Experience with getting a new unit was pretty much effortless on my part because they did all the leg work. I want to shout out the service guy that set me up, I can’t remember his name but the tattooed white guy was great.
I highly recommend this company

Had a mini split installed in garage. The team worked tirelessly and was able to flex around the install changes as we noticed that location needed to be changed. They were very accommodating on these changes. Professionalism was amazing.

my air conditioner stopped cooling in the middle of the day, and I called the office to arrange for an appointment. They were able to get a technician out the same day and take care of the problem. Everybody I dealt with in the office and the technician were extremely polite and attentive excellent service.

Out technician was super helpful, answered all our questions, and we enjoyed the experience of learning more about our system. Will definitely use Semper Fi in the future and recommend them to our friends!

Tech was awesome. Gave a complete explanation of what he did and some possible options fir repairs going forward. I would recommend Semper Fi to all my friends.

When the tech came out he asked me why I was having him come out so soon. I said your company called me and scheduled it. I had been told the appointment would take 1-2 hours but he was done within 10-15 minutes. He said all the parts were new so there wasn’t much to do. It made me feel like it was a waste of his time.

I recently had a service call from semper fi. I had two people come out that did great, Julian was very personable, genuine and worked hard to get to a solution. Bruce came out also and kept at it and was able to get my unit working. More than just being able technicians, they cared about the work and getting our unit up and running. Thank you to those two and the whole team that worked through a resolution on our unit, the Semper team is great.

As usual, I have never been disappointed with the professional service I have received. I highly recommend SEMPER FI for your air conditioning and heating issues.

Highly recommend Semper Fi Heating & Cooling. We had new units installed thos spring and they were very thorough and professional. They explain everything and set up a 6 month check up to ensure the new units were working properly.

The crew did excellent work in extremely hot conditions. They had a great attention to detail and completed the install with great professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Simper Fi heating and cooling. My Ac went out. They we're quick to come out and give me a detailed diagnostic diagnosis. Needed a new AC... i knew that was coming since mine was from 1996. Stephen walked me through the details and worked with me to get financed. Because of dealing with a few issues on my side (hoa) they gave me a portable AC. Unit to keep me cool, while waiting for my new AC

Air unit was having a hard time keeping up so I called Semper-fi and they came out the same day, repaired a small leak good to go. Technician was very knowledgeable and super nice, they made a 2nd trip and checked their work. No cost to me covered by a nice warranty.

We honestly had a great experience with Semper Fi. Bryce did our initial call, and Ernest (with an helper) did our install. They were all awesome. Financing options were explained well and reasonable. Super clean, great communication, fast and efficient, explained the new system and how it works. Zero complaints. This is our second time using Semper Fi and I would use them again.

From the very first interview with the sales representative to the estimate and subsequent installation of my new HVAC system, I could not be happier with the outstanding service. The installing technicians were respectful and professional. I would recommend Semper Fi to everyone!

Our A/C went out on Saturday 1 November. We called Semper Fi that same afternoon, and athey were able to schedule a service call for the following Sunday morning. The technician (Michael) arrived by 8:30, found the problem immediately and had is back in service within 45 minutes. Outstanding company!

We’ve used Semper Fi for years now. This year our a/c unit actually bit the dust. They came out same day to take a look and were able to get a portable unit to make the kids comfortable. We ended up having to purchase a new unit and they got it installed next day! I’m so thankful for them and how quickly they work.

It was a great experience using Semper Fi for my residential repairs. When we had a below slab leak it was a challenge to get the help we needed for access and repairs. Semper Fi’s technicians came out same-day, and made sure to take the time with our needs and assessed the repairs quickly. It was right before Labor Day Weekend. The repairs we handled with the utmost respect and professionalism. The communication you get with Semper Fi is excellent.

We even experienced a hot water leak after the initial slab leak repairs, and the technicians arrived the very next day with a brand new system, and had my family setup with hot water that same day; good to go.

We are extremely satisfied after everything is said and done. We will always refer and contact Semper Fi when it comes to our residential needs, upgrades, and the unfortunate emergencies.

Update: I reached out to the number that was shared on this review and, after sending over all the documentation I had, Shayla made sure my case was taken care of and I was issued a partial refund. I respect a company that can own up to mistakes like this. However, I feel disappointed that it took a negative google review to get the issue resolved when I called repeatedly over the course of a month and was only met with dead ends. Because I cannot guarantee a positive experience unless you leave a negative review, I'm letting this review stand. If you are already working with Semper Fi and have issues, call the number on this review. Shayla actually cares and wants to represent her company well.

I've actually never written a bad review before, but I'm so disappointed by the service I've received, I feel like I need to. It took over a month for me to get a AC repair on my mini-split in the middle of the summer. Some of that was totally out of the company's control--the part was on back order, its the middle of the summer so they're super busy, etc. I would never blame a company for those things. What was incredibly disappointing was that I was told by multiple people inside the company that my part was ordered when it wasn't, told that I would be called back when I wasn't, when my part finally arrived, it was the incorrect part, and when the correct part was ordered, they tried to invoice me for the full price when I had paid half for the deposit. When I called and outlined the problems to a customer service representative, she apologized and assured me that she had just returned to the company to make sure issues like this didn't happen. She said she would investigate and call me back. That did not happen. However, what really frustrated me is when I called and got in contact with that same customer service representative, she had no memory of our conversation and basically told me there was nothing she could do to help me.

I will confirm that the work done by the technicians was good. However, my experience with the office was so time intensive and stressful that I will be looking for other companies.
