Outstanding service this morning at our house. Levi was on time (window of 1 hour which is so rare these days!!). Called 15 minutes ahead. He was super knowledgeable, took the time to understand our issue before doing the cleaning. He made a few suggestions to help reduce smoking while enjoying our fireplace and even recommended a great firewood supplier 3 miles from our house.
