Eduardo was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He share some valuable insights and recommendations. My only issue is that he did not provide a breakdown on the cost of parts and his labor. Recommend the company's business model include that important clarity to paying customers. Overall, we were happy with Eduardo's service.

Kayden came out, he has been our favorite tech so far. Had a few out here after 2 installs Jun/1024. ACE gets people right out. Kaden took care of the issue, he was clean professional knowledgeable and polite.

Jacob Ramirez was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and educated us about our situation! We will keep Jacob and Ace at the top of our list and recombine them to everyone.

Donnie was our Plumber from Ace. He did an amazing job on repairing our leak. The leak was where the main pipe from the house meets the street. The work required a lot of digging and fitting. Donnie was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him do the repairs. 5 stars all around. Donnie also did a great job cleaning up the work area and putting everything back the way it looked before. The pricing was very economical and they have a 2 year warranty on their work.

I highly recommend Ace for both plumbing and electrical services. They provide excellent service, and their technician, Nathan Smith, was especially impressive. He did an amazing job that required five hours of work and two trips to Home Depot — and still handled everything professionally and efficiently. Great experience overall!

Mike did a great job of following up for me on a question about our newly-installed disposal. He made sure it was working properly. He’s pleasant to work with, seems very knowledgeable and efficient. He was, however, two hours beyond the time frame they gave us for his coming over.

Eduardo was very nice and tried to explain the reason for the labor cost. He did find that my parts were under warranty for 10 years. However, said that it doesn’t show anything for labor.
I did explain that the system was new in 02/2023 and then replaced in 10/2023 and now is not working again 08/2025.
He did explain in pretty good detail and was very polite.

He is awesome. He found the issue with my toilet and within minutes he fixed the problem. He explained the problem and immediately solved it.
My issue with the toilet was going for a few days and he resolved with ln minutes.
I highly recommend him and he is with Ace Home service.

Ace was able to come fix our AC in less than 24 hours! Our technician, Joe, was very nice, professional, and fast! We will definitely call them again next time we need our AC repaired.

Michael Thomas was fantastic! Nobody wants to be faced with an expensive plumbing issue but Michael and his team were professional, polite and very skilled. They stayed at my home until after midnight, making sure I had everything I needed. They replaced a leaking pipe, put in a water softener and installed a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen. I even joined Ace's membership plan because I was so happy with the quality of their work. I highly recommend Ace AND Michael!

Michael was great. Did a fantastic job for us. Using there services going forward. I would highly recommend him and the ACE Home Services. Got all of our needs done in a day.

Brandon was very responsive and helpful. He got my AC running late at night when the drain was clogged, causing a leak through my ceiling. He was very friendly and fast. Pricing was a bit high for a clearing a clogged drain, but he came on an emergency call at night, so it was what I needed.

I had a new AC unit installed about 2 months ago. The service was quick and seemed good quality. I was told, though, that I'd have 60 months with no interest. That ended up not happening. Given the interest rate, that's a pretty big deal. Be careful.

My A/C broke in Aug 2025 and ACE Home Services was able to come out within a couple hours on the same day. Dan went to the attic and took lots of pictures for me to review while he explained the problem. We determined I needed a new unit. The next morning they arrived at 7:45am and worked until about 2pm to get it installed. I also had duct cleaning on the same day. My new unit is running great and all my air conditioning grates look great!

Over the last couple weeks, our AC started being unable to cool the house properly. I called Ace and they sent out Brandon the next day. He investigated thoroughly and found there was a small leak in the cooling coil. Our system was under warranty, but there was still a charge for the "freon". He made sure to get us all the applicable discounts and schedule the coil replacement for the next day. Daniel came out to do the repair but found out he was given the wrong part for our system. He ordered the correct part but since it wouldn't arrive until the following week, he charged up the freon so that the house would cool better until they came back. He and Xavier returned after the part came in and spent a good 6 hours getting the defective part out and replacing it, methodically checking their work along the way and keeping us informed. The quoted price stayed the same even though they probably had to do abunch of extra work. I was very impressed with their knowledge, communication and work ethic. Thank you Ace!

We had an emergency with our renters. ACE came through within a few hours. Jesse did a thorough inspection, explained everything and sent pictures. The issue was resolved quickly, our renters are happy and we have a peace of mind. 10/10!

Donnie Garza, Plumbing Tech came to complete our annual plumbing inspection recently. He arrived when expected. He was very knowledgable and thorough. He took the time to patiently explain his findings and recommendations. He made very useful suggestions that allowed us to better understand how to protect our systems and make good choices!! He has a great personality for dealing with customers. Great assest to the ACE Service Team!

ACE is definitely a top notch quality company. Barry did a phenomenal job at switching our electrical panel from a 200 amp to a 400 amp. Spent all day making sure we were able to have a fully ready home by days end.. He also installed our new Rivian wall charger and it looks clean and flush. Barry definitely pays attention to detail and is very efficient. ACE/Barry definitely exceeded my expectations!

Rene was awesome very knowledgeable. We had some timing issue but the professional team made it all happen. The price was fair and work was amazing. A week later I called because I thought something was done wrong. It turned out it was actually better than I had asked for. Raised the value of my home and allowed me to hook up an RV and use my power tools from the same plug. Individually of course. When I called they offered to have Rene back the next morning! That was impressive. I cancelled the appointment and thanked them after I did a little more research. Bravo to the whole team! Thanks everyone!
