Im a maintenance supervisor for a large apart complex. I had replaced compressor run cap blower motor etc. I find that a part that never has to be changed. I used this company a few weeks ago. Showed up on time which is rare, great customer service and knowledgeable. Leo came out to look over a unit and tryed repair old part, but ended up replace the part. Infinity airs prices are reasonable and fair. Haven't had any issues with the ac unit. Leo has check up on the unit several times which if you can find a company like that its rare

Incredible professional and knowledgeable service, highly recommend!!!

My new heat pump was not cooling my unit. I called infinity and a real live person answered. Leo came within a couple of hours. After checking everything over, he found that I hadn't changed my filter for a long time and it was plugged solid. He waited until the unit was producing cold air. He wouldn't take any payment for his service call. That's service. He didn't even mention how stupid I was. Thank you guys!

Top-notch service and a total lifesaver! Our AC went out on a 107-degree Friday afternoon, and Infinity air had a technician at our door within two hours. Martin was professional, wearing boot covers to protect our floors, and quickly diagnosed a blown capacitor. He had the part on his truck and had us cooling down in under 30 minutes. No upselling, just honest, fast service at a fair price. I won't call anyone else from now on!"
