Sent on behalf of Fran Mcnichols......I have been a customer for many years. I have had Robert serrvice my air conditioning on a schedule, he delivers outstanding customer service. He is prompt knowledgeable and professional. He always explains what the plan is for checking my air condition. He is pleasant and respectable to me. I could not ask for a better service person from your company. I am so very pleased with him being assigned to me and I always hope he is my air conditioning man. Thank you Marlin for having an outstanding employe.

Very disappointed with them. I purchased a brand new AC from Marlin a few years ago. With temps over 107, I am sitting in heat. Every single year, since purchasing the new unit, something has gone wrong. Many times the repair was "not covered under warranty." Although I didn't want a citrus tree, something smells like a lemon.

Who wants to bet that management won't respond to this comment?! Only compliments acknowledged, hmmm...

I needed a plumber. My toilet wasn't flushing and was coming up in my shower. Marlin came out, charged me $89.95 told me I needed a new toilet and that would be about $500. They, of course, would apply that initial charge to my service. Fortunately for me, I knew a toilet and installation shouldn't cost that much and told them no thanks. Walked away $90 poorer. I get a real plumber out and turns out my toilet is just fine. I have roots in my line. I tried to call Marlin and have them refund my $90, but they stated that Steven tells everyone that calls that it is $89.95 to come out and look for the service charge. Except I have a problem with that. Steven didn't tell me that. For that price, I would have gone with another company. In fact, I did after the Marlin plumber couldn't even take the time to properly diagnose my issue. It was $69 to come out and the plumber took the time necessary to thoroughly assess the repair.
Bottom line - In my opinion, Marlin does not care about you or your plumbing issues...only getting their $89.95 and whatever other cash they can get you to cough up. I mean really? $500 for a toilet?!?

I had a new gas line run for a new gas stove. Everything from the scheduling Dorena took care of, the permitting Norm took care of and the actual installation Lonnie and Cole did was great work. Also because my stove hadn't arrived in time for the install Lonnie and Cole took extra time to stop back out and hook it up and make sure everything was working.

My thanks to the crew at Marlin!

I've dealt with Marlin three times. Each time they have done a great job for me, provided quick service, and not gouged me. Most recently I moved out of state, my tenant's AC unit went out, I was able to deal with getting someone out there and getting the AC unit up and running within the hour, and they fixed the problem a a reasonable price without trying to up sell me. I highly recommend them.

We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.

Anselmo with Marlin Services was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made it easy to understand what he was doing, why he was doing it and to understand what was going on with my unit. I was happy to purchase the package pricing so I can get my unit serviced again in the fall by this company. I will refer Marlin and Anselmo to friends and family in the future for sure.

I called Marlin Services needing someone to look at our water heater which had been leaking and was shut off. It was warranty work. I spoke to Dorena who was very knowledgeable and helpful and she even offered to have someone come out the same day. I had called another company and they were reluctant to come out at all and the best they could do was 3 days, so I was ecstatic to find a company so helpful.

Lonnie and Cole showed up when promised and even though this particular water heater had a recirculation line (which was more work, and I didn't know to mention that when calling), they cheerfully went to work and replaced the water heater and hauled the old one away. They were friendly and efficient and the whole overall experience with this company was excellent. I would highly recommend Marlin Services.

Read the other reviews, they speak volumes. I can’t elaborate, only agree. Thank you Terry.

Too bad they don't have ten stars. We've known and used his services for 20 plus years. There is no one like him. Very honest.

This man is amazing and extremely honest. He will teach you about your unit, and always recommend the correct fix. I’ve never had a more upstanding repairman in my home!

Terry was quick, honest, knowledgeable and well priced. I would refer anyone in my family to him and vouch for his work. I would never go elsewhere

Terry responded within hours of contacting him. We told him the exact problem (as we have been doing our own repairs for more than 40 years) the only reason we had to call someone to come out is our ac requires the old type of freon that cannot be purchased without a license. He came out and told us that the freon was not the problem without ever hooking up any gages. He based everything from the feel of a pipe being cold. But that can be the case in a variety of reasons. We let him know the next day that we had absoluty no ac by then. He chose to do business through voice to text saying the same thing repeatedly. We called another company that had far more reviews with great reviews. They listened to us and hooked up the gages and verified that there was basically no freon in the system. This guy is worthless and completely unprofessional. He then proceeded to call my phone 14 times in an hour since I didn't answer due to working outside. He never offered to come out to check the system until we told him not to bother. He had already wasted hours on text messages and useless phone calls. He took our money and ran!

BEYOND 5 STARS - OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND HONESTY !!! I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate this guy - He came out to my house today and had my AC unit working in no time. I know for a fact that other companies would have charge 2 to 5 times more than he did.
Terry Roby is a true man of honesty and integrity - If I could rate higher than 5 Stars I would!

Terry Roby of Terry Roby Services is one of the most honest men I have met in the HVAC business. Terry was referred to me by a good friend and owner of Absolute Appliance Terry Sebring. I had Terry Roby Services replace my A/C unit because my 30 year old unit was just not cutting it any longer. Terry took the time to explain that my home had an airflow problem since it is a split floor plan and only had one return. Since I was removing an evaporative cooler at the same time as the A/C unit Terry recommended that he replace the evap cooler upducts that I had already cut into the ceiling and add smaller A/C returns. The returns (5 total) would then lead to a "junction box" up in the attic and from there to the A/C unit. I now have a newer unit, balanced airflow throughout the whole house instead of hot and cold pockets, and lower electric bills. In the past I would have paid close to $500/month to have a somewhat cool home sort of, now I pay at the most $300/month and the house is COLD in the heat of the day.
Another great thing about Terry Roby is that he is very busy. If you call his number he will attempt to diagnose your problem and allow you to solve the problem before he even comes out to see you; that is on his voice mail...Terry is honest, is there when he says he will, and knows his stuff. You can trust him.
