Levi arrived right on time for a chimney inspection. I really appreciated the appointment reminder message the night before and the call letting me know the estimated arrival time. He explained in depth how a chimney works and the cleaning process. He was extremely efficient and he left the house just as clean as it was when he arrived.

Found Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts by searching on Perplexity AI website, after awakening the morning after our latest “monsoon” and being informed by our neighbor that our chimney cap was lying sideways instead of upright. I was at the airport beginning a 3 day vacation and made the call to Becky. She couldn’t have been nicer. She reassured me that they could do the work even though no one would be at home. By the afternoon she had someone on site and knew what needed to be done. She even had someone the next day put a tarp over the area in case rain was in the forecast again. To make this long story shorter the custom-fabricated chase came in sooner than expected and the work has been completed in less than 4 days from the initial call. The work Jaz did was excellent. Becky was even gracious when I questioned her about the cost. Out of my own ignorance I did not do an apples to apples comparison when asking Perplexity to estimate a fair price. When I did, her estimate was entirely reasonable. So to summarize Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts did a great job and were wonderful to work with. Highest recommendation!

I called around to a few places to get a general idea of what the cost of a chimney sweep would be. Most of the people the are listed on the first page of a google search result didn’t answer. The company(s) that did answer refused to give me a ballpark on what the cost might be. I understand that pricing can always vary based on the job, but I think it is reasonable to get a best/worse case scenario price. Anyway, Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts answered immediately had no issue with giving me a price and scheduling me. Levi came to my house exactly on time with a phone call when he was 15min out. Levi was super friendly, knowledgeable and was able to educate me as this is the first time I have had my chimney cleaned. He was done really fast (maybe 30 min.). When he left, I couldn’t tell he had ever been here (aside from my chimney being perfectly clean). I am lucky I scheduled a cleaning when I did, because there was a real chance for a chimney fire due to how dirty my chimney was. I know he was right because I could tell something was wrong with my chimney due to the smell, the draft, and a black chimney cap that appeared suddenly- which is why I called immediately! Would love to give this company a 5 star rating because they are great and did a good job however, they held my check for 8 months completely screwing up my banking when finally cashing it without telling me that it had been misplaced.
Thinking someone had tried to hack my account and not being able to get the company on the phone for and explanation nor being able to get an explanation from the bank was a complete pain.
They are a good company and took really good care of the cleaning and clean up with this hiccup.

Most wonderful experience with this service. They went above and beyond to provide excellent cleaning of the chimney and also installed a vent cover on the chimney on the roof. Didn’t know it was missing. Also cleaned our dryer vent. Highly capable service and I recommend them.

I’ve used AZ Chimney & Air Ducts twice in the past six months - they cleaned my dryer vent and then cleaned my fireplace/capped my chimney - and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Since our house is new to us, we wanted our fireplace and chimney inspected and cleaned before use to ensure safety. Good thing we did as the chimney was full of creosote and appears not to have been serviced for 5-10 years.

This was my second time working with the company and they have always been so responsive and helpful when I call. Becky has always taken the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I'm taking up all her time.

Today Jaz came out to take measurements for a chimney cap that I thought I needed repaired. The result of the trip was Jaz telling me I didn't need the repair after all. He could have easily come out and taken the measurements that were needed and moved forward with the work without me ever knowing, but he didn't.

We just had Levi out from Arizona Chimney. It's been about 8 years since our last cleaning. I found them on google and hired them due to the reviews and they did not disappoint. Levi was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything about our chimney/fireplace and what he would be doing and how he would be cleaning. He answered several questions I had and was just so friendly and helpful. I already put a reminder in my phone to hire this company again when the time comes. I can't recommend them highly enough. Very satisfied customer!

I had a problem with my dryer being completely clogged, so we called Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts on Saturday, and they were able to schedule us for Monday morning. Jaz was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic! He arrived right on time, got straight to work, and within about 30 minutes he had everything cleaned and working perfectly.

Jaz was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me — including how to prevent the issue in the future and when to schedule the next cleaning. He even cleaned up after himself, leaving everything neat and tidy. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Jazz and Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts
