AccuTemp installed a new high efficiency 4 ton system in my house, replacing my old 3.5 ton system. Great experience from start to finish. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fair price. Highly recommended.

Brandon is a subject matter expert in home building science. I have been in the utility industry, and know about the home HVAC industry and have access to engineers to review sizing and the manual J load calculations. After reviewing the quote from Brandon, his suggestions and upgrades were spot on for our home. He negotiated with us on warranty and service agreements. He provided amazing customer service during installation, and post installation too. Now writing this review after a year of having our 2 new multi phase Bosch units, we couldn’t be happier. We truly appreciate Brandon and the Accutemp team!

I had the best experience with AccuTemp. They installed my new AC unit and it was seamless. The two men who were her installing the unit were the best. Anthony and Randel were the most awesome guys. Now mind you its 110° outside and on the roof it was 190° or more.
But they were happy the whole time.
If you need THE BEST refrigeration company, look no further than Accutemp.
Thank you,

I am so happy with my new AC install. I received bids from 4 HVAC companies, Accutemp provided the fairest price AND I was able to purchase the more efficient system I wanted. One particular competitor used high pressure sales tactics and the install price for equivalent system was twice as much (Goettl)!
I can’t say enough about the Accutemp install crew, headed by Ramon, they did superb work. They installed 2 heat pumps on the roof and 2 blowers in one (very hot) day, while one guy short. They brought us a portable AC unit to use, so we were able to stay home with the pets for the day. All was finished and cleaned up by 5-ish pm, I was so impressed they were able to install 2 systems in one day. The new Bosch system is whisper quiet and is so far saving me 15-25% on my electric bill! -
Yesterday afternoon (Aug. 14) I noticed the indoor temperature in our house steadily rising, reaching 87 degrees. This was becoming dangerous, since I am 89 and my partner, 75.
I’m very pleased to report that within an hour of calling Accutemp, 2 service people arrived, Gabe and Pete. And they spent the next 5 hours attending to the breakdown of our heat pump, which you service regularly.
These men recognized how important their assignment was to us as senior citizens. They kept us informed of the problem and worked steadily to repair what they needed to, to the extent of traveling miles away to Gilbert to find a new condenser. It was dark before they finished, but they assured us they would complete the job.
It was such a pleasure to experience their courtesy and professionalism, rare qualities in today’s society.
We hope these wonderful workers get Accutemp’s deserved recognition for helping us the way they did. It will be a pleasure to recommend them and your organization, if we have the chance. -
We highly recommend AccuTemp for your HVAC needs. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a delight to work with them. They were thorough and efficient from beginning to end.
We were impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. Choosing a knowledgeable professional is essential for a proper installation. They also taught us that
proper sizing and air flow are crucial for optimnal performance.
Thank you for your great service.

I have been an AccuTemp customer for 20+ years. They’ve always done a great job servicing my heatpump. Their customer service has been excellent. Very responsive and out the same day when I had any issues.
Recently had a new Trane system installed. Ramon and Anthony were the technicians, they were very knowledgeable and hard working. They did a wonderful job. I’m now prepared for the summer in Phoenix! -
Unfortunately this is the first time I am updating a review from a good 5 star to a 1 star review.
On 01/24/25 right after AccuTemp installed a 5 ton Bosch HVAC unit on my home in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area, they requested I write a review. Up to that point, the sales and installation was pleasant and all smiles by AccuTemp. In Feb. 2025 AccuTemp completed their Quality Control Check and provided written confirmation that everything was setup properly. We rarely use the HVAC in the spring. In summer started using the new HVAC unit and that is when the nightmare began. Humidity skyrocketed above 55%; the unit cycled on and off a lot, electric usage and bill increased drastically; and it was extremely noisy. In July, Sept, and Oct, AccuTemp addressed the noise issue by removing excess flexible ducting they installed, and also made other adjustments. The unit still cycled on & off a lot and high humidity. With all the corrections they made, then the Feb. 2025 Quality Control Check was not honest in stating everything was setup properly. In Oct. & Nov. 2025 AccuTemp, Brandon W., provided 2 different manual J calculations for my house, where measurements changed, (ie: they listed the volume of my house changed, yet I have not added or decreased square footage). They are pushing for an energy audit on my house and in Oct 2025 were asking about my pool pump. As their Quality Control Check proved to not be honest nor their two different manual J measurements, then I can not trust them to complete honest & accurate additional adjustments or energy audits.
I repeatedly requested a refund and removal of the unit, which they refuse, yet their Yelp and Google reviews show an AccuTemp Sept.2025 response to another 1 star review, stating they removed the HVAC unit and provided a full refund, as they “never want a homeowner to feel dissatisfied in their own home, and we stand behind our commitment to fairness and professionalism.”
They are not standing by that statement with my HVAC unit and the request for refund and removal of the unit.
Avoid this company. Buyer Beware. -
Great all around. Installers were awesome (Gabe and Alex) and follow-up was also great. Highly recommend

