The tech was great but one technician was not enough for main water line trench and replacement. It was finished in one day but 10 hours straight into the night could of been avoided with some extra help

ACE did a phenomenal job with our electrical repair including replacing our outlets, switches and installation of a new circuit box! They were informative and communicative throughout the entire process! Thank you to all of the technicians who helped with this project from our initial inspection to project completion.

They damaged our carport and refuse to even reply back about it, do not trust these people! I saw this guy back into our carport doing some damage, never reported it, I called the company and sent pictures and 3 emails. Said they would get back to me but never heard another word.

Dave from ACE Plumbing provided excellent customer service in fixing our clogged toilet. He gave me options on cost effective service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in trouble shooting the issue. He saved me from having to buy a whole new toilet. My 3yr old niece somehow got a cleaning brush stuck in the toilet but Dave was able to get it out. He was also very personable and respectful while giving advice on future things to look out for. I will definitely be calling him back for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and great quality plumbing services. Thank you so much Dave!

Dillon did a great job adding a washing machine hook up in our garage for my in'lawsin-laws, and a water softener for the whole house. He was very efficient, friendly, explained what he was doing clearly so that I understood step by step. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked for plumbing services. Mike did an amazing job. Noticed leak yesterday and called last night night. Mike explained the problem and every step of the way. Went to get pipe to correct and reached out to manager as we need restoration of the wall.

Update 2: I wish I could de-rate from 1 to 0.

I got a response from ACE saying I was looking for a discount; I was looking for honesty from them. They specifically told me that we needed to dig up the sleeve to do it right. If it were just a sleeve, they would stop and bill only from that point. The leak was in the pull box, which I admit I should have only fixed at that point and been done with it. If they were an honest company, they would have made that recommendation as well.

Update 1

I admit the owner did try to reach out and make it right, but his construction management should have been in place from the beginning. He did try, but a $200 gift card versus an unnecessary $2,000 additional cost is rather lame.

At the end of the day, the owner didn't want to reimburse me for the unnecessary 7.5 feet of water line he had dug up. The total amount was $3,850 (see my invoice below)

It was obvious the water leak was in the pull box as it spewed everywhere. Yet, the estimator wrote up a full replacement of the waterline before he even moved a teaspoon of dirt. This shows a certain amount of malice and intent that is very unethical, especially for the homeowner who is desperate to get it fixed. I learned a hard lesson and won't make that mistake again.

I agreed that if it was copper all the way to the water line, it needed to be fixed. Yet they replaced the entire water line, even though the copper sleeve only needed to be replaced (~4-5 feet). A bunch of thieves these guys are for sure.

The tech who did the digging was great, but the company lacks coordination, ethics, and overall construction management.

My recommendation for you to minimize your cost (lessons hard learned):

- Only get a quote to fix the minimal amount
- Only sign a contract to fix the leak and nothing else no matter what they recommend
- Don't replace the PEX sleeve (it is cheaper to do a spot fix, even if they have to dig a four-foot hole - see invoice below)
- Don't replace the PEX (very expensive, see my invoice below)
- They will try to convince you otherwise / don't trust them

Here is what happened before, during, and after their visit:

I had a water leak between the water main and my house connection. Water was squirting out on the left side, so I called the City of Goodyear Water Department. They confirmed the leak was on my side of the property, between the connection point and the house.

I found Ace Home Services on Google. They were highly rated and showed up quickly. From there, things went downhill. The tech and sales guy were friendly, but it felt more like a sales setup than an honest service call. Who needs to rob banks when you can quote $4,000 for a simple repair?

They gave me three options:

- Fix the leak where it was located.
- Replace just the copper portion up to the PEX conduit.
- Replace the entire line if it was copper all the way through.

What they actually did was replace both the copper and the existing PEX, even though the agreement was to stop at the PEX and reduce the cost accordingly. Instead, they charged the full $4,000 and took full payment up front, even though they said half would be due upon completion.

The technician worked hard and got the water back on quickly. But he used the wrong sun wrap for the PEX, so he taped two strips together to cover it fully. Technically, it will hold, but it is not the proper way to do it.

This is a new build, and we moved in June 2023. I planned to submit the invoice to Beazer Homes for reimbursement. Ace never provided a receipt, never followed up, and I have zero proof of work or warranty for what I paid.

Friendly faces aside, this was an expensive and disappointing experience. For $4,000, I expected transparency, the right materials, and basic professionalism, not silence after the check cleared.

Kabul Asia HVAC provided exceptional service and came out to access my a/c unit within 2 hours of my initial contact. My unit need a new compressor (R22 refrigerant) and was difficult to find. Not only did Kabul find the unit, but he had it expedited! His pricing was fair, and the level of service is unmatched. He actually went above and beyond, by replacing wiring and thoroughly cleaning out the unit. I also appreciate the follow up call a day later to ensure my satisfaction with the service. I will continue to use his services bi-annually for maintenance and recommend to anyone in Phoenix AZ .

I had a great experience with this heating and cooling company. About three weeks ago during the cold weather, they arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly. The very next day they came back with the needed part and fixed it completely. Since then, everything has been working perfectly.
