I’m a new home owner trying to get the hang of this house maintenance thing. When my a/c stopped working in triple digit heat, I went into panic mode.
I checked Nextdoor for recommendations and contacted 5 companies. I got quotes from 3. Airbender was the best value and the best communicator. Thank goodness for him because he worked efficiently, gave me a great price and best of all communicated everything. I was so impressed that I purchased a smart thermostat and had them install it. I’m very grateful that I didn’t have to deal with headaches from other companies. I highly recommend Airbender.
They will be my go to hvac company going forward.

The team did an excellent job replacing my AC system. They worked very hard, and I believe they did their best. One area I wish I had been advised about was the dust during the process. The work created fine dust that settled on furniture, clothes, walls, and my piano across both floors of the house, since those areas were exposed due to the open space. If I had known, I could have covered things ahead of time. To be fair, the guys did ask if I had any questions, but I assumed there would be no dust issues since plastic was used in the closet area, and I didn’t think about the open space areas—that was my mistake for not bringing it up. Overall, great service, and I truly appreciate the crew’s effort.

Professional service at each step. My ac quit blowing cold late and I called Semper Fi after a quick Google search. I explained our situation and the next morning had a call back, which I missed. Call back in and talk to the rep about getting help out and was told tomorrow. I explained again our situation and she asked if we were okay for a 7 to 9 pm slot. YES. Ryan called that he was on the way around 8:30 and hits the ground running when he arrived. He found the issue, discussed the options and helped us find the right solution for us. Next day we had a portable ac brought out and installed. Two days later the new unit installed. Each step proceeded by calls from the office and the techs on the way. The install itself was quick. They took time to walk us through everything afterwards. All questions answered. We're still getting used to the new system, but the house isn't 100 degrees inside. All that's left is a skirt to keep the birds out.

Thank you Semper Fi for your professional attitudes, expedient service, and prompt and open communications. It kept a bad situation from being potentially worse.

We purchased our new A/C from Semper FI. That was the best decision we made. Semper FI Staff are excellent. Very professional and caring. I will recommend Semper FI to all my family and friends.

They provided a new AC, including a new wireless the thermostat. Unfortunately the thermostat apparently does not get power from the mains. It only uses it's 3 AA batteries. In July the batteries went dead (after about 6 months). We were away and it seems the default condition is to turn on the AC full blast 24 hours a day. On the good side, the new AC managed to get the inside temperature down into the low 50s. On the bad side, I got quite the electric bill. The thermostat failed again this week and was replaced. I am still not back in Arizona yet. If they replaced it with the same make/model, I'll research getting a different brand that doesn't require batteries for anything but backup. They still get 3 stars because they were very responsive to problems.

They did a terrific job. I’m happy that Semper Fi is on my team now. I feel confident in them helping me should there be any issues in the future
