Layton came out to the house and fixed an issue that we’ve been having since we purchased the home. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fixed in a very short amount of time.

DJ did a tremendous job, the weather was going to be extremely hot today, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of early in the morning before the heat of the day.

Not sure where the positive reviews come from. This company has decided to take over the warranty for our new built. A leak happened and they came to fix it. But by doing so they messed up and did a coolant leak leaving us in a new built with over 100 degree weather and no AC. We called multiple times PLEADING for them to come out as we have 2 kids under 3. No answer until finally a lady answered and said they wouldn’t come out until Monday. Mind you this was Friday. It’s Sunday now. We asked for a hotel they said no. This is ridiculous considering the warranty we signed states they would have to fix any issue within 24 hours!!!! Horrible company!

Warning! This contractor was hired by my new home builder as the AC system installer. The quality of work is extremely inferior and well below standard. They installed ductwork in my ceiling that was left out in the rain and was clearly ruined. The indoor air handler was not the correct model, the copper lines were the wrong size, and numerous areas of the air vents were incorrect, and the fresh air intake was installed in the back of filter box where the air will not be filtered. I saw the builder plans and they were not followed. I would avoid purchasing a new home if this is the "qualified" contractor. Zero stars was not an option, so they got one by default.

We have this company through our warranty on our AC unit. I have had nothing but troubles with them. They have no call no show 2 times. They show up with no appointment scheduled or warning. They don’t communicate. The warranty for us ended at one year, they had in the notes our unit needed to be rewired and they never scheduled for it to be done. So all summer we have gone without a working unit. It is horrible. They don’t answer their messages to leave a voicemail. Horrible service. I would never recommend to anyone.

Our A/C didn't seem to be cooling upstairs. Called AAJ first thing in the morning and left a message. Received a call back and said they could come by today. DJ showed up very nice and respectful. Asked what was wrong, I told him. He checked the air flow, the filters. Ran a cool test mode and explained to me how to run the system. Very satisfied.

Awesome service if your looking for an honest review this is it. David and his partner came out and did an amazing job fast! talked me through the whole thing and gave me some pointers about my appliance, best people in the business hands down.

This review is specifically regarding the HVAC tech Mark. He did a phenomenal job fixing a recurrent problem that persisted since we moved into our new build. I am beyond frustrated with this company. This company did the initial AC install on our new build and we have had problems since day 1. We are six months into trying to identify where the leak is since we keep loosing refrigerant. Well, actually, most times they just come and recharge it (every three weeks) with promises they have fixed the system. So this last Friday they replaced the whole condenser unit because they can’t find the leak, and now a few days later, no power to the thermostat and it’s 30 degrees out at night. We are two days without heat and we can’t get anyone to come out and get our unit working. How do you give negative stars??

I just want to say Daniel cam out and did a phenomenal job. I took 3 times before someone figured it out and Daniel did. He was very professional and took really good care of us. He also told us about the 10 yea warranty on the ac unit. The builder never explained it to us. If you have anyone come out ask for Daniel.

Amazing experience with AAJ. Our AC was not cooling properly. Called AAJ and they sent someone out that evening!!! At the end of August!!! He needed to replace the condenser or compressor, I don’t know, one of them. Came back the next day and worked into the night. Fixed it, working great. Very pleased. Thank you!!!

During the hottest time of the summer Layon Stienecker was called out to my AC not working. He was extreamly professional and very hard working to where he stayed and troubleshot the entire system to make sure everything was identified and corrected. He found the issue and ordered and replaced the part within a timely manner to ensure my family stayed cool. I highly recommend AAJ Cooling and ask for Layton as you know you will be taken care of.
