I first made my call to Ace at 6am for an AC that failed over night and by 11:00am it was completely fixed and checked out. Ace dispatch kept me informed via phone calls with status of my assigned technician Jaime. Jaime kept me updated with his arrival time. He is a very kind extremely skilled AC expert. His van was well stocked with the parts I needed, his work was thorough and he was patient with explaining everything to me..so grateful to the Ace team and special thanks to Jaime..
