Thank you hugo for the jump start! Nobody else would help out but he took a couple minutes out of his day to help a stranger and that should say a lot about the company.

A year later they are still running red lights and getting in accidents. Like tonight. Right in front of me. Do your techs not get paid for the minute and a half they stop at a red light?

The law would describe their employees driving as wreckless. I will describe it as out to kill somebody. Watch yourself whenever these guys are around.

Sam is very reliable, called yesterday and came in this morning. Fixed the AC in 15 minutes! Absolutely recommended.

I guess similar to the rest of these reviews, this company seems to only hire bad drivers 😂. Sat behind van 511 for 3 miles, he has his left blinker on in the mid lane the whole time. I even honked, stuck my hand out the window, and flashed him. Let's hire drivers with eyes!

Well I guess I’m not the only one. If they’re driving is a representation of the quality of their work. Fast, impatient and just driving up my rear end. Then perhaps this isn’t a company you should use?

Top notch service! I called Air Lily based on my sons referral. I needed my ac units inspected and make sure they were working well with the extra hot weather we have been having. Asher came out and was SUPER knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. After taking a look, he came down and explained everything that was needed now and what could wait, keeping my budget in mind. Ive had many different trades service items in my house over the years, and I can honestly say that there was zero "ick" with this gentleman trying to sell you something you dont need. Thank you Air Lily for being such a refreshing company to do business with. I will be calling to discuss your maintenance plans as the price and items you cover are amazing and not like other "monthly fee" packages I have had in the past. I will update this post in a year with my experience. 5 out of 5 so far!! Keep that stuff up! 😉 I almost forgot.... they added a ptrap to the condensation line on my old unit and rerouted since it was blocking the service door. No one even mentioned this before and stuff like this are the little things that will keep me coming back. Thanks again Air Lily! Sorry for writing a book but I want others to know!!

After meeting with four other companies, who told me various things, many conflicting, then two who wanted to push me into system replacement, THIS company saved me and my budget, and did it all in one day. They were less than HALF the price for repair, they were honest and told me exactly what was wrong. I splurged to get their GREAT subscription and an ozone-free full house air scrubber. AMAZED.