My experience with Accutemp has been a nightmare that I can't wake up from. They installed a Carrier 4 ton AC unit on my roof and did the modifications they insisted had to be done. The humidity levels in my home have been 40-45% since June 12. This is destroying my health and my home. Nobody outside of Accutemp employees think that is an acceptable humidity level in the Phoenix metro area, even with higher than average humidity during monsoon season. When the outdoor humidity is 14%-17% it should not be over 40% indoors. With several large dehumidifiers running and I am taking 4 gallons or more per day out of the indoor air, it is still 37-38% humidity indoors!
The office staff has great difficulty in communication and very much lacking in customer service attitude.
Run from this company as fast as you can. -
I am a person that reads reviews like crazy and sadly does not post enough, but I absolutely have to post about my experience with ACCUTEMP. My husband and I have collectively owned four homes in the valley over a 25 year period. We have purchased AC units and we've always conducted regular maintenance in the past. We have interviewed and hired HVAC before and have never had such a great experience.
Our current home has actually been in the family since 1974. We have always maintained it although we have used a couple of different companies over the years since we moved into the house about seven years ago. During that time, we have gotten various quotes to get a new unit, to work on the existing one etc. Of course no one is chomping at the bit to spend the amount of money that it costs to replace a unit so we have had various repairs to prolong the magic
knowing that we were on borrowed time. The repairs were not cheap and ultimately did not yield what we were hoping for.
Mid August, like many others, our house became extremely hot and our unit was working constantly. We were a few days outside of our warranty with our previous company and they came to look at the unit briefly and charged a service fee to do so after some admittedly botched work from the year before and while knowing we were on the market for a new unit. We shopped around and we had been recommended to ACCU TEMP by several neighbors and other customers from different parts of the valley. I immediately liked the fact that they have been In business for a long time, with great reviews and they are a locally owned family run business.
We received a return call immediately. Siubhan coordinated our appointments and was with us throughout the entire process. When we were given a time for service, every person we dealt with was there promptly with a professional, friendly demeanor. Our first interaction was with Brandon. I've never had my home evaluated that way when it comes to installing an HVAC. For starters, I loved the fact that ACCUTEMP sends you a picture of the service provider. I know this does not normally happen, but it was really nice to see who is showing up at your door. Brandon measured our windows and looked in every room in our house. He was here for two hours assessing airflow, structure etc and asking me questions about our day to day concerns with temperature needs. He took tons of pictures and video and showed me that we actually had a leak in our attic where all of our cool air had been blowing! It had clearly been that way for a long time and it was never mentioned bv the previous company we had worked with. We were provided with multiple options and everything was explained very clearly. There was no doubt that we were going with this company.
Joe spearheaded the project. He arrived at 8 AM on the dot as expected though we were given a two hour window (8-10)and he explained the entire process. I've never had work done where they were so conscientious about our home. It almost felt like it was cleaner when they left. It was a big project and they gave me a two day window but it was completed within a day. IWe are thrilled with the unit we chose. I can't say enough about the service providers that came to our home. Joe and the entire team were amazing. This is clearly a tight run ship.
It gets better. They send out other technicians to review and evaluate the work that was done for quality control. This is all included in your initial quote which was reasonable and industry standard. No other company was offering this. They spent an additional two hours looking at the entire system to make sure it was doing exactly what we wanted.
Everything was explained and I feel like they left us with an open door to call and ask any questions.
Simply put, ACCUTEMP is absolutely awesome. I wish they would open branches in plumbing, construction, tile work etc.
They clearly take great pride in their work and their team was a joy to work with. If you are in that stressful position of having to get work done, look no further. -
AccuTemp is an incredibly honest and trustworthy company. We had the company install three A/C units in our home and rental property. At some point during AccuTemp installation or a service inspection, a wire was put in the wrong spot in the A/C unit at our primary residence. After some time that wire shifted a bit and the high voltage shorted out several components of our A/C system. AccuTemp diagnosed and fixed the problem. The most impressive part was Chris and Pete were completely honest with me about what caused the problem and the company ended up charging us zero $ for the parts and labor to fix. They could have easily lied to me about the issue and what caused it, but they didn't. BEYOND WORDS IMPRESSED ALL AROUND! I definitely recommend AccuTemp to my friends and family. This is not a paid advertisement, just an impressed customer.

