Jaime Garcia from Ace Heating, Cooling & Plumbing did an outstanding job. From the very first day he was assigned to us, he stayed on top of everything and kept us in the loop with his ETA through text messages and phone calls, which we really appreciated.

Once we agreed on the repair, he ordered the parts the very next day, personally picked them up from the warehouse, and came back promptly to fix our heating system. We had been without heat for almost 7 days during very cold weather, and with kids in the house, this meant everything to us.

We had an electrician come out today his name is Austin with an E, to repair a fried GFCI, and from the moment he arrived, we were impressed. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and kind — the type of technician who immediately puts you at ease because you can tell he knows his craft inside and out.

He not only fixed the problem quickly, but he also took the time to walk us through everything in a way that made sense. He explained options for hardwiring our hot tub, educated us about adding a surge protector to our panel, and answered every question without ever making us feel rushed. His professionalism and confidence made the decision easy, and we ended up moving forward with financing the hot tub hardwiring on the spot.

His customer service, expertise, and genuine friendliness are top-notch. He’s an excellent salesman because he’s honest and knowledgeable — not pushy. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Any company would be lucky to have someone like him representing their business, and we hope his leadership sees the exceptional work he’s doing.

My gas heating furnace began showing signs of problems after only four years of operation.
After researching vendors (BBB rating, license certification, customer reviews, etc.), I chose Ace Home Services.
We scheduled an appointment for one of their representatives, Eduardo Bautista, to troubleshoot the issue. After a thorough evaluation, I decided to replace both the furnace and the AC units.
You can often judge the professionalism of a company by the details. Eduardo arrived on time in an Ace Home Services van, wore a sharp company uniform, and put on protective boot covers before entering my home.
He conducted a careful diagnostic analysis and provided images of the furnace components as he explained the issues. We discussed a replacement plan and scheduled installation for the following day.
The installation crew, Gabriel Higuera and Anthony Rust, arrived at the scheduled time after giving a courteous “heads-up” call. Upon arrival, they inspected the work areas and laid protective coverings on my stairs and floors. They then began dismantling the old units and installing the new ones. After approximately eight hours of work, they thoroughly tested both the furnace and AC units to ensure everything was functioning properly.
Clean-up was exceptional. The work areas were cleared, and the floors were vacuumed.
I was provided with all manuals for the new units, and every question I had was answered clearly and patiently.
A significant amount of debris had accumulated outside from the removed equipment and packaging. I was impressed to see that Ace had arranged for a truck to arrive precisely at completion time to haul everything away.
During the installation, Ace also sent a duct cleaning crew. Rance Walker and Jeff Gastelum efficiently opened vents, vacuumed the ductwork, and carefully resealed everything. Their work was professional and thorough.
It was a pleasure meeting the entire team, and I truly appreciate their strong work ethic.

Jack, our technician, was conscientious, professional, and competent. He was able to tackle problems solving tasks efficiently. He was friendly and thoughtful as well. We were very satisfied with his service.

Stuart was friendly and knowledgeable. I had no idea the company I had bought my AC from was no longer in business, so when I called the number on the invoice I reached Ace. A friendly voice on the other side of the line said she could have someone out the next day to look at my AC that wasn’t cooling. Stuart showed told me what to look for if the cooling locks up, which was the case and I was able to watch has he reset it, so now I know if it happens again. There were a few other things which needed to be addressed and he do so efficiently.

My water line sprang a leak in my front yard. Carlos arrived the same day and assessed the situation, and came the next morning to repair it. The cause turned out to be a tree root from the mesquite tree next door. Carlos was wonderful. He was really knowledgeable, professional, and delightful to work with!

Nathan Smith was the most amazing plumber I have ever met. His quality of work was impeccable. Not only was friendly but he went out of his way to make sure I knew he was he was doing and also happy with the work done. I would recommend to everyone I know!

Joshua was excellent. He started on my tune-up right away and was very thorough with his examination. He found a few problems that needed attention and took care of them efficiently. He explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I proceeded with the necessary repairs and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable figure. Micheal T. arrived at my home in a timely manner, explained the work need to replace the old PRV and in the process I inquired about a whole home water softener system. Micheal’s knowledge of water systems is very impressive, his skills were shown on the repair of the PRV, and I purchased form the quotes given a whole home water softener system. Micheal installed both same day in an excellent and efficient manner. Micheal is absolutely deserving of recognition from is manager. My family and I thank you.

I had an excellent experience working with Thomas Nicolaus of ACE. From the very beginning, Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in every aspect of his work. He provided a clear, well-explained quote for the addition of two dedicated 20-amp circuits and one 50-amp circuit to our residence, taking the time to ensure we fully understood the scope and purpose of each component.

I had a great experience. The technician knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it. I still feel prices for this work at ridiculously high, but it is what it is and the technician has no control over that. Overall I am pleased with my experience.

I've been using ACE Home Services for all of my older homes needs from a new HVAC, duct work cleaning, and Sewer Hydro-jetting. I'm very satisfied! The company is easy to reach, the response is quick, all of their technicians wear the company uniform, they always came to my home in vans marked with the ACE name and logo, and in most situations they have next day service. The work is always professionally done by friendly, licensed experts that you can trust.

I had a plumbing emergency and I contacted this company for a same-day appointment. Janelle, the person with Ace Home services guarantee that a person will be at my home from 2 to 5. I asked her again if she can guarantee this since when I get this type of times usually they cancel at the last minute. She again reported that she had technicians that will be able to come to my home. At 5:45 no one had arrived so I contacted Janelle, She proceeded to say that the technician was running behind, but will definitely be at the house and that she will update me. She never updated me. At 8 pm i called the number provided someone hang up. I call again and she answers back saying that they got behind and they will reschedule me for the next day with a free service fee. I think that this was the plan all along they did not have personnel. They just don't want to lose business so they will trick you saying that they will send someone to your home waste your time and then reschedule you for the day that they do have availability...so if you truly need someone in asap don't trust these people they will lie to get your business. My husband had to miss work today and we waited for over six hours for them. Horrible.

Ron the electrician came out today and installed a Tesla charger for me. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was able to install it timely and did a real nice clean up job. Definitely would recommend and have him out for any electrical work in the future.
