Miguel Vega Reyes did our yearly maintenance on our AC system. He was professional, friendly, and timely in arriving to our home. He was neat and organized making sure he left his work space in the same condition he found it. I appreciated him taking the time to talk through his inspection making sure we had an understanding of the outcome. 5 Stars to Miguel for his customer service! Thank You!

We called to have our thermostat checked because the air conditioner was coming on when we turned the heat on. He called us before he arrived and talked to us about the thermostat and told us How it worked. So he didn’t have to waste his time coming all the way out here. It was great. He did a wonderful job. Helped us a great deal. Thank you.

I will never use any other service. Fast, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of your time. I had a water heater replaced last year and it was the easiest process to call them for service. I thought after they made it to my service call that they would have to take an additional week or two. So imagine my surprise, when, on the same day, I had a new water heater. The tech was patient and explained maintenance schedule and expectations. I had them come out this year again, and I am happy to report that my second experience was just as fabulous as the first. Nothing better than consistent and reliable service.

I contacted Semper Fi about an emergency issue with my AC. The Semper Fi dispatcher said a Technician would be out to the house between 6:00 and 9:00 PM. I was contacted by the Service Technician at 6:00 PM apprising me he was on his way and would arrive at 6:30 PM. The Service Tech. arrived on time! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The technicians name was Erik! He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. A true professional. Great job Semper Fi on such short notice! I would recommend Semper Fi any time! My family is very grateful for Semper and the team for assisting us through a new AC/ Heating system installation. The sales team was very professional and willing to cut us the best deal. I had another company come out to check things out and were very good as well, but we decided with Semper because of the extended warranty on services. Thanks to Semper Fi for making a very stressful and honestly wild experience much easier. Our 17 year old unit finally died and Austin came out to confirm and go over options. He was very matter of fact and not pushing me into purchasing anything. I made the decision to go with them, Austin text me shortly after to offer a portable ac in the mean time. Within a few days our new unit was up and running

They got to our house and were able to identify the problem quickly. I could tell our technician had a lot of experience. They are very good to military and first responders and applying a discount. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I know that we will be using them again in the future. I was very blown away at their professionalism.

Very professional company. They were able to check out my A/C the same day, which is a huge feat because I live in Casa Grande. The service guys were very friendly and able to troubleshoot quickly. They got the part we needed in 24 hours and provided us with a complimentary portable A/C unit to use over the weekend until repairs could be done Monday. Awesome finance option too! I will definitely be calling Semper Fi next time we have any A/C service needed!

I was impressed with the service and professionalism of the technician that came by. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They also have a monthly maintenance program that I took advantage of. If you are shopping around for air conditioning service kick up SemperFi to the top of your list.

I very rarely leave a bad review because I try to stay positive but I am SICK of this company. I had them come out to inspect my AC unit once or twice YEARS ago and they STILL call and text me trying to get me to schedule another maintenance appointment even though I’ve tried to unsubscribe multiple times. I even spoke to a gentleman on the phone a couple years ago and told him exactly why I wasn’t interested in using their company again and STILL every couple months I’m getting calls and texts. It’s absolutely insane.

As for why I won’t ever use them again? The technician they sent out to me tried his hardest, pulled out all the stops, to sell me a new unit even though mine was working just fine. I told him multiple times I wasn’t comfortable making that decision on the spot and he wouldn’t take no for answer, stayed in my house for over an hour trying to sell me on it. He kept insisting my unit was moments away from collapse, and guess what? That was 2 years ago and I haven’t had a single issue with my old unit despite his predictions.

Their prices are fair but the annoying calls and the pushy sales guy posing as a technician have turned me off of them forever. Beware.

Not only did he get us in contact with a reputable restoration company for our water heater burst but he walked us through the next steps of the process. Eric was extremely patient and kind! Roger (the 'Guru') and his team were expert and well-informed. They assisted me in fixing an issue with my AC unit that had been bothering me for quite some time. They also identified a few safety related issues which they promptly addressed. I was so impressed with their service that I decided to subscribe to their annual maintenance contract. robinson & sons hvac is a wonderful firm. i set an appointment for a tune-up for my hvac systems at my phoenix home. the technician, roger, was punctual and meticulous. he dedicated his time to ensure that both hvac systems were functioning correctly. his inspection was far from a typical brief check-up. in conclusion, roger clearly communicated his findings and offered a variety of solutions, not just the common 'replace the entire system' option. he also outlined the expected results for each solution. i truly valued his honesty. it was a positive experience all around.

One evening in Phoenix, we returned home to find our system not working. Even though it was after normal business hours, we reached out to them.
