Sun Tech sent out Tex for an AC issue I had. He arrived during the scheduled window, was friendly, helpful and even helped figure out which unit was the issue as my condo complex did not have the units labeled. I would highly recommend Tex and Sun Tech Air Conditioning if you need your AC repaired or serviced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wanted to acknowledge the Sun Tech crew Jonathon ,Sammy and Tae! Jonathon came out Friday. He was very friendly, knowledgable and timely. He explained everything, he was able to get my AC work scheduled for the next day I was given options for my budget which was great!Saturday Tae and Sammy came out they worked non stop! The job was finished at the time they said it would be done! Thank you for your service!

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Sun Tech. They were actually sent to us by our home warranty company first. Since then, we have them back for our routine A/C check. Friendly, reliable, honest.

The service technician was nice and completed the needed service. The issue came when it came for payment. I did a claim through my home warranty who sent out sun tech. He said they didn’t do service with my home warranty and made me pay for all the parts and labor (which is what my warranty covers). I ended up paying it and then a week later called my home warranty and they stated he shouldn’t have done that and I shouldn’t have paid it. Now I’m waiting on a reimbursement check from them.

Just be careful with what they charge and make sure you look at it in good detail.

Unbelievably poor service. They spent more than 2 months trying to figure out whats going on with my AC. Their technician came to our house 3 times. Extremely rude and when unable to fix the problem he told me to go and get a second opinion. They lie about following protocols; wearing mask and gloves as well as shoe covers but they dont. They sent 2 inexperienced guys for installation of a compressor twice. The first time one of them got fired after a week per the tech, the guy who got tired was Extremely rude, kept asking to come inside of our house to use the bathroom during COVID. They replaced a compressor on a nonfunctional super old AC and dragged their feet for 2 months. They kept charging the home warranty company and not fixixng our issue. They cost us 100s of dollars in APS bill because they are incompetent and careless and let a nonfunctional AC unit run for 2 months non stop because it was too broke to be fixed. Their office never picks up their phone and always schedule repairs 2 weeks later. There is so much horrible things that we experienced with this company but eventually our problem was fixed with another AC company. Please stay away from tyese guys; beyond terrible.

Our A/C was still working, but started making scraping noises from the compressor unit. I got a quick callback from Sun Tech after my home warranty company contacted them, and they got a tech out to our home within 24 hours after contacting me.
Technician Tay showed up in the early part of the time window they gave me, friendly and professional, and quickly found the problem. He replaced the fan motor (bearings were shot), which he had with him in the truck, and everything's now cooling quietly. Fast, efficient, and effective. Nice work!

From my very first contact with the company, Pat, my experience was so positive!Pat delighted me when she said I could have a service call the following day and she was great and very professional! Will came during the window, fixed my issue, and was on the way very quickly. Great service! ***Update:Filed a Home Warranty claim due to a/c stopping. Pat again was lovely on the phone and Will was out the door after fixing the unit in just a short time frame. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of working with Jason, Will, and Jose on sight. I had a completely new system installed and I am beyond happy with the work completed. Jason was awesome and really took care of my wife and I while Will and Jose did phenomenal work. Sallie from the office was also amazing and supportive in working with my home warranty. I would highly recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning and will definitely be calling them with any future air conditioning issues.

Sun Tech showed up promptly when our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. They quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem. Their follow up getting the repair implemented and finished in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to use Sun Tech again should any AC problems arise.

I had Sun Tech come out and look at my unit. It started blowing hot again. Dealing with my home warranty was a PITA. I called and spoje to Victoria and explained my issue. She didn't give me any excuses and had someone come out within an hour (impressed and grateful). Will came did his inspection and told me basically I was low on freon. He didn't try to up sell me or tell me I need something I didn't. Totally honest and I respect him and this company..... thank you soooo much you are the best...

These guys did a great job from the start. Will, our technician was extremely professional and educated us on the work he did. Their communication regarding the appointment couldn't be better. I highly recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning, LLC!!