My 97 year old mother who lives in Phoenix (I live in Tucson) had a problem with her thermostat. When she first called, they told her they were booking appointments in January. When she explained her age, they sent someone right out. He gave us two options, one of which was cheaper, but would have required us to order the t-stat from Amazon and reschedule another appointment, which I very much appreciated. But I told them to go ahead and take care of it, because my mother has the financial resources, and to avoid making more work for this excellent company. Thanks, AccuTemp! Bennett

I’ve learned to always research the companies I allow into my home, especially after hearing about fraud networks in Arizona that sometimes use home services to gain access to households and later targets them through social engineering. Because of that, I try to be extra careful before hiring anyone.
I first noticed this company after seeing several of their trucks placed outside different residences in a high-end, gated community in North Scottsdale. That seemed unusual to me — it could simply mean they’re very good and in high demand, but it also made me curious enough to look into them further.
In my search, I saw that the owner is also connected to other businesses, including entities classified under investments and investment advice. That may be completely normal, but for me it raised questions.
My personal takeaway: as with any company that provides services and has access to your home or gated community, it’s smart to be mindful. Ask questions, and be careful about what personal information you share. Arizona has had its share of social engineering schemes, so I believe it’s always better to be cautious about who you let into your home. And if you happen to encounter unusual investment opportunities or unsolicited pitches later on, I’d personally take that as a sign to be extra careful, there’s been some strange activity like that throughout the Valley.

The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up everything nicely.

David and the team at Green ID installed a new Trane AC and Furnace at my house in the Arcadia area on 3/18/26. The customer experience was excellent from start to finish. David's communication throughout the entire process was great, pricing was extremely competitive, and his installation team was very professional. They stayed late to make sure everything was cleaned up after the job, and clearly know hot to properly install a full system in 1 day. Highly recommend GreenID, they're not a super flashy company, but that's the type of thing I look for in a contractor. Very trustworthy.

David and his team are great - professional, honest, and reliable. We would definitely use him again, and we have recommended him to our friends as well.

Mr. Barak was professional , curtis and very knowledgeable and informed me of wgbh fast was needed.
-
The crew did very good work, was clean and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the outcome.
-
Not sure about the companies audit services but salesmen are too aggressive and rude showing up unannounced without appointments which seems extremely unprofessional.

They installed five window shades on the side of my house and it has helped reduce the light and heat noticeably.
