I recently hired Klein Heating and cooling to replace 2 shut-off valves for our washing machine as well one for our outside faucet. All three shut-offs were seized and were in need of replacement. Klein Heating and cooling technician was able to provide me with a quote right away by text after sending him pictures of the shut-offs that needed replacing. He is great to deal with! His pricing is very competitive and his work is first-rate. I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing issues.

It's 4pm all lights are off, no sign why they are closed early and phone number says its disconnected.

I bought a 18000 btu Mini Split almost a year ago. it has performed perfectly with no issues. great people to work with. highly recommend

Our AC broke down after 3 yrs, brought from this company
Since 2 months we try to get a new one under warranty. The worse part is that we don’t have an AC and with this heat in AZ. The problem is that they lost the warranty because the guy who sold it, isn’t working there anymore. That means that all the warranties he made got lost
The customer service is really bad, there are no words for.
I don’t recommend this company at all
Don’t buy an AC from them, they are worse with there administration.