We were referred to SunTech via our home warranty. Technicians are awesome... super friendly. They came out and told us we needed a new compressor and they would order it. We went without air conditioning (in July in Phoenix) for over 3 weeks and couldn't use 1/2 of our house because SunTech never ordered the compressor or got approval through the home warranty. It was pretty brutal. When they did get the part, they were very competent. They gave us no price break or anything based on their major mistake (I didn't ask because we aren't those kind of people). So, if you use them... maybe just stay on them to make sure things are on track.

Jason and Sun Tech did my AC unit this last summer and it has been the quietest and most efficient AC unit that I’ve ever had. Since then, they does other work for me on projects that I do for a living, and they kill it every time. This is a great company.

The AC went out in my house on Tuesday night, August 1st. Sucked it up through the night and the next morning started making calls to see who could help. Called Sun Tech based on a referral from a friend and they could get out same day, which was AMAZING! The gentleman showed up on time, which was again great! He got there, checked my thermostat, I told him the issues, and he got on my roof to look at the unit. He was very quickly able to diagnose the issue which was the blower motor. I thought "Great, don't need a new unit, sounds like an easy fix." He then told me it would be $2,100 and that they didn't have any in stock. He said it would be 5-6 days until they could get the part and a couple more weeks until they could install it because of how busy they are. Okay..... I understand that it is the dead of summer in Phoenix and that they are definitely busy! But a couple of weeks until you could get my AC to work and $2,100? I started to stress and asked if there was anyway it could be sooner. He said probably not and that he would have the office send me a quote that same day. Well.... It's been 2 days and I still haven't received a quote, which would be fine if it was any issue other than my AC, which as we all know, you can't exactly live in a place in August in Phoenix with no AC, especially with pets. Luckily I found someone else that could come out same day and fixed it and charged me $400. It took him 30 minutes. The 2 stars is solely because he was nice, and they could get someone out same day and on time, which I appreciate. Not happy about anything else though.

Sun Tech is amazing! After paying a different company $800 to fix my heating unit, only for that fix to do nothing, I called Sun Tech. They came out quickly, performed a thorough investigation and identified the problem within minutes. They provided a reasonable quote for their services (almost 1,000 less than the other guys) and performed the work promptly. The techs and the office staff are very professional and communicative.The office staff even worked with my warranty company to get most of the repair covered. I will only use Sun Tech going forward for my HVAC needs!

We were assigned Sun Tech from our warranty company. They notified us very quickly and had a tech out ASAP. Upon review, they were able to diagnose and tell us what was needed to make out unit run right. We got the estimate and a couple days later the work was done. The two installers we prompt, courteous and let us know everything that they would be doing. Our repair was done in the timeline that was quoted and our A/C fells like it is brand new.
Could not be happier with Sun Tech and we will for sure use them in the future.

Hey these guys rock!! What a relief to find honest,quick guys that are charged w good energy and ready to fix my AC unit!! Ricky was marvelous and repaired the unit he’s so smart.Paul was so efficient to diagnose my electrical issue w AC and so hard working too.My last AC repairman was dishonest who tried to overcharge me an enormous amt.I was very stressed and praying for good people to help me.Trust this company they are divinely sent!! Great experience overall. Excellent customer service - timely, professional, friendly and Sun Tech was HONEST! We thought we were going to need a new AC unit and they replaced the motor on the spot and we were good to go! I highly recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning. We will definitely call them when we do need to replace our AC units!

They were very honest when I asked them if we needed new units when ours broke. Very quickly said with regular maintenance and a fuse fix, we should get 3-5 more years out of them. The tech did not rush the repair and was very thorough. I highly recommend Sun Tech Air. Great group of honest and reliable people. Well done.

Jonathan Martinez was our technician today and he was thorough, professional, efficient, and just amazing all around. We have been dealing with AC issues for about a month now and a different technician came out 2 weeks ago who couldn't resolve the issue. Came to know Sun Tech when referred by our home warranty company. Repair was not an option due to age of unit. So Hugo and team came in and got it replaced. They were very courteous and professional and even cleaned up afterward. They did a great and are my go to for AC needs. I definitely recommend them.
